They aren`t the least expensive around, however they do use only the highest quality hardware that is professionally installed. They are very responsive and they stand behind their work. The entire project was `turnkey`...I did not have to deal with any permits or applications.

Would suggest simpler explanation of how the size of the system relates to total energy generated. (I couldn`t relate the size in kW to kWh used in a day, until I spent a while puzzling it out. It`s in the literature somewhere, but would be nice to put that up front for the customer.) Also would suggest offering the customer tips on maximizing usage of generated power (shifting some activities to daytime while power is actively generating, etc). For example, I have a passive solar water preheater - so now I make a point to do laundry and dishwasher - and other large uses of hot water - in the afternoon, while the columns are at their hottest. I do have absolutely no complaints with any part of the process. I was impressed with everyone on the team, from start to finish. I was particularly impressed with the lady who installed the inverter panel, and had to troubleshoot what turned out to be a different wiring scheme than had been expected - as well as ... Tom ? John ? who came out to finish the troubleshooting. Answer to 2nd question in 3rd block would be "maybe." We might have gone ahead with the installation of solar PV, without the federal tax incentives, but the price would have had to be lower - otherwise, the payoff time would be too long. The contractor could not have charged us net amount after purchase incentives, because the largest incentive was the 30% of cost tax credit, which we would have to claim on our own income tax return. Washington also waives sales tax on solar PV systems, and Sunergy did count that incentive, so we paid the lowest price possible.

Delay in complettion was due to the inverter not arriving on schedule. There is one follow up issue that isn`t yet resolved. I`m not sure I have a document from the State. Sunergy hasn`t responded to my last email/call. Sort of pissed about that.

We had a great experience. I am an architect, and the solar installation was planned for in the design of the house. The early design work and the installation team of Sunergy was very diligent in making sure the installation met my aesthetic concerns as well as concerns for system performance. I have already recommended Sunergy to another architect for reference by their clients. Washington State`s incentive plan is a production incentive, not a purchase incentive. However, it was very important in the initial decision to proceed with a system, though I am very environmentally conscious about the need to eliminate fossil fuels and am willing to pay some higher costs to avoid using them.

Everyone at Sunergy Systems (sales, install crew, and office) was professional and friendly. We requested some equipment changes for aesthetics, and are pleased with the results. Crew showed up on time or early for the installation each day, and completed on time. Their experience and relationship with utilities and inspectors made the process go smoothly. For more photos and details on our install, see snosolar.blogspot.com. I think contractor was willing to charge net amount if we hadn`t supplied our own financing.

I was very pleased with the entire process. Ilan was extremely responsive with the quote process and providing references. The installers were also very professional - and exceeded my expectations in terms of explaining everything and willingness to work around other contractors.

Very knowledgeable staff. Explanations, projections, installations and documentation were excellent. Project completed on time and on budget. Its great to see the meter run backwards! Incentives were important to have this system installed.

My experience with the people that sold me the system were more than Professional they were helpful throughout the installation everyone was more than willing to answer all of my questions. By the way depending on how many panels you get the IRS rebate is good. Good luck and thank you for looking out for Mother Nature

They were one of the best company I have ever worked with. Great group of people from office staff to the installers. The job was done well, on time and they picked up after themselves.

I had trouble with my credit card approving payment even though the transfer had been pre-authorized. Very embarrassing for me! The people at Sunergy were so layed back, helpful and pleasant working with my CCC. It was all sorted in a couple of days, but I appreciated the help from Sunergy

Sunergy responded immediately with advice, explanation, and accomplished an initial survey including four different size systems that would fit my roof. I then decided to get a new roof put on first and they waited for that to be completed before proceeding with the installation. The only thing I was disappointed in was the time it took PSE to do the system inspection after the installation (14 days).

I am very pleased with the system. The only issues we had during the process were with the power company. We were operating with a fixed budget amount and a fixed installation area. During the design process, the cost of panels decreased several times. Sunergy communicated this to us and passed the saving through in revised quotes. This allowed us to increase the power rating of the panels, while maintaining the total cost.
