Sun Up Zero Down LLC

OUTSTANDING!!!!

I am so glad I decided to go Solar. I'm even happier I went with SUZD. My experience from the beginning was professional and seem less. My salesperson Jeanne Dear was nothing short of amazing. It's so nice to get such quick responses to your questions and concerns during the process. I cant say enough about the install team. They arrived on time and finished when they said they would. They were very nice and polite guys. They did an excellent installation and cleaned up after themselves. It is so rare now a days to have such good contractors that do exactly what they said they will do. Now all that's left to do is enjoy the savings!!!

Great service

Didn’t start out the smoothest, the follow up team after sales were spectacular. Doug and the installation team absolutely amazing! Had some issues with a lower part of my roof. Instead of just putting the panels on they showed me what was going on and the problems. Got it fixed and they got me back on track and installed quickly. The part I’m really grateful for is the team in the office always someone able to answer the phone or promptly get a call back to answer any questions and concerns. I can’t say enough positive things about my experience with Sun Up

Great company to work with

From the first call with Brad Silver to installment verything went smoothly and as expected.

Great work and perfect installation

As noted in the title Sun Up Zero Down did a real nice job of explaining, contracting, processing the state paperwork and installing the solar array of panels on our roof top. They were very timely in getting the permits and getting the install done before the end of the year (it was done in December) so that we could take advantage of of the tax credit for 2019. We are very pleased with our decision to go with Sun Up Zero Down. Very pleased indeed.

Highly Recommended!

Our experience with Sun Up Zero down completely exceeded our expectations. Our sales rep, Tom, was knowledgeable and extremely responsive. The office staff was great to work with, the installation team was outstanding, and the system has performed great. Highly recommended!

Excellent company to deal with.

Best quote of all. Easy to talk to. Spent a lot of time explaining all the options, system issues and benefits.

Quick, painless, and great customer service

I had a wonderful experience with Thomas Crowell and Sun Up Zero Down. I was able to express what I wanted in solar and, as they explained all of my options, it made it easy for me to decide on what was right for me. The process was quick and painless. Whenever I had questions about anything, Thomas was just a call away and handled any questions I had in a professional manner and I was able to get solutions fast. It can be daunting to navigate the SRECTRADE program at first, but I was able to get a handle on it rather quickly with the help of Thomas and his staff. Would highly recommend and I’m a very happy customer.

Absolutely amazing!

After sitting through SALES proposals with several other companies, I was pleasantly surprised with my educational solar presentation with Brad Silver from SUZD. Brad was punctual, very knowledgeable and supremely professional. He was clearly interested in HELPING us, not SELLING us. Our process was seamless, the installation was flawless and we are thrilled with our system. We’ve been solar powered for a year now and love it! It has been my pleasure to refer several people SUZD!

Excellent Sales and Service

Our sales woman Jeanne Dear was so knowledgeable, supportive, and really made the process easy. She is a gem! I highly recommend her and this company. We are so happy with our solar panels. Our savings is amazing. We met with 5 other companies and no sales person or service compared to Jeanne and Sun Up Zero Down.

Honest, knowledgable, efficient!

As I've read on some other reviews, BRAD SILVER is the absolute best! Knowledgable, honest, and puts the customer first! I was nonstop with 1,000 questions, and he answered every one, like a boss! He made sure I understood exactly what he was explaining and that I was comfortable with every step of the process. The installation team was also amazing! We had a minor glitch with inspections but the foreman and his guys handled it THAT SAME DAY! The foreman also came to my house for re -inspection the next day, so that I didn't have to miss work again. That's above and beyond in my book! Super happy with our system and experience. Ready to help improve the environment and my wallet! ;-)

Seamless

My Salesman Brad Silver was and still is amazing. The install was fast the guys were friendly and professional my roof looks great and my bill has been covered 100% since install! 2 thumbs up!

Friendly, efficient service

Sun Up Zero Down LLC from the initial consultation to the final installation was friendly, efficient, professional . Everyone we came in contact with went above and beyond to explain the processes and answer our questions. Even after installation we received follow up phone calls. Everything was exactly as promised, very neat workmanship, as scheduled, sometimes earlier than anticipated. Final result, we are saving a lot of money, just as promised!!! Happy customers!!

We were so impressed!

Initially, we considered Sun Up Zero Down because they did not bombard us with endless phone calls and emails. They reached out to us and allowed us to get back to them. We interacted primarily with Jeanne who was amazing. To be honest, our relationship with her solidified our decision to use S.U.Z.D. She answered every question, responded to every email and text inquiring and she was just SO nice!! Caitlyn organized the installation and the installers were timely and polite. The system looks beautiful on our home. We couldn't be happier with the entire process. I would recommend them whole heartedly!

Great Company and Proud to have Gone "Green"!

After consulting with 4 other companies, we selected Sun Up Zero Down. So glad that we did. Not only are their staff knowledgeable and friendly, but their product is excellent. Our SunPower panels are the highest quality and look great. We were hesitant knowing some of our neighbors that had solar panels had ones that you could see the grids. Not these, they are sleek and no grids can be seen. So glad to have gone "green" and looking forward to saving money. From start to finish they were the BEST and the the instillation was quick! We highly recommend this company.

Energy saver

Sun Up Zero Down is one of the best companies we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. From the sales people to the installers and the follow up. Can't thank you enough. (and it looks great)

Very nice job installing equipment. Thank you.

INCREDIBLE INSTALL!

I looked into solar for a year before I chose SUZD. There was no hassle. Everything was explained thoroughly and the install process was quick and amazing! I would highly recommend SUZD!!

Top notch installation

As I walked threw my town I saw many Solar installations. Most all had wire and conduit on the roof running over peaks & threw valley's. Well, not on my roof. Sun up Zero down does the most professional install I have seen. The Panels also are of better quality...and so is the electrical invertor equipment.

Go solar, save money

I've had my system for 3 years now. The savings are great. The folks for Sun Up Zero Down are friendly and helpful. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Great
