We had our panels installed in February of 2022. Our inverter has been out for months now and our sells rep. Chris kept insuring us that someone would be out to fix the problem. Now they never return our calls or answer our calls. No one at the company will give me a name or number of someone else to talk to and state we have to go through Chris. We now not only have a high electrical bill, but a bill for Solar panels that are useless. If you are thinking about getting solar panels, I would do a lot of research prior to deciding on this company and even if solar panels are worth it in the end.

From my first meeting with the sales rep Eric Salazar who was professional and answered all my questions through all the follow-ups with him and Hailey Escobar on the customer service team this was a good experience. The installation team was professional and courteous. I am pleased with how the process worked.

Synergy Power was helpful from my first inquiry through the install and supported me well after the install. Marshall was patient with all my questions and provided me with all the information I needed. I have a metal shingle roof and they showed me work they had done on other homes. Their install crew was quick and professional and did quality work. Over the past couple of months, whenever I had questions about the performance of the panels, they took the time to answer my questions. They also did the work at a fair price.

I looked at a few solar companies, but Synergy appeared to have the best product for the best price. They were great to work with, and were very up front about what the product could and could not do, as well as being open about what installation time windows they could and could not meet. I would recommend them to anyone researching a solar project.

I interviewed three companies and concluded that Synergy Power was the best by far. Other customers verified this conclusion. Marshall was very easy to work with. Their guarantees were top notch. The system design allows for easy future expansion if desired. Absolutely no regrets.

First off I like the fact that the owner is an engineer - that increased my level of trust, even though I only spoke with him on one occasion. But overall these guys were great to work with and I just felt comfortable with them. Marshall helped me with my solar unit. Any question I had, he answered very quickly - and if he didn't know (like some electrical details), he would find the answer and get back to me quickly. He went through every step of the process with me from design, install - until it was signed off by Rocky Mountain. Even after it was signed off and up and running, I contacted him months later once I finally had my WiFi ready to go and he responded quickly and got that connection taken care of. The install crew was great too (sorry don't know their names). I had something specific that I wanted for my install, and they listened and offered some advice until I knew we were all on the same page. I just felt like this was a collaborative effort, and these guys were on my team. Great group to work with.

Synergy power is a well ran efficient company. We initially spoke over the phone. Upfront pricing and did not waste my time as with all other solar companies I interacted with. Maybe it’s because I’m out of town but the video email presentation was detailed and direct. Additionally they were very responsive from the early stages and all throughout. I felt like I worked with experts vs low tiered sales people.

Quality of product, warranty, experience in solar field.

Very happy with my decision to go with Synergy Solar. I worked directly with Marshall who always answered my calls, delivered what he promised and has continued to give me great customer service. I vacillated for half a year on whether or not to add solar. Marshall kept an appropriate distance allowing me to come to my own conclusion at my pace and on my terms. The panels look great, the crew did a great job installing them and they perform as advertised. I would highly recommend them.

First of all Marshall was wonderful to work with making the set up as smooth and low stress as possible. And then the installation crew was great too: Michael, Danny and Carl. It was a pleasure to have them around. They were very nice to me and I enjoyed hearing them joke around with each other. There were several issues that came up that they had to deal with and they just figured them out. Carl had to make some decisions and he consulted my contractor and electrician and proceeded. I was really impressed. And then there was the heat. Around 105 degrees, which on the roof must have been around 120. Not a complaint from anyone. Again I was impressed. All of my experiences with this company have shown me they have a lot of integrity with how they treat customers.

Marshall at Synergy Power made the entire process quick and easy and painless. They gave us many options for our budget, helped us decide on the best system for our needs, the install was quick, and our panels have worked flawlessly. With the many solar company choices in Utah, I am SO pleased we went with Synergy.

Got 3 bids, Marshall Manley was very informative and answered all my questions. All the bids were within $500 but Synergy was using LG320N1K-A5 panels which spec. out very well, with enphase IQ7PLUS microinverters. They took care of getting the permits, scheduled the install in a very timely manner and the install team did a very nice job, cleaning up after themselves nicely. Then when I thought I would have to schedule and inspection, Synergy had already taken care of it. Then when I figured I would have to apply to Rocky Mountain Power for a net meter, again Synergy had already taken care of it. I had a question about insurance and Marshall and Chad quickly answered it and provided documentation to follow up on it. My system is up and producing power within 56 days of signing the contract, which I consider very timely considering my research indicated 45 days is a minimum time to get a solar roof installed. Again Synergy EXECEEDED EXPECTATIONS All the way. Thank you.

