8.1KW Solar System Design and Installation - Excellent

We contracted with Sunergy Solutions LLC for design and installation of an 8.1KW solar array (20 panels) on a newly constructed timber framed barn. Very happy with the entire process, from initial consultation/sales through design, installation, and commissioning. The system was just as expected, and Sunergy's entire crew was a pleasure to work with. Sunergy's sales group were clearly experts, very well versed in the available technologies, rebates, and incentives. Definitely not a 'hard sell' experience. The field crew were really great, and paid particularly attention to our needs to have the aesthetics of the installation work with our historic property. As is often the case, the 'red tape' when dealing with the utility provider was an issue for us, but Sunergy pushed through with the utility and overcame all the typical permitting/approval snags even with our somewhat complex system (i.e., add on to an existing revenue solar system). Sunergy's office support staff were fantastic. I would definitely work with Sunergy again. No question.

Sunergy/Angelo Succi Provide Outstanding Solar Experience

Sunergy was third solar company we interviewed. All provided good info, but Sunergy/Angelo was first to really listen, respond to our desires for a local company with a long term solar solution. Installation was completed in late 2023 when promised. Angelo personally ensured each step was handled professionally and to our satisfaction. Excellent customer service

I decided to switch to solar due to my rapidly growing utility costs. After a thorough research on solar options, I have decided to choose Sunenergy. My solar professional, Christopher Esposito, made the entire process smooth, pleasant and timely. He was never bothered by my multiple questions, always answered them patiently, reached out frequently and kept me informed throughout the process. From the moment of signing my proposal for the 8.505 kW Solar Project in the summer, the 21 panels were installed in as few as 4 months! The installers were professional, courteous and left my yard completely clean. The design of the side wiring was well done leaving the front of my house look intact. I began generating energy immediately after the system was turned on. Christopher’s professionalism, experience, expertise and energetic personality made for a very pleasant experience. I couldn’t be happier to know that I have a 25 year warranty on a highest quality product I will own in just a few years, while removing the need to rely on an exuberantly priced utility company. Everything was delivered as promised. I would highly recommend and trust choosing Mr. Esposito as my personal solar representative again if an opportunity rises in the future.

The sales person was top notch - clear communication, explained things well and was completely on the ball 100%. Always responded immediately to any questions. The installers were friendly, up eat and efficient. And getting the app up a running was a piece of cake. The panels are now generating energy. So far I would definitely recommend Sunergy.

Phenomenal Experience

I originally inquired about going solar due to the high utility rates. I got a few quotes for solar and thankfully Brandon from Sunergy came to my home. Exceptional Professionalism

My elderly father and I dealt with John. Immediately he made us feel as if we were family or friends. Considering my father is elderly, John didn’t try taking advantage due to his age. We made quite a few calls but thankfully we met John. He explained every single detail of solar panels along with answering any and every question we had. He wasn’t someone who wanted to just make a sale. He is someone who truly cares about his customers. We really enjoyed having him at the house. Professional and Responsive Scoping Process

We worked directly with John at Sunergy to scope out a solar project for our home. I'm writing because John and the rest of the team were responsive, transparent, and informative. They provided detailed answers to any questions we had and addressed our needs well. We did not ultimately move forward with the project due purely to considerations with our property and financial situation, but if we do choose to move forward in the future we will be giving John and Sunergy a ring.

Sunergy Solutions is the right solar solution

I had been employed in the solar energy sector for 28 years and was familiar with the best-in-class technologies available. My partner and I contacted four solar system companies to discuss our project. The companies were comparable in price and timeframe, however, we decided to contract Sunergy Solutions because of their panel and inverter choice, interaction with the team members, including John Max, Rob Raffa, Nicole Dwyer, Mark Fitzpatrick and Tommy Kelley, and frequent communication. All aspects of the project were handled professionally and knowledgably, including the site visits, quoting with recommendations, permitting, Eversource paperwork, installation of the ground-mount system, and activation. Furthermore, their support has been unwavering ever since we came online, from resolution of a minor field issue to enrolling with our state SREC program. 23 Hanwha Q. cell with Enphase IQ8 system install

I started the process of looking for solar panels in March of 23. I had compared many different solar companies that did work in the Massachusetts area. Sunergy Solutions offered a very competitive price and a Warranty program that matched or exceeded the others I looked at. My point of contact with Sunergy was Chris, he always was prompt to respond to questions I had. He kept the process moving and me informed during the whole installation process. We decided to go with Sunergy Solutions on March 25th, and the panels were up and running on July 3rd. The system looks and runs great, and I would not hesitate to recommend using Sunergy Solutions for your solar install.

Happy with solar installation process and initial power

With the increase in electricity rates from my utility company, I wanted to tap into the power of the sun to reduce my bills and possibly help offset charging an electric vehicle in the future. I requested quotes from a number of companies over the year, but didn't feel it was time then. This time around, I had quotes from a number of companies, including Sunergy Solutions. The prices were comparable for similarly-sized systems. In the end, it was the personal interactions with the sales person, Christopher Esposito, and his answering all of my solar energy questions that I had, plus the microinverter technology that they were quoting that lead me to choose Sunergy for my installation. Everyone at the company was helpful and got back to me in short time. Christopher explained the entire installation and billing process and there really were no surprises as the project proceeded. I am very happy with my selection in Sunergy solutions. I would recommend contacting Christopher and Sunergy Solutions if you are considering a solar system for your home. They make it easy. The initial power generation numbers are quite nice too... Time will tell how quickly it will pay off.

Great solar company with a commitment to the customer

I was looking for a local solar provider because I like to support local companies. I found Sunergy Solutions was located nearby and reached out to them for information. I was connected with their sales rep, Christopher Esposito, who provided me with plenty of information on what to expect and costs. Christopher also connected me with banks that would be able to help me with a solar loan and explained to me the different loan options I might see, something I very much needed. This all started in September 2022 and Chris continued to patiently work with me and provide me with needed info until I officially got all of my pieces in order (tree removal, new roof, electrical updates). I didn't actually get my solar panels installed until May 2023 due to some delays I encountered, and I'm really glad that Sunergy Solutions didn't change our contracted price at any point. I got exactly what I signed up for. One thing I really appreciate about Sunergy Solutions is that Chris was very transparent about solar generation on the roof. I was undecided on whether to get a 6k or 8k system and Chris put up with multiple calls and emails from me asking which is better and why. I ended up going with the 8k system and I am very glad I did, since it is able to cover my electricity bill in the summer and bank energy for the winter. Another piece that Sunergy Solutions did well is providing contractors. Sunergy Solutions had an electrician come out to make sure everything was wired and up to code. The electrician arrived on time and explained to me what he was doing and why. The inspector also passed his work which is important
