His friend and business partner for many years Erick Alvizures, brings entrepreneurial experience that aided them building Solex to be able to favorably compete with other leading solar companies, manufacturing and repair across California.

Paid in full and they went out of business
Paid the company in full to have solar panels and skylights installed, they only did the solar panels and went out of business before finishing the skylight. Shady company

Great Contractor
I have been looking into solar for a long time. I made the mistake a few years ago of putting my info on a website for an estimate only to be flooded with calls and emails. I have had a few companies come out. They all seamed very pushy and didn't really listen to my concerns, just spilled out all their spiel and tried to get me to sign up. I had a friend that I trust who just went solar with Solex and had great things to say, so I contacted them. First of all, they actually listened to and answered my questions, which I really appreciate. The system they quoted me was $5000 less than other company, and all their equipment is US made and has the best warranty of anyone I found. I did a ground mounted system as I didn't want panels on the front of my home. They were very professional and not pushy at all, so I decided to take the solar plunge. I financed my solar system and my payment is less than 1/2 what my SDGE bill was. They installed my job in 2 weeks, and I had read reviews of other companies complaining that their jobs took 6 months or more. My system was turned on and working less than 3 weeks after I signed the contract. Kenny was the lead installer on my job and I want to commend him. They were here for 4 days working on my project. They cleaned up every day and left the place spotless. I've already referred them to a friend and a neighbor. It's refreshing to find a contractor this professional and reasonable. Thanks Solex!