In the beginning I was just curious about the solar electricity concept, actually quite skeptical. Yet Steven explained the financial benefits and the equipment's warranties in depth, it was a true no-brainer to go forward with a solar system w/ Solarworks Energy. Truly an exceptional experience, not the usual "just do as little as possible contractor world" we all have experienced in NM. My system is working wonderfully and I am so happy that I met Steven and went with his suggestions and his outfit. Dittos to his entire team!

I was impressed by the professionalism, the willingness to work around our schedule. The honesty, and the one on one treatment that we received. Especially from James Adair. I would say he is the best face for your company that you could ever ask for. From start to finish if we had a question he was right there and eager to help.

James Adair is absolutely the best there is. We came into this with a mountain of suspicion. James set our minds at ease and has helped threw the entire thing from the loan to the installation to the inspection etc... We would do it all over again! Thank you James for all your help and attention!

I had solar installed on my home in Oct. Joe from sales was excellent. He explained everything in detail including the cost and what to expect from solar. Could not be happier with Arcadia's installation and follow up. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants to have solar.

Andy Satchwell at Synergy Power helped us get set up with solar panels. We got bids from 5 other companies, but Synergy's deal beat them all, and Andy Satchwell was the most knowledgeable and informative salesperson we spoke with. We ended up choosing the Enphase Envoy microinverter system over the SolarEdge string inverter because it seemed the safer choice; who wants all that high voltage sitting there in one tiny box? Since installation he's always responded quickly anytime there's been a problem, even as simple as losing the wifi connection for monitoring when getting a new modem. The panels have been performing beautifully! You can't go wrong with Synergy Power!

Synergy Power recently installed a solar system on my home. I had been considering solar for several years and finally decided to do it. I took my time and did a lot of research and then interviewed 7 different solar installation companies. I’m glad I did my due diligence. I was surprised when the sales pitches were coming in at how different and misleading the information was from most of the companies. Synegery Solar stood out out. Eric was my sales person. Not only did the information he presented match what my research showed, but Synergy Solar’s price and warranty could not be beaten. Eric quickly gained my trust and I signed a contract to go with Synergy Power. Next came the permits and then installation which took a couple of months. Eric was right there following up along the way answering questions and ensuring I was in the loop. Installation was flawless and have now had the system up and running for a couple of months. The system monitoring app that Synergy sets you up with is amazing. The system is producing exactly as they predicted. If you are looking to go Solar you must include Synergy Power in the companies you interview. Ask for Eric Law. He’s a no pressure guy that will provide the facts you need to make an informed decision. You will also get the best price (Synegery was thousands $$$ less) and best warranty (25 year parts, labor, and installation) offered in Utah. Our Synergy Power solar system became operational in mid-summer 2017 and even with that shortened collection period for the year our power bill has been wonderfully low! We chose Synergy over 4 other companies mainly for the price and warranty but we were also pleased with the contract and installation process. When any issue came up (as they always do!) they jumped on it and resolved it quickly. We had a couple times where we had a question and we contacted our sales rep, Eric, and he got us answers quickly. Synergy Power has treated us very well, even after the install and we had paid them they still treated us like VIP's, we haven't had that experience at very many places. We’ve only been Synergy customers for 8 months but are counting on a long and beneficial relationship!

I had a 6-panel add-on done by Synergy last summer. In the end, I was very happy with the system, and the price was much more attractive than any of their competitors. There were some hiccups along the way, in terms of changes in system design without telling me ahead of time, some financial stuff that looked like it was going to shift along the way, and stuff like that. But, what I’m really happy about is that when that stuff happened and I spoke up, Synergy stood by their word. Coulton Main (the president of the company) personally stepped up and resolved one of the stickier issues and made it clear that his company is one that will stand behind their promises and deal with you with honesty and integrity. If you’ve been reading the news of late, you’ll know that is not something you get from the rest of the solar companies. Just sayin’. Synergy put together a nice system for an amazing price and showed integrity in their business dealings. I’d work with them again in a heartbeat.

After reviewing six different companies for the product I was looking for, Synergy was the most affordable. Eric from Synergy was there to help me, not to push a sale. He answered all my questions clearly and directly and accommodated my needs as a customer. I can’t recommend him enough.

We looked into solar and got several bids. Synergy Power was by far the least expensive company and were using highly rated, top quality, brand name equipment. Our sales rep. Eric Law, was very knowledgeable and helped us every step of the way. The company was vary professional and did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. Evan after the install and they "had our money" they still answer their phone and help us if we a question or need something. Their warranty was by far the best warranty we've ever seen. I will be recommending them to friends and family.

