We had the best experience with Chris Esposito from sunerergy out of New Hampshire. He was very professional and accommodating and the crew he sent to our house was exceptionally professional and nice. I gave recommended this company to several friends.

Only a few hiccups...

My experience with Sunergy has been overall very positive. They were prompt with the analysis of my property and were realistic in terms of their time frame for install. My rep, Patrick D, was top notch in his ability to communicate with me. There were only two hiccups. I asked how my 13 year old roof would be for the base of the install, and should I replace it first? They took a peek and said it would be fine. When the installers came to do the project they told me that, if it were them, they would not be comfortable putting the panels on my roof. Luckily, I had a roofing company who had already given me an estimate and, when contacted, said they could do my roof that week. In fairness, it should have been my own due diligence to have the roof looked at by an experienced roofer first. The second issue I had was with their statement that it would be about two weeks before Central Maine Power could calibrate my meter. It ended up taking 2 months before my contract with CMP was filed and the meter calibrated. Sunergy stated that they have recently been installing in Maine and did not have a lot of experience with CMP. To make up for it they paid for my electric bills during the 2 months I waited. They did not have to do this but they did, and it was greatly appreciated. I think we need more solar companies working in New England and Sunergy is a competitive addition and has been excellent to deal with even given those two issues. Lastly, I cannot say enough good things about the installers Sunergy contracted with. They rolled with the roof issue during their first visit and a flooded basement on their second visit (that they went to Home Depot and got a pump for), and they still managed to finish the install, all 37 panels, on the same day! I hope they got a Christmas bonus for going above and beyond the scope of a regular install!

Solar Install

Chris Esposito and his team at Sunergy Solutions made my solar install a very smooth process. Chris's knowledge on the products and the regulations are the main reasons we went with them. Chris was able to work with us through any requests we had and was still able to meet deadlines. Chris helped us build a system that works for now and potential future updates to the home. The only issues we had were with the town building inspectors not having a set schedule as its hard to get them to sign off as well as Eversource as they are don't give you set times they can or cant come by to sign off on your build. When I did have to follow up with Eversource, Chris's office manager was able to step in and help me out aswell by confirming everything on their end was completed and submitted, which was a huge relief. The quality of the system was something I was not worried about as it was definitely 10/10. The products used and the quality of the work done was something I was very grateful to not have to worry about. Chris and his team walked us through the whole process and made sure to file all paperwork and keep us updated on the project timeline. Im grateful to have gone with Sunergy as they know what they are doing and actually care about your system. We are already getting more than we expected and already got our first "No Payment Due" bill only 1 full month after our license to operate was fulfilled!

7.2 kW Residential System

I compared a half dozen quotes from companies, local and national. Most pushed PPA options with deceptive interest rates. Sunergy was the absolute winner on cost, and were the most straightforward about it too. I had some concern based on the cost savings, but was very impressed by their installers and the quality when it was done. It took a little longer than I would have liked between closing and flipping the switch, but 2022 was a weird year all around, and they kept me apprised and informed the whole time. Have recommended to family.

From initial Sales visitation to Completion of project, Rob and his team where great! Rob was the sales consultant I worked with. Alex and his team did a very professional install on my roof. During the install, I am glad I was home to discuss the electrical hookup portion and equipment placement on the side of the house etc. Sunergy offers top rated Tier 1 Solar Panels and highly recommends individual inverters. Rob also put the highest capacity system that would fit on my roof. I've been using the System since early June and I haven't paid a dime to EverSCAM, also due to the system size, I am building up credits for use during the winter if needed. Give Sunergy a call at a minimum and get a quote! You will probably choose them!

Fantastic experience from start to finish

From our initial meeting with Adam for more information, to signing our contract, through the install - we had a great experience. Adam and the install team kept in constant contact with us from beginning to end. They answered all our questions, and always returned our calls promptly! The best is that they installed a few weeks prior to our quoted estimated window. That allowed Eversource to come sooner (which is a process outside of Sunergy's control and may vary for customers) and flip us on within a week. I highly recommend Sunergy if you are looking to go solar!!

Just bought in 2019 so glad we have solar

We were approached for a quote and I was neutral on solar. I understand the benefits now that the rates have drastically gone up. In our proposal Rob illustrated at only a assuming 3.4% increase a year, we could save 50k over a 20 yr span. That savings has gone way up as well.
