Solar Trek

We were amazed at the change in the temperature of the house after the Solar Tec tinting! The glare from our 25’ high cupola windows was eliminated and we are thrilled with the results! Thank you Carlos!!!

I just bought a house that has solar heating for the pool and was having some issues with it leaking and the previous owner had that repaired right before we bought it so they were really good about getting Brandon the technician out to look at it and he fixed it for us no charge because it was still a small leak and he also helped fix a sensor that was out they are a great company I would recommend them for all your pool solar needs

Third year as customer for pool heating... and they are great! Service call for movement when had new roof installed, quick, and well priced. Service call when I didn't prepare for the freeze, again quick and well priced. Thank you to the Solar Trek team.

I just spoke with Linda, who said she would refuse to give her name until she finished talking, after being disrespectful and belittling too - I just wanted her name so that I could tell their management about how she "handled" me. I did tell T&D what transpired in addition to reaching out to a manager named Shelby. I waited an entire week for Solar Trek to get back to me about my ISWIM solar repair which they said they were going to charge to repair despite the previous repair failing, and irregardless to T&D assuring me that my ISWIM was grandfathered with it's original 10 year warranty. So Solar Trek is not honoring what T&D said when they acquired T&D's business. Solar Trek does not get back to people because I waited an entire week for a follow-up that was never provided, and when I followed up with them, they were super rude about it! I will need to replace this solar which is close to its life/limit and will now need to seek a different/respectful solar company to do so :( After this morning's disturbing treatment, I went online to learn who the Solar Trek staff were to see if I could reach out to a manager, only to find the management and owner(s) are not listed! I also found a massive amount of reviews from other customers all echoing the same feeling that this company's culture regardless of the staff member is they treat people terribly, with grave disrespect.

Super professional from the sales team to the installation. Highly recommend Solar Trek. Todd and Kyle are amazing to work with!! Super clean Tesla Powerwall installation. Solar Trek, especially Caitlin, made it extremely easy to navigate permitting and interconnection. Highly recommend this solar company.

Solar Trek's positive experience!

Very impressed with Ari and Solar Trek staff who put in our solar pool heating system! Professional and reliable. Did everything Ari said that they would do. Neat job and timely. This is the second time we used Solar Trek and would do it again. Thanks Solar Trek!

Outstanding every step of the way to the finished product.

There were so many companies to chose from but Solar Trek checked all the boxes for us. Almost 40 years in the business, recommended by our electric company, great warranty, quality solar panels, the unique mounting system, monitoring, etc. Our salesman "Todd" sealed the deal with his knowledge of the different systems available and was always easy to communicate with. "Kyle" our electrician was excellent as were the other installation technicians. We could not be happier with our new home solar system.

We are extremely pleased with Solar Trek.

We chose Solar Trek not only because of the price but also the personal one on one help they gave us every step of the way. We had questions after the install and the owner came out and went over things with us and inspected his installers work! This gave us peace of mind.

Installed professionally, looks great and works great.

Years in service and very cost competitive with other companies I contacted.

Pool, Whole House, Solar Trek does it all

Patrick and the team at Solar Trek installed our pool solar and we were so impressed with their professionalism, that we ordered our first 5K whole house solar system 2 years later. After looking at our needs, and exploring energy programs that were available, we had them install a second 5K so we have a full 10K solar system on our home. Today, we earn credits for 6-8 months a year and use them up in the coldest and hottest months. It is certainly nice to see a $5 electric bill (mandatory fees) with all those credits when the bill comes in! In the 9 years since we have had our system, we had 1 small issue and they took care of it right away. I highly recommend Solar Trek for any of your solar needs.

Mrs. Florence Nurse

Solar Trek sent Kyle and Matt to replace our Solar Hot Water System and the service was exceptional! I was sure this would be a complicated process, but the guys completely removed and replaced the system in one day! We are so thankful for the guys hard work. 5 Stars!

solar pool heat, hi efficiency pump ($$ elec. savings), & filter

Solar Trek gave me a great design with the highest quality materials on the market for my new solar pool heating system. The installation crew was very knowledgeable, had neat and tidy workmanship, and completed the job in less than a day.

Very professional installation

The project was handled very efficiently and professional from the original proposal through permitting, installation and follow-up. Not the cheapest system install I could find but not by any means unreasonable. Totally hassle free. I would recommend.

The Best Solar Company

After moving to Florida from Colorado mountains I decided to look into solar power for my home. Upon visiting with Solar Trek I quickly found they were up to date on all information on solar power, installation, and future of solar energy. I could not have had a better ordering or installation process. After the installation. the tech individuals took the time to go over every aspect of the installation and workings of the solar panels. The owner of the company made certain on several visits to make certain that I was happy with the outcome and answered any questions I may have had to that point. Solar Trek is a quality company that should be considered if anyone is interested in adding solar power to their home or business. I have complete confidence in the company.

With us every step of the way!

It was no small feat putting a 50KW solar system 2.5 stories up on top of our 1923 masonry building in Downtown DeLand, Florida. Patrick Altier and his crew from Solar Trek handled every challenge, and kept it within the agreed-upon contract price. Service after the sale has been superb. We are extremely proud of our system, and it's saving us real money.

Excellent job on my solar by the Solar Trek team!

Patrick and his crew installed a 10k watt solar setup on my roof. Everything from the beginning stages of figuring out what I wanted and how it was to be done to the setup of the software to monitor the panels was done in a very professional and friendly manner. They also use high quality products. What else I liked was that when it was time to do this fairly large install, a large crew showed up and was able to finish the same day and that was very nice. I'd highly recommend Solar Trek. They've treated me like a friend and always there to answer questions and help and that goes a long way for me!

Fantastic

My wife and I couldn't be happier......Solar Trek are a 5 star operation every step of the way!

A+ Start to Finish

Solar Trek has been great from START to FINISH. A lot of installers act like used car salesmen just itching to make a deal even if it's not good for you. Solar Trek was not pushy at all. I felt like the advice they gave me was genuine and they were able to give me a very affordable price. Whenever I have questions or maintenance issues Solar Trek is VERY responsive. I recommend them to anyone I know interested in Solar.

Excellent Solar Company

Extremely fast turnaround in installation. Excellent Support. We have saved lots of money since installing our solar.
