We had a system installed by Solar Solutions 2020 amd have now gone through I believe at least 4 regulators. We finally reached an agreement with Kurt to get the system fixed and he calculated 1000 dollars in compensation. We never received a penny. This year 2024 our system is now down 6 weeks. We were advised by a tech it was down and sure enough it was. Apparently he needed a permit to fix.what ever is wrong. Nothing heard since and now down over 6 weeks. We have had enough amd unfortunately we will seek legal remedies. Why can't people just honor their contracts?

This company was able to properly set battery profiles for best efficiency of system. This company was willing to talk to the customer, unlike previous company that did original install.

I chose Solar Solution AZ because they are family owned and I like to support smaller, local businesses.

We always wanted to invest in solar but thought it was unaffordable, wrong! Thanks to Solar Solution Az, a reputable company our grandson Salvador (Tony) Andrade works for with Alex Villanueva (Sales Manager) made this all possible. Such incentives like no down payment, tax credits and warranties make this considerably cost effective. In our case, our electric bill will cost less than $100 dollars monthly. What a great savings! With all of the sun in our beautiful city why not take advantage and help out our environment as well as an economical benefit for us. On March 10, 2017 my wife and I signed a contract with Solar Solution AZ to install a solar electric system on our home. A few weeks later we were contacted by a representative of the company letting us know that we needed a new roof. We signed a change order on April 17 with Solar Solution AZ agreeing to the additional cost of having the roof replaced. After several months of delays and excuses, the subcontracted roofing company showed up unannounced at 6:00 am on Monday, July 10th and began the removal of half of the existing roof. On Friday, July 14, the roofers shingled the roof and informed me that they were unable to complete the job because the roof vent that I had specified (in April) had to be special ordered and would not come in until sometime the following week. On the evening of Saturday, July 15th, we had a birthday party at the house for our son and it began to storm. We noticed water dripping from a light fixture in our kitchen, water staining on the ceiling in the living room, and a water stain on the garage ceiling. I immediately called our point of contact and Project Manager, Joe Stephani with Solar Solution AZ, to let him know that the roof which his company had subcontracted to be installed, was leaking. He proceeded to complain that I was calling him on his personal phone (which is the only contact number I was given for him) at 10:30 PM on a Saturday and that there was nothing that he could do. He told me that I should call the owners who were in Florida but would not give me their phone number. As of today, Sunday, July 23; 13 days after the roof of our home was removed, we still have an incomplete roof. We have endured some of the wettest weather that Tucson has seen in years and neither Solar Solution AZ nor the roofing contractor have shown any urgency or concern in completing the job and protecting our home. During a particularly hard downpour today, I went outside to see that much of the felt paper covering the exposed peak of our roof is laying in a pile. Their only concern and reason for contacting me has been getting paid for a job that they have not completed. We are extremely frustrated and angry that a company would have such disregard for their customers; a company who, "prides themselves on their number of satisfied customers" and only advertises through word of mouth referrals. We are cautioning their potential customers, to avoid doing business with Solar Solution AZ and would urge all of you to share our story to help others avoid the experience that we have had. The representatives of Solar Solution AZ have made it abundantly clear that they are only concerned with profits, not the satisfaction of their customers. Their sheer disregard for the well-being of my home and family is deplorable. There are a lot of details that I have left out to keep this short. Its refreshing when a local company can hold their own with the big national guys. We found the people at this company to be technically proficient, and financially fair in the way they conduct business. They don't hire and fire installers as business activity rises and falls, so you might have to wait a little longer for an installation, but it will be done right because their crews are long-term employees who care about the company's reputation in Tucson and Sierra Vista.

Panels installed professionally, very clean job. Panels work as stated, probably even better. Good timely responses to my phone messages. Very happy.

Installed my system in November 2016, and my electric bills have only been $18/month since then. Installation crew was in and out in two days, and did a great job. I've since recommend Solar Solution AZ to 5 other friends who've also been very pleased with their results.

So, the salesman Francisco comes to my home and sits with my wife and I and starts to explain how the process works. Long story short, he makes everything sound like it's a breeze to get done, so after some questions about payments and getting into the finally aspect of it, he tells me that two loans are needed so the payments can stay low. At first I was sceptical because I thought, how is it gonna save me money if I have two loans? Well Francisco, said, " oh, don't worry, with the tax money you'll be getting, you will be able to pay this first loan and won't have pay anything out of pocket." So I said, " ok, that makes sense now." WELL come tax season and my tax guy says to me, oh, you don't get and cash for having this system installed, you only get a credit. Hmm, as I turn red with anger. I mentioned what Mr. Francisco had mentioned to me at the time of sale. The tax guy says, oh no, that was years ago. So, at the end of the day, I'm stuck with this high interest loan and now have to pay MORE then I was paying for my electricity then I was before. So, what now, Mr. Francisco? He tells me that he's sorry and he needs to word it different from that point on. Ooops! Very unhappy with these guys. F- in my book

I cannot believe this company's customer service and communication could be SO POOR! I had to constantly call them for follow up. Issue after issue especially after the solar panels were installed and they had our $.