We bought a 10.2kw system from synergy power and its worked very well. I had talked with several companies, having just bought an electric car, my power use going forward is different from the history shown on my power bill, Most installers only wanted to see my power bill or worse wanted to run my credit before even sending someone out to tell us about their solar systems. Synergy both listened to me when we described the the change in our power use pattern due to the car, and was able to answer my many technical questions. No other installers sales people where able to answer my questions about the kind of solar panels they used, or how their inverter/micro-inverter where setup. The system is also allows for the addition of a house battery later on when rocky mountain power decides to change the rules for net metering again. The install itself was very well done, they used matching brackets and solar panels on the roof, The wiring was very well done, even the wiring in the utility box they added for the system was carefully and cleanly routed. The price was better then any of the other quotes we had received. Overall fantastic company to work with, I would recommend them to anyone needing a solar system for their home.

My experience with Synergy Power was fantastic. Eric was knowledgeable, helpful, and very easy to work with. I had done a lot of research previous to meeting with him. I had estimates from multiple companies. He answered my questions. Helped me to better understand my system and explained in detail the differences in the different system components. He then gave me plenty of time to do more research. I was never pressured to buy. Once I made my decision the process was simple. They completed all of the required paperwork for me and sent me copies of everything.The 25 year warranty on everything was a big incentive to me. The installation was top-notch. I had been to other homes and compared installations and knew what I wanted on my house and what I didn't want. They did not disappoint in any way. Every thing has worked great since the installation. My power bill has been around $8.00 a month. I could not be more satisfied with the service and product I received. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

I got 8 bids from solar providers in SLC area. In the end of my evaluation of price and what I got for the $, for me it came down to 2, Intermountain Solar and Synergy Power. I decided on Synergy because they are not stuck on a single brand of panels and inverters, and their salesman Brad was not pushy, and went out of his way to get me what I wanted, and they use the best panels and inverters, plus the price was a lot less and you get more panels than what those big names provide. Don't get fooled by gimmicks and pressure!! The installation was very professional. I really like how they use rails and run wiring in the trays. No ugly conduit on the outside of the house which I often see on other homes.. What was interesting is the installers really liked working for the owner Chad, and some of them came from other local solar companies. I had a minor problem after it was installed, an option that I really wanted. They could have done nothing or made me pay extra for it, but Brad knew from our conversations it was something he knew I wanted. Some additional hardware had to get ordered, and it has been installed at their expense. This place also has integrity. The system is working great, I can see good performance on every panel. Neat and clean install. Highly recommend these guys!!

Brad was very friendly and low pressure on the sale and even added another panel after the contract to bring the projected power numbers up! There were a some minor hiccups on the install but they were followed up on and resolved to my satisfaction. The panels look nice and the install was clean. I just got my first Rocky Mountain Power bill and it came in at $9 vs last months $149!

A little over a year ago I started the process of having solar panels installed on my personal residence. The reasons I did it are many and I am happy with the performance and installation of the Synergy Power Solar Array. The company I chose was not the largest or the loudest in fact it is a company that has the owner answering his own phone. I had a great person who walked me through the process from beginning to end and made sure that everything moved along. Brad Woodward is the Synergy Power solar consultant that walked me through the process. Garnering permits and such took longer than I had hoped and since Solar comes with great anticipation because of the personal and environmental it was like a kid waiting for Christmas. I am sure there was a time when I called Brad Woodward everyday to check on the progress of the permits, engineering drawings for the city and such. He was very patient with me and always had an answer for me. Then the wait for the Net meter from rocky Mountain Power but that day finally came. Brad was there to walk me through the procedures to start generating electricity. I must say that it has been awesome to have a $9 a month power bill as promised. Because of Brad I went into the decision with my eyes wide open and knew the benefits and the cost, everything was there in black and white. Synergy Power stuck to their contract price not a penny more than the day I signed up. It may not be the fastest installation but I know from looking at some of the other installations around my neighborhood it is the cleanest looking, no conduit on the roof. My panels produce on average 30 to 40 kwh of power on the cloudless days. I have recommended Synergy Power to my friends and actually anyone who asks about my Solar Array. Everything was explained so thoroughly and all questions answered before install. They made sure we were in the know throughout the process. We felt the salesman was genuine and patient with us and there was absolutely no pressure to buy. We were worried the tax credit wouldn't end up being as much as they told us but it was exactly what we were told. These guys are the best!

These guys are amazing at customer service, speed, quality, etc. Other companies didn't want to install solar panels because we had a small home and didn't need very many and it would be too little for them to be worth contracting out for. This company does EVERYTHING in house, so small systems or large systems they can do it. Fast, efficient, and awesome.
