I’m a rep. I had the option to work for any solar provider in the metroplex. There are a lot. First I read the reviews, then I talked to some live references. You’ve got to work for a established, long term company if you want financial stability. Lastly, you want a company that doesn’t sub out their work—so THEY are accountable for the work. Great sales and install experience
I have almost nothing but praise for the sales and installation experience. Everyone was professional and knew what they were doing. I can honestly recommend this solar company to anyone. If there is a negative, it would be in the area of customer communications, as a few times I had to contact them to find out schedules. But, in their defense, I think their team has more business than people to serve. (a good problem for a growing company) For instance, a hand thing would be to text the customer the night before, "we should be there in the afternoon."
