Only been in this house a few months and the solar system came with it. Always good to get another pair of eyes up there to see what’s going on and clean it up. Technician was outstanding explained what he was going to do and what he saw. Pretty happy about that. I’m glad I signed up for the maintenance plan. Rather be safe than sorry.

Johnny was right on time, worked his tail off for 2 days, and was smart, careful, clean, and pleasant! Will certainly have him and Solar One return for ongoing maintenance!

Solar One was referred to me by my brother, and the Personnel are top notch, efficient, likable, and trustworthy. I purchased my system with the Tesla back-up battery for power outages. My payments per month are locked in, and less than my electric bill, which has only risen by leaps and bounds over the past year, and, I believe that trend will continue. I'm so glad I made the call to Solar One. The process of permits, etc...is all handled by them with easy e-sign documents. I was so done with the electric company and constantly rising rates. I highly recommend Solar One! Now is the time! Thanks Team!

I called Solar One for help when my solar went down. I have owned the home 2 years and had no idea who to call. The woman in the office was very helpful and friendly and I signed up for their monthly maintenance program. Trevor came today to assess the problem. He was also very friendly... and knowledgeable. After 30 minutes he had me up and running again. Now I am comfortable knowing I have a good team available for a system I know nothing about. Thanks!

SolarOne has been great to work with. Very transparent with cost, warranty, etc. They have been very responsive to all my communication and have great customer service. The whole installation process and planning did take a while due partially to a busy end of year for them but I would say it was worth the wait. Probably took about 4 months from the initial phone call to turning on the power. Some of that was outside of their control such as HOA approval and APS approval. Great team and I would highly recommend them.

I did my homework and got several quotes from several companies and SolarOne was the one I chose. Brandon, the sales rep, answered all my questions and was very personable. The installation process was great with communication coming from installing of the panels to the hook up. Everyone along the way was very professional and courtious! From Brandon, to Mike, to Mark - everyone!! They were even ahead of schedule of installation dates that they initially quoted me! I would highly recommend this company to install your solar system!!

Very professional sub contractors. I could use a few more minutes of operation explanation. I suggested that a operation manual is needed.

From the first meeting to the completion of the job, this company was a model contractor. Explanations were given in terms that we understood, there was never any trace of pressure to sign up, giving us space to do references, and make up our own minds about the project. Anne in the office was professional, friendly, and attentive to all questions when we called. The men who did the work were efficient, clean, and very considerate of my property. I felt like I had family working on my system all the way. The electrical contractor was easy to work with and the finished product is straight, neat, and professional. The system is working great and is everything as promised. This whole experience was a pleasant one with no surprises. What a pleasure it is to do business with people who do exactly what they said they would do! I don`t know how it could have gone any better. Great experience and great value.

Brandon Anderson is very knowledgeable and answered my many questions straightforwardly and completely. It was a delight to work with him. The office assistant, Anne, was always friendly and quick to respond to messages. All of the workers who came to the house were very professional and competent. Stephen was the one who helped me tremendously with the generator as we worked through its installation and inspection. I have already referred friends to the company and will continue to do so.

We solicited proposals from 5 companies. Each company had an opportunity to address us personally and explain how the system would be installed. We were particularly concerned about roof penetrations for the jacks. Only SolarOne had the perfect solution. They even had the electrician present to explain his role and how the system would interface with Arizona Public Service. Each member of the SolarOne team did his job to perfection. Their finished product could not look or work better if NASA had done it. We are going to encourage our friends and neighbors to use SolarOne

Was disapppointed in the electrician. Had an expectation that a little work, outside the the scope of the solar would be perfomed to clean up my electrical box, while on site. This was a request prior to entering an agreement with solar one. I acknowledged that I expected to pay for that. The communication on the statis of the project was weak. Had to call more then I think I should have. Ultimatley happy with the end result and the quality of the work. In all still recommeded Solar One to a family member who is consider solar.

Very good group to work with. A little nervous going into the project, but the contractor pulled everything together and got`er done. SolarOne did their end of the project fine. The utility company dragged their heels, but that was beyond what SolarOne could make happen. It`s complete and working great.

The entire team at Solar One Energy Group provided excellent customer service, explained every portion of the process and overall has provided us with an excellent PV system at a very reasonable price. We will recommend them to anyone we know needing the same services provided. The installation team did an amazing job ensuring the system was installed properly and looks great at the same time.

Great communication...Great attitude---kept us informed of any delays concerning the County permitting--never left any trash--cleaned up after every work day--Explained the differences with the different manufactures of the equipment available--Could reach by phone easily--competitive pricing--Were never in a hurry..Everyone should follow their lead.. I couldn`t be happier with the entire affair.For me ,it was easier than buying clothes............
