Sunergy Systems

So far so good.

A Sunergy consultant provided my service club members with an excellent explanation of solar electric and solar hot water systems at no charge. Several members are considering an install in the future.

Rob was great to work with. We were trying to use the hot water to help heat the house as well as for domestic hot water. Rob modified the system to do that and we have been satisfied with the way the system is working.

Great company to have do the job. The final inspection required a few modifications to the install which Sunergy was prompt about making with no extra charges to us.

The people we worked with at Sunergy were great! Knowledgeable, professional, easy to contact and polite. This was the best contractor I have ever worked with on anything (and we have done a lot of remodeling at our home). Everything was on time and on budget, no mess left behind, no problems. It was fun to have them around!

The pros at Sunergy did a great job explaining everything to us and working with us to find the best system to meet our needs and fit our roof. The installation was the best construction experience we have had in the 10 years we have owned our house. On time, on budget, friendly, helpful. We love watching our meter run backward!

The Sunergy Systems people are professional, detail-oriented, and very service-oriented. Overall, they did a very good job on the design and installation of a solar-hot-water system for our house.

Sunergy Systems removed two collectors and the 80 gallon storage tank from our home. It had been in service for 28 years and worked well. Our only problem was with the storage tanks. This was the 3rd one to fail and we just felt we had received our money`s worth from the system and no longer wanted it. Until we found Sunergy Systems we could not locate a firm in this area even to service it, i.e. replace glycol in collectors, etc. We hope that Sunergy Systems will be able to find new clients for solar systems because they do work. Ours supplied our hot water needs from April through October each year plus it saved us money by raising the temperature of our well water from 56 degrees in the winter to close to 100 degrees thus using less gas to increase it to the normal 125 degrees for washing and bathing. Because this contract was to remove a solar hot water system and not to install one most of the questions posed were not applicable but I did check those and they apply only to the original installation in 1980.

We are satisfied with the system and results. Contractor came back for free follow-up service and recharge.

Sunergy exceeded my expectations. The staff was excellent to work with and always very courteous and professional. Work was done in an efficient and timely manner. I would definitely recommend this company. Installed because of my concern with environmental issues and the long-term upward trend of energy costs. I want to be as energy independant as possible. I also drive a hybrid car, recycle and try to buy less to reduce my footprint on the planet.

They offered a web-based monitoring add-on, but it wasn`t working right, so I accepted a refund of the purchase price instead of get that part working.

My experience with Sunergy was totally favorable. The staff were great. The solar panels were activated on the summer solstice. I have just reviewed the first six months performance of the system and the financial analysis from Sunergy appears to be quite accurate. With a 4.1 kw array, my wife and I now produce the majority of our electricity with solar energy. It feels so good to do something about greenhouse emissions ourselves.

I thought that Eric T`s explainations at the first meeting and the second meeting were great. It is not his fault that I am not up to speed in understanding everything. As the process of the install moved along, I was able to ask the guys about various things that came to mind so a lot of what Eric had told me began to make sense to me. I think that I know pretty well what went on and what is going on. As much as I care to know. And, I feel free to phone them if I have questions. They are very nice people. I saw the TV program NOW on PBS about Decorah, IA where folks are off the grid and have storage batteries. I like my system better. I have always felt that this is the thing to do, but it was only recently that I decided that I could afford the monthly payment. That is the only real point that I care about because I am convinced that it is a good idea! I am 71 and tell folks that I am doing this for the next generation. I feel pretty noble, I will admit. I think that I am doing something that is very helpful to the planet.

This was a new construction site with limited roof space. Sunergy worked with us to put the system in the location we wanted -- other`s had said it couldn`t be done! We are `green` so our decision was based on our beliefs and values. We think that our system shows how you can use solar without having a distracting array on your roof!
