Fantastic company

I chose Synergy based on pricing, reviews, and their response time. I narrowed my choice down to two companies and emailed to ask questions. Brad from Synergy returned all my email questions almost in real time, whereas the other company took a few days to get back to me--after they had bragged about their quick response time! Easy decision. Synergy wasn't the cheapest, but less than 5% difference. The two finalist companies were 50% below the highest priced dealers--Ridiculous! I ran into some problems with the design from my HOA and the permit from the city, but Synergy took these in stride. Everything was delayed, but they kept me informed on the process. Due to the HOA issues, some of the panels were installed in a not-ideal location. Synergy came back out and moved my panels after I raised my concerns. They were quite busy at the time, so it was delayed a few months, but they were willing to finish the job, despite already being paid. I've had bad experiences with contractors who aren't willing to stand behind their work once they have have been pain, but that wasn't the case with Synergy. Overall, I am pleased with the project so far. Synergy was fantastic and I have no worries that if I run into problems in the future, they will be there for me.

Best Company

After discussing and reviewing bids from multiple different installers we choose to go with Synergy Power. They where one of the only providers with out a car salesman pitch. They also where the only one with a detailed breakdown of every part, labor and misc expenses. This allowed me to compare apples to apples and throw out the over priced bids. They where the best price, you get to deal with the owner, and they follow up to make sure you are enjoying the system. I am glad I didn't give up and called them.

Exellent Companny

I had been looking into installing a solar system on my house for several years. I, myself have designed and installed a small system on a cabin and have done lots of research in design and availability of systems over the years. Even as late as a year ago I had a quote that was more than double what Synergy quoted. I have a friend who, earlier, also researched prior to his installation and found a good price, but didn't beat Synergy's price. Synergy not only beat my expectations for price by thousands, every thing they promised, they delivered and on time. I highly recommending Synergy Solar for anyone that needs a solar system.

Very Pleased

After checking out a number of providers, we elected to go with Synergy Power. They had the most reasonable price but also were the most thorough in explaining the process and engineering the installation. The performed as promised and were always accessible and after installation came on site when needed to work out a few bugs. The company personnel are very down to earth and easy to work with. They were not just there to sell and install but wanted us to be happy with the final result which we are. I am very happy to recommend both the concept of home solar and Synergy Power. Great Guys

2015 Install

I check at a total of 4 companies before my install, and I am so glad I did. Prices ranged dramatically, alone with sale methods. I went with synergy because they gave me a understanding of the product and the choice I was looking for at a great price. The install was great and they went the extra mile to make sure it was done right. I get a kick out of watching the KWH's piling up and the power meter confirming I am saving money.

Another great installation from Synergy Power

Chad and crew worked hard to complete the installation by the end of the year, and they did an excellent job. Chad helped me to understand how the systems work so that I could make the best choice. He is conscientious and responsive to requests and questions. Chad's bid was very competitive in terms of price, and it was thorough. The information in his bid supplemented what is available on the Solar Simplified website. The competitive bid and the depth of long-term information are why I chose Synergy Power. The attention to detail and the care that he takes is the same whether he is doing a huge commercial installation or a smallish job like mine, and that appealed to me. After the installation, he monitored the system, making sure everything was working properly. Chad takes pride in his work, and I am confident that he will continue to be available to answer questions and to make sure all is running well. I am planning to add more panels to my roof this year, if my budget can stand it, and Chad will be my first choice.

Great Service - Best Price

It was great working with the owner (Chad) directly. He didn't have a slick sales pitch, so I trusted him immediately. We had spoken to another provider and they made it seem like we would get a check back from the government on our taxes. That's not how the tax rebate works. Chad explained that clearly and I followed up online and did my research. If we had gone with the other provider, it would have cost us $10K more and we wouldn't have been able to fully take advantage of the tax rebate. Chad's crew was professional, on-time and courteous. I highly recommend Synergy Power.

Solar Power

I was pleased with the low pressure sales approach. I wanted a general idea of the installation process and cost before I met with them. They provided me this cost and answered all my questions. When I met with them I was prepared to sign the contract because of their willingness to answer my questions before we met. The cost was reasonable, especially compared to the other bids that I got from other companies. I was pleased with the owner, Chad with his easy going personality and promptness answer my emails and calls before, during, and after the installation. I highly recommend using this company. I did a lot of research with companies and went with this one.

Synergy Power was a great choice!

Chad helped us design a system that would be best for us, and I am glad we did. After getting bids from other companies that tried to pressure us with the bulk discount time frame gimmick, I was discouraged. But we had none of that from Chad. And the price was right!

Synergy Power is great!

After my wife and I decided to go solar, we began learning more about solar and getting quotes from local companies. We chose Synergy Power because they had a lower but fair price and because they didn't have the "used car" approach to sales. One company rep excused himself and went outside for a few minutes and then came back and said his supervisor had authorized a $500 discount. Not Synergy Power. They quoted a price and that was it. No haggling or bargaining on price. They had an engineer look at our roof to be sure it would support the weight of the panels. They kept us informed of the progress and delays so we knew what to expect and when to expect it.

Chad is great to work with. Every time I called him about quotes he responded. He worked with me until I was comfortable with the size of the system I was purchasing. He ran all the numbers and provided me with 4 different quotes. His cost for installation was more reasonable than the other 4 companies I interviewed. He provided me with all the permits needed and set up all inspections with the city and power company. He helped with the tax credits as well.There was no sales pressure as with some other companies that try to tell you to purchase your panels now to get a reduced rate. His rates were already reduced. He did not try to sell me unneeded add on's like battery backups. He did explain the pro and cons to battery backup systems. He is monitoring the Inverters he installed to make sure the system is working correctly. He is a local owner of his company and does not have to deal with franchise costs. His crew was clean and respectful during the install. It was a great experience. I will use his services again and would recommend him to others.

Solar system running great

I had Synergy Power install a solar power installation on my barn for the whole property and it runs excellent. They know what they are doing and get it done fast. I got my rebate back quickly from RMP but have to wait until tax time next year to get my Federal and State credits. Synergy did all of the permitting and installation and were great to work with. I would recommend them for everything from helping with the RMP rebate program all the way through installation. No worries. I am up a megawatt of power at this time. Be aware RMP resets your power credits to 0 in March of every year -use it or lose it.

Shepherd of the Mountains Lutheran Church - Solar Phase 1

Synergy Power was a great partner in our application and installation process. We received a Blue Sky Grant from Rocky Mountain Power that was a bit less than requested. We modified our plan and installed the full Phase I array on our new educational wing. The installation was very efficient and the array is performing well. We plan to apply for a grant to install the Phase 2 array on the meeting hall wing.

Synergy Power was a excellent contractor that work hand and hand with us to produce the most cost efficient high production Solar Array possible. Chad was very knowledgeable and help us answer questions and made sure to meet all of our strict conditions. We plan on doing more work with Synergy in the future.

Synergy Home 6.5KWh Install

Chad was very professional through the process and helped with the paperwork and process to get all the rebates etc we needed. Chad personally managed and performed most of the install himself which went on schedule and coordinated inspectors and meter conversions.
