Piss poor customer support
Don't expect any after sales support from these folks. When someone gets around to answering the phone all they do is take your name and number and tell you someone will call you back, but they NEVER call back. It took me 9 months last time to get them to replace a bad micro-invert. I have two more that are broken now and have been calling them for 3 months with no response. Look around, you'll see lots of folks complaining about their crappy customer support.
