My first solar company went bankrupt and my second one always had excuses, not solutions. Working with Stateline has been night and day from those experiences. Frequent communication, fast and efficient construction, guidance with the confusing world of solar credits...they're on top of it all. I have referred many friends and colleagues and all have been very happy. They even followed up a year post completion to make sure I'm happy with their work. Only solar company ill work with from now on.

I'm a very satisfied Stateline Customer. Although I like to do a lot of research before making a substantial purchase, navigating the maze of solar installation rules, utility requirements, state and local incentives, etc was intimidating. My Stateline Solar sales rep, Ryne, patiently walked me through the entire process while walking around my property withme and sitting at our kitchen table. I started the process in August 2024, with my installation completed in one day in November 2024. 2025 showed my that our decision to install our system was a smart one, some highlights: - The 30% tax credit on our income taxes worked perfectively. - The IL state solar shines incentive arrived earlier than estimated in the promised amount. - Our system produced significantly above the Stateline Solar projection. - for March thru October, we "banked" excess solar kilowatt production every month. These credits will offset our reduced production during the winter season. Let the Stateline Solar professionals navigate the constantly changing solar installation rules, incentives, and requirements with you. I'm glad I did.

Overall, we had a very good experience. Our salesman Ryne, was very patient and answered all our questions (and there was a lot) promptly. Installation was scheduled and completed on time (this was important as our electric provider was eliminating net metering on a particular date and we needed the system active before that date), and with respect to our home and yard. The follow up after install was also excellent. Everyone on the team that we interacted with was very helpful and friendly. They made the entire process as easy as possible for us. The price/Kwh for the system was a bit lower than the other bid we got. The downsides are the panels used aren't the most efficient from the research I did. We have a 10Kwh system and so far a good day in June/July we can get close to 50Kwh total energy generation. The sales contract is very complicated (but that may be due in part to the incentive program requirements). I suspect the payback analysis provided to us is likely more optimistic that what we will actually get, but I took that into account before deciding to proceed.

We started exploring a ground mount solar array in August of 2024. We checked with 3 companies and Stateline Solar was easily the best to deal with. Ryne answered all of questions and guaranteed it would be up and running before the end of the year AND they had the best price. He also explained how net metering and the rebate and the federal tax credit works. They had it installed and operational before the end of September! We’ve been very pleased with our very low electric bills and have already received the rebate and the tax credit. We would highly recommend Stateline Solar!

I contacted a friend that had a solar installation, he directed me to Stateline Solar. I was quickly connected with Scott in sales. Scott came out and made a personal presentation detailing the cost and benefits of the solar system. Yes, it is a chunk of money out but through rebates, this cost is returned in a little over a year. After signing the paperwork, in a couple of weeks, Zach and Andrew, along with the installation team, installed the system in about 4 hours. I was impressed with their workmanship and how quickly and efficiently they worked. The solar was turned on that day. I highly recommend Stateline Solar for anyone looking into Solar. This was the 4th solar company I check out in the last several years and it is the first solar installation that made sense!

Very good company to work with, on time when they said they would be there, they were. No pressure sales, informative interview in house. Solid company and well established in the area. Very professional work, could not even tell they had been on the place at the end of the work. After sale follow up was very good and I could not think of any negative aspects of the interactions I have had with Stateline Solar and would recommend the company even to a close family member or close friend with no reservations. System thus far is working as expected and looks amazing.

After hearing about Stateline Solar, I talked to a neighbor who has had them for a couple of years. It made sense so we put in our order. It was installed in one day and once turned on it worked perfectly. We now pay the base charge every month and watch the credits grow. We just a a rate hike in our electrical cost, but it does not affect us because of our panels. How cool is that!

There are many steps to get solar set up and apply for govt incentives. Stateline Solar was very helpful throughout the journey. First two months I paid $0 for power consumption. I would recommend both solar and Stateline.
