Stateline Solar

Overall, we had a very good experience. Our salesman Ryne, was very patient and answered all our questions (and there was a lot) promptly. Installation was scheduled and completed on time (this was important as our electric provider was eliminating net metering on a particular date and we needed the system active before that date), and with respect to our home and yard. The follow up after install was also excellent. Everyone on the team that we interacted with was very helpful and friendly. They made the entire process as easy as possible for us. The price/Kwh for the system was a bit lower than the other bid we got. The downsides are the panels used aren't the most efficient from the research I did. We have a 10Kwh system and so far a good day in June/July we can get close to 50Kwh total energy generation. The sales contract is very complicated (but that may be due in part to the incentive program requirements). I suspect the payback analysis provided to us is likely more optimistic that what we will actually get, but I took that into account before deciding to proceed.

Very good company to work with, on time when they said they would be there, they were. No pressure sales, informative interview in house. Solid company and well established in the area. Very professional work, could not even tell they had been on the place at the end of the work. After sale follow up was very good and I could not think of any negative aspects of the interactions I have had with Stateline Solar and would recommend the company even to a close family member or close friend with no reservations. System thus far is working as expected and looks amazing.

We have had solar panels for about 3 years now. Our energy store gets us through all but about 2 1/2 months per year. Since our home is all electric, this is a huge savings for us. Solar cost us more out of pocket than originally quoted, but we have paid it off entirely now.

After hearing about Stateline Solar, I talked to a neighbor who has had them for a couple of years. It made sense so we put in our order. It was installed in one day and once turned on it worked perfectly. We now pay the base charge every month and watch the credits grow. We just a a rate hike in our electrical cost, but it does not affect us because of our panels. How cool is that!

There are many steps to get solar set up and apply for govt incentives. Stateline Solar was very helpful throughout the journey. First two months I paid $0 for power consumption. I would recommend both solar and Stateline.
