I am so glad I decided to go Solar. I'm even happier I went with SUZD. My experience from the beginning was professional and seem less. My salesperson Jeanne Dear was nothing short of amazing. It's so nice to get such quick responses to your questions and concerns during the process. I cant say enough about the install team. They arrived on time and finished when they said they would. They were very nice and polite guys. They did an excellent installation and cleaned up after themselves. It is so rare now a days to have such good contractors that do exactly what they said they will do. Now all that's left to do is enjoy the savings!!!

Instead of just putting the panels on they showed me what was going on and the problems. Got it fixed and they got me back on track and installed quickly. The part I’m really grateful for is the team in the office always someone able to answer the phone or promptly get a call back to answer any questions and concerns. I can’t say enough positive things about my experience with Sun Up

As noted in the title Sun Up Zero Down did a real nice job of explaining, contracting, processing the state paperwork and installing the solar array of panels on our roof top. They were very timely in getting the permits and getting the install done before the end of the year (it was done in December) so that we could take advantage of of the tax credit for 2019. We are very pleased with our decision to go with Sun Up Zero Down. Very pleased indeed.

As I've read on some other reviews, BRAD SILVER is the absolute best! Knowledgable, honest, and puts the customer first! I was nonstop with 1,000 questions, and he answered every one, like a boss! He made sure I understood exactly what he was explaining and that I was comfortable with every step of the process. The installation team was also amazing! We had a minor glitch with inspections but the foreman and his guys handled it THAT SAME DAY! The foreman also came to my house for re -inspection the next day, so that I didn't have to miss work again. That's above and beyond in my book! Super happy with our system and experience. Ready to help improve the environment and my wallet! ;-)

My Salesman Brad Silver was and still is amazing. The install was fast the guys were friendly and professional my roof looks great and my bill has been covered 100% since install! 2 thumbs up!

Everyone we came in contact with went above and beyond to explain the processes and answer our questions. Even after installation we received follow up phone calls. Everything was exactly as promised, very neat workmanship, as scheduled, sometimes earlier than anticipated. Final result, we are saving a lot of money, just as promised!!! Happy customers!!
