The technician gave us one price, but once the office got involved the price suddenly became much higher. It felt very misleading and unprofessional. The office seemed more focused on charging extra money than honoring what was originally promised. Communication between the tech and office was terrible, and we felt pressured into paying more than expected. Very disappointing experience overall.

I was referred to Sunfire Construction by a family member who had his home installation just completed. I did contact Nelson, who took good care of my installation. My installation was painful and took a long time before completion, due to living in a condo with multiple approvals and revisions to the proposed plan by either the homeowner's association or the city. Nelson was always very communicative and responsive to my requests and concerns. We finally got all the approvals and the installation was completed in one day. Installation crew were very professional and took time to describe all locations of the system and how it works. Very happy with outcome. I have since referred a good friend and his installation was completed quickly and they are very happy. It is nice to be off of the SDG&E monopoly. Thanks Nelson to you and all of your team!

After shopping around, sunfire actually had the best pricing/ customer service, definitely will be recommending them to my family & friends.

After getting countless estimates and standing around countless BBQ's picking my friends (that have gone solar) brains about their experience w/ going solar I finally pulled the trigger on purchasing a solar system. From the first experience w/ representative that came out to give us the quote , to that first weekly phone call from the office staff letting me know our job had gone into city permit it was a great experience. I asked Kevin from Sunfire when he was in our home I needed 3 things. If he hit those 3 requests he would earn my business. 1st - Fair pricing, 2nd - top of the line equipment w/ 25 year warranties, 3rd - just do what you say your going to do!! Sunfire hit the ball out of the park at every step of the project. Now I will be the guy at the next BBQ letting my friends know the outfit they should hire when they go solar! Thanks guys. JP
