Our experience with Solcium was the best I've ever had dealing with a contractor from start to finish. Thomas, Steve, and Sebastian exceeded our expectations and are role models to be emulated and should be training others if they aren't already. The product and its installation are phenomenal and it itself has exceeded its expected performance. The office staff was very professional, promptly returned calls, and expeditiously took care of whatever I needed. What else can I say? In every way, everyone exceeded our expectations.

The communication was great, it was a great team to work with. I made requests and it was fulfilled. It's all been positive.

Solcium Solar Review: We had a very positive experience from the solar company. I would use them again and highly recommend the company. When we first started looking to find out more about solar power for our home, they were one of several companies that we contacted and got a bid from initially. They were very competitive on the pricing and did not push us for a commitment. We were at a place where we needed a few months before we were going to make a decision and they were the only company who contacted us after the date we set. The whole process was very easy, we were kept informed regularly about the paperwork from the county and electrical company that needed to be processed. After the installation was complete, they followed up made sure we were happy. The contracts were easy to understand and we feel they will always be there fir questions and concerns in the future.

Great Communicate when it comes to the installation of the solar and the working with the energy company to get my meter changed out.

I've had an excellent experience with them. From meeting with Ryan, all the way through with Jamie, Karla, and Alex from the office to Sebastian coming out to help go over my system. The communication is excellent which was incredibly important to me.

We were looking at solar for a while but we were unsure until talking with Jen. She was very knowledgeable and cleared up a lot of misconceptions we had, which is when we decided it was time to take the leap because we finally had a company we could trust. Jen always followed up, was honest, wasn't pushy like other companies we have run into, and if she didn't know something she would immediately get in touch with someone who did to get us an answer. This was the case for everyone we spoke with from the company. They were incredibly responsive and always made us feel important. Even their service and installation team. When they got here to install they knocked on the door and they all introduced themselves. They arrived early, blocked everything off, worked hard the whole time, and left everything clean after. My experience with Solcium was amazing! The team was very knowledgeable on the product and were are very pleased after two months of being on solar we are loving our decision!

When I initially met with Ryan, he told me Solcium was the best company and it definitely has been. The customer support has been personable and excellent from the beginning to now. The system is also working better than anticipated! They were there for every phase from start to finish. It's been great!

The experience was great, Team was professional.

I really like this company a lot, there is quality people working there from the installers to the office to the team member they sent out after everything was up and running. They called me every week to tell me where we were in the process. They said they would call and they did when they said they would. You really don't get that customer service anywhere anymore. I also needed a roof badly and they were able to include a new roof into the solar loan. Such a great company.

Marco presented himself well, talked about the company, his family, and his life. He talked with us and explained everything well, down to a tee. He was a very open book and made us feel very comfortable.

My system

Everyone is very friendly, Everyone has been on time when they said they would be, they respond quickly whenever I have questions and clearly answer them and make the proper clarifications.

Everyone from their office has been very professional, patient, thorough, and quickly gets back to me to make arrangements and let me know what is taking place. I am very pleased with the money I will be saving. I would say Ryan is a big reason why I went with Solcium. He was very knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything thoroughly, and was very pleasant to talk with. He didn't hound me, either. He came out and then gave me time to consider and followed up later. He didn't harass me. When the system costs started kicking in and we were waiting to get it on, Solcium took care of the costs. The workmen were quick when going about their job, neat, and on task at all times.

Great service, communication, response time, installation was seamless, up and running now with no glitches. Very pleased and would recommend without hesitation. Glad to be free of Duke energy. Thank you Marco!

I got my solar up and running and my FPL bills are already wiped out. I like knowing exactly how much I'm going to be paying every month. Consider Solcium if you are thinking of going solar. 

I have been frustrated with rising energy rates and Solcium is the solution. I was approached by Marco from Solcium and he was detailed, showed me all the pros and cons. I actually had to get a new roof before I could get the solar installed and they stood by me during the 8 months it took. Any other company would have cut their losses and moved on but Solcium stuck by me. Interacting with the staff was definitely a positive experience! They were very patient, they returned all my calls, if they didn't have an answer they would find it and get back to me quickly. In short, Solcium has a phenomenal staff from top to bottom. I can honestly refer people to them and say they are going to have a good experience.

Quick, easy and stress free

The whole process was stress free. My sales rep Samantha, accommodated my schedule, answered all my questions, and provided all the necessary information to make an informed decision. Solcium provided a quick high quality install. All my contacts with the company were engaging and personable. Everything passed with the county easily. In my first month I am already saving!

I am so glad I went solar and I am elated to the fact I went with Solcium. I was approached by many different companies but Ryan Floyd stood out. He got in contact with me after I had experienced an extreme loss and he was the only person from any of the companies that were approaching me that respected that fact. All the other companies were pushy and Ryan wasn't. After I told him to give me a month and we reconnected he didn't run into a sales pitch. He offered his condolences and his fiancé even baked a cake for me. He was the only one acting like a human being. Not only was his presentation great, he was straight forward, and clear about everything. The office team was great too, especially Karla. I am not very good with computers and she walked me through everything and made it easy for me. She was fantastic. The installation was great, they were on time, and efficient. I intend to continue having a great relationship with Solcium moving forward!

Solcium Solar

Solcium was Fantastic. Solcium let me know every time they were coming out to work and coordinated well with us. I think the install went really smoothly, they were quick, and only took half a day to install. There was a manufacturer issue with a panel and they worked quickly to get it replaced. The install looks great and is organized. Most of the waiting we had to do was because of Duke and Solcium was able to continually follow up and make sure Duke didn't drop the ball. I really enjoy that I don't have to worry about any more price increases from Duke. I love to have a sense of ownership over my power.

Keep inflation in check...

I really wanted to avoid the inflation of electric prices. They provided a very detailed explanation of the Net Metering Program, they delivered what they promised, there was excellent communication, and I have already experienced savings in my first month!