We priced 2 companies that provide Solar, and we chose Solar Solutions for 2 reasons: They not only explained the process in words we understood, and they made the financing very easy. We also thought extremely highly of their salesman. He was a joy to work with. The instillation was fast and clean, and the hand off to us from Joe Stephani was exceptional. This company not only installs the equipment, but they monitor it and agree to take care of issues as part of the warranty for 25 years. Not only does one help the ecology around them by purchasing this product, but this company has shown us that they take care of their customers. We couldn't have expected anything more than what Solar Solutions delivered.

After receiving 3 quotes I chose Solar Solutions based upon the quality of equipment offered, local presence, length of warranty, price and liklihood of continued operation. I was also impressed with the monitoring software they include. I was kept updated during the development, permitting and installation process. They provided me with visual diagrams of the proposed installation, and allowed me to make adjustments before install. The install was completed on-time and problem-free. Solar Solutios provided all paperwork neccessary to apply for state and federal tax credits and worked with the utility to activate the solar install.

Although new to Arizona (six months) and to living off the grid. I knew that the first thing I needed to do when I moved here was to find a good solar outfit. My 24-volt 12-battery system had been installed when the house was being built six years ago and had not been properly maintained in the intervening years before I moved here. Up until now, I had not succeeded in finding a company that understood my problem and had the people to deal with it. It was very much by chance that I discovered Solar Solution AZ LLC and Robert and Coz and Dave. Out of sheer desperation I'd called the Battery Factory in Tucson, where I'd bought 12 new batteries only a week earlier, and asked Zach if he knew of any good solar people. He had in fact gone to school with Robert, who had founded Solar Solution AZ about a year ago. I called Robert, and Coz and Dave were here the next day. And by the end of the day I was power-full. Of the several solar outfits I've done business with, Solar Solution AZ is far and away the best. Not only were they instantly responsive, but they know their stuff and were very patient about explaining everything to someone like me who has never been electrically minded and still confuses AC and DC. In a few words, I cannot recommend this splendid company highly enough. They have eased my power panic, and I no longer wake up in the middle of the night and turn on a light just to see if I still have power. First, this is a young company in many ways. Solar Solution AZ has not been in business all that long; they are a team that is very young in age, but hungry to make a difference in the Solar business. Although young, they have wisdom and a good handle of the business world; they are not afraid of trying something different, which has made them extremely successful. The Team was very responsive after Robert's introduction and financial service assistance. The team let us know exactly where they were by giving us a weekly project update; no small undertaking for a young team. Dan was very courteous and forthcoming in providing us a breakdown of the upcoming scheduled events. Installation; the mounting of the racking system, inverter, electrical runs and panels were very professional. After the work was completed, Sara (the newest member to the team) did an outstanding job by constantly trying to hook up the wireless capability of the inverter, afforded to the customer by Solar Edge. Solar Edge uses current technologies so that customers can monitor their system on-line using their home computer(s) and/or Smart devices. Sara returned several times to our home to diagnose what turned out to be an issue with our own person router, but she never gave up. Robert’s follow-up after the installation was the final touch to a seamless transition. After the project was completed, he did a QC; ensuring everything was in its place. This visit was as important to us, as it was him and his team. We were comforted knowing that Solar Solution AZ really cares about the family even after the installation was completed. This team is very concerned about how they did as a company and wanted to ensure that we were satisfied. This is NOT an install and run company! Robert and Dan congratulations, you have built a team that has superior sales, analytical skills, and workmanship. For those that are looking at Solar PV as a solution to mitigate high energy bills, you have come to the right company. As previously mentioned Robert provided a very good presentation outlining solar options, the installation process incentives and rebates. He also presented options for payment and financing. He provided us with the best system designed to meet our needs. Very well done. Upon project initiation, we were provided a weekly status update and when the installation was complete everything was working to our satisfaction. There were some minor challenges with the installation which were immediately corrected. The entire team has made great strides to provide good customer service; much appreciated, good job, and thank you. We enjoy the system immensely!

He helped up through the process for obtaining a no interest loan which made this affordable. Each week we were provided a status update from their Project Manager and when the installation was complete we did a walk-through with Robert to ensure everything was working to our satisfaction. Talk about having your ducks lined up !!! Robert comes to my house to present a solar plan ... So I am expecting the same ole thing ... yak yak yak, finance finance finance but noting really to present ... Boy was i wrong !!! Robert did his home work based on my needs and presented every available options so I, ME could pick my plan ... Not only did I pick my plan but so did my neighbor ... yup, they got two installs and I am looking at Solar Solution AZ to do another house I own !!! Why look any where else ???
