I am very satisfied with the service, professionalism, and the time Solcium dedicated to come out and explain everything to us.

I thought Ryan was very professional, we weren't very knowledgeable about everything, and Ryan didn't mind taking the time to explain everything to us in detail. The installers were very professional, quiet, and cleaned up after themselves. Sebastian was very professional and explained things thoroughly when it came to the monitoring.

The are phenomenal!

The communication is great! The transparency with Ryan has been great from the moment when he knocked on the door to the end. What really sold our us is that the experience was tailored to us to include our roof, the tree removal, and the solar. Karla and the office always reached out to me, so I didn't have to reach out to them to find out information. The whole experience has been perfect.

Excellent Installation and Start Up Experience

Solcium was recommended to my family by several of our neighbors. From the first visit through to our install and start up we have been impressed with the friendly, knowledgeable and helpfulness of every person we dealt with. Staff at Solcium have been in contact with us at least once a week, even if there was nothing happening or no new updates. Every step of the process was explained in detail and questions were patiently answered. The install was done very efficiently and the workers left everything clean and neat. Our experience so far has been nothing but positive.

Service was great from beginning to end! From Jeff with the sales staff to Jamie, Jen, and Karla from the office staff and everyone else on the install team. No complaints, 5 Stars!

I was reading about how expensive solar was according to some people's assumptions and I bought into what they were saying but I realized I needed more information. I picked three companies to get quotes from and Jordan from Solcium had me sold right away. I realized how much cheaper it is to go solar rather than sticking with Duke, especially with their price increase coming this year. The warranties cover the system, the system production, leaks, and services not only through them but a third party in case anything happens to them. Knowing that gave me peace of mind. Everyone from the company has been very pleasant, cooperative, informative, and friendly. Everyone was very good at following up, they would call whenever they said they would, and kept me up to date on the project. Everything from sale to saving on my bills was completed in just about a month.

Solcium Solar purchase

Another solar company came in before Solcium and had a good presentation but Marco came out and It was no contest. The thing that really set them apart was their 30-year warranties which is longer than the other companies I was exploring. I looked for a long-term commitment. Everyone from Solcium has been professional and interested in me as an individual. Solcium’s communication was phenomenal. They made sure I was aware of everything that was going on with the project and were upfront about timelines, so I wasn't caught off guard. The installation was great, the workers were organized, they worked as a team, managed their individual responsibilities, they were knowledgeable, they were a blast to talk to, and cleaned up at the end of day. From start to finish it was a very efficient and effective process. I've worked with some vendors before at home and work and I can’t think of a thing I would change about my interactions with Solcium which is pleasingly unusual. I can’t talk to someone about something I don’t believe in, and I will talk about Solcium to my closest friends and family.

Great Experience

My experience with Solcium was great. Ryan came out and designed the system and showed me what we could expect to save on a typical month/year in electricity savings. I feel like they were using slightly better equipment and material than the other quotes I received. Installation was done in 2 days. Jamie in the office was a great communicator and made me feel like I was her only customer and had a vested interest in me.

Excellent Customer Service!

One of the highlights of Solcium is their customer service especially with communicating with clients and answering their questions. With Solar being such a new industry, being comfortable with the level of the staff's knowledge and being able to answer my many, many questions was comforting. There was never a time where I felt uneasy or doubted. I would recommend Solcium to anyone looking to take advantage of Solar.

Solcium exceeded all of my expectations. Their team treated us like family. Mand was the one who came out initially and man he was great. He was not pushy, didn't use cheesy sales tactics, and only gave us factual information. He was cordial and patient even under constant bombardment of questions. No matter when I called Solcium was available on the other end of the phone, they even took my calls on the weekends. The people installing were very thoughtful, if you went outside they talked with you, explained what they were doing, and were very patient when you had questions. Our neighbor had another company install and they were cursing and yelling and when he came out to come watch my install he was shocked that Solcium's team was acting so professionally. Everything was smooth from start to finish. They stood by our side when Duke was running us in circles and caused us to delay because of their screw up. From start to finish they were there, they did what they said. Again they exceeded all of our expectations.

Solcium has a great team, positive environment, and is a good choice to pick. This experience was fun, easy and quick. I would refer Solcium to others!

I did the research with multiple of our neighbors that went solar, and I spoke with Anthony. He had a lot of good things to say about Solcium and that gave me the confidence to talk to them. After talking with Marco and the six other companies, I did side by side comparisons of their pricing and warranties and Solcium is the one who provided the best deal. When you watch them install, not only one person knew what he was doing and directing everyone else but rather everyone knew what they were doing. As an engineer talking with the electrician on site, he was able to explain everything to me which only increased my confidence in them. There was a lot of attention to detail from all of them. The entire process was quick and easy, the longest I was waiting was for Duke to Interconnect. If you are looking for the overall best deal with equipment, warranties, and service, Solcium is the way to go.

