Last week Jordan came by our house and completed a full system health check on our radiant floor system. He went through the entire system and made adjustments, did maintenance and replaced a faulty thermostat. I also appreciated how he walked me through the entire system and answered all of my questions since we recently purchased the home. Very professional and knowledgeable!

We've used Sundance before. They're trustworthy and helpful. Jordan helped us with a pump replacement for our radiant floor system and a boiler tune-up. He was great—communicative and knowledgeable.

We cannot recommend Sundance Power Systems enough! They are extremely professional, reliable, and care about the quality of their work. Our service tech, Jordan, was amazing. We had an existing older radiant floor heating system in a house we purchased. I didn't know the first thing about what to do or how to maintain it. Jordan took his time, walked me through everything about the system, answered all of my questions (and trust me, I had a lot) and helped us get it back up and running in a manner we could trust! Their front office was also very courteous, helpful and timely in helping us get on their schedule! Can't thank them enough and I will definitely be calling them again in the future for all of radiant floor heating and hot water heating needs!

We used Sundance to install both radiant floor heat in 2024 and a solar system in 2025. They were GREAT. In both cases they handled everything very professionally, communications were excellent, the process was well managed and service was extremely responsive. We're very happy and highly recommend.

In our earlier project, they’ve responded quickly when something looked wrong or we had questions. It’s due to this long term trust that we chose them to do our second installation this year.

Expert advice, and excellent execution and service

The Sundance folks selected a system that was appropriate for the non-ideal conditions of my house in the NC mountains. They were not the lowest bid nor the highest. They helped with all aspects of permitting and coordination with Mountain Electric (TVA) programs. They did what they said, on time, and no change orders.

The system Sundance installed at our home was one of the most advanced, integrated systems we have seen. We have been told it is the most advanced system in our county. We have 18 solar panels, a hot water panel, integrated with a gasification furnace system, two days of battery power, and a radiant floor heating system. Sundance installed all of these individual systems for us and all of them work extremely well. The only shortcoming was a solar system that was a bit undersized for our needs and our request. But that will be easy to fix!