From start to finish Solcium delivered. Adequate hand holding from the sales team, very polite install team, and post installation the follow through to make sure my system went live was excellent. If anyone is considering putting solar on their home, definitely check into Solcium.

The company as a whole is great. They did what they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to do it. The people are caring and understanding. Any concerns I had were always addressed, answered, or taken care of. Overall a good experience.

Great local company

Solcium exceeded my expectations and delivered as promised; company employees were very responsive to requests and extremely knowledgeable. The woman- and minority-owned business aspect makes the company stand out in the field, as does having an in-house install team. My salesperson, Amanda Osborn, provided excellent updates throughout the process, keeping me informed along the way. Highly recommended; go with Solcium and ask for Amanda!

From the sales team, to installation, to the rest of operations was a great experience. My business partner and I were looking to do solar ourselves, but what Marco explained was that workmanship of using a solar company and the warranties Solcium was offering would minimize the possibility of errors, having to dealing with Duke, pulling permits and installing myself, and I would have warranties to back up my system.

I have had a lot of conversations with other solar companies, conversations were aggressive, business only type of approach with a lot of pressure even after we had told them no. Solcium was different because they were friendly, laid back, but professional and had the better offers compared to those other companies. We were actually working with another company at the time we were approached by Marco from Solcium and that previous company was very uncommunicative, every time they said they would get back to us they never did. Every time we spoke with Solcium's team, they were responsive, to the point, and explained things very well. The install itself went pretty quick, easy, and didn't interrupt my day at home with the family. They caught a system error before I even saw anything wrong in the monitoring and were already taking care of it. We are actually moving to a new home soon, and we are definitely going to work with them again because their warranties, price, and team are fantastic.

As soon we bought the house in September we started looking into solar then everyone started contacting me. Solcium came to my door and set me an appointment with Marco. He was very easy to deal with and was not pushy at all. He explained the warranties and the system and it sold itself. Everyone in the office was good and provided me with updates when they came. The install was good, of course loud, but they were working hard. Very smooth experience with no complaints.

From sales, to install, all the way up to operations we have had a great experience so far. Great team!

I Highly Recommend Solcium Solar & Their Extremally Helpful Team

Solcium got in touch with my wife and I after we filled out a form online. We met with Marco whose communication has been phenomenal and kept me up to date throughout the whole process. Everyone in the office was kind, and easy to get a hold of. They installed the system while I was at work, so it was great that it didn’t interfere with my day to day, and I came home to my solar completely installed and ready to go. Exemplar experience and would definitely recommend to all home owners in the market for solar.

I knew FPL prices were going to go up and we wanted to reduce our bills and become energy efficient. I filled out a questionnaire online and a few companies reached out to me and the first one that reached out to me did not even show up. I spoke with Solcium, and Ryan gave a great presentation, he was very professional, pleasant, provided outstanding service and very useful information. The other company I sat with was trying to say Solcium was overselling us but really, he was the one trying to provide me with a smaller system for more money. Whenever I called, someone either answered my question immediately or got back to me quickly. The install went well, they guys showed up and worked quickly. It's been a pleasant experience, so far, it's been great.

It's been a good experience. I did an online search on Solar and sent my information in a form that contacts solar providers. We decided to go with Solcium because their call center rep was great, I believe Steve was his name. Then when Thomas came out, he explained it well and he was honest enough to explain everything. It was more than just the sale. He didn't push for adders that wouldn't be of real benefit to us and made sure not to oversize our system. Jamie and Karla were great about getting back to me when they said they would. Jamie whenever you call her, it was great and she takes care of you. Karla who took care of our interconnection with the utility was very nice. Their installers were great, easy going, and explained everything they were doing. They almost got rained out but stayed for a while to see if it would pass through and they could finish up. Professional organization that delivers what it promises.

Got in touch with Solcium via their call center. Sally reached out after I responded to an ad and they sent Marco to me. Marco has been good to me and available when I had questions and kept me up to date on my project. My son pushed me to check out solar so I could save money. The other companies I sat with were bad mouthing each other so I decided to go with Solcium. The install went well, they were really quick. They were upfront about the time it would take to get the system up and running. Simply, good company and good experience.

Excellent Service

My experience with Solcium has been good. Mand was very nice when he came out and going solar dropped our monthly payments. We had recently talked about getting solar and a door-knocker got us in contact with Solcium and sent Mand. We looked at Solcium's reviews after our initial meeting with Mand and they had great reviews so we went with them. Solcium took care of everything for us including our HOA Approval. Every time I've called it has been quick and easy. I had a two day install, they were very nice, and cleaned up after themselves. Overall, Good.
