My family and I have been very pleased with the solar system. Mr. J. Perea did an exceptional job in keeping us informed during the installation of the system. We would strongly recommend Solar Smart Living to anyone interested in solar energy and reducing their carbon footprint.

The only problem was with El Paso Electric, and the way they handled the idea of net metering, communicating with vendors, etc, but solar smart living did a first rate job in all aspects of the work.

Very professional, very personable and very accomodating people, SSL. My delay in responding to you is due to my being about to leave with my family for the summer--I`m working 1700 miles away for three months and getting ready for such an assignment is quite time-consuming--in late May- then making the trip- and now working at three different sites. Today, a Sunday, I am getting caught up on my correspondence and can thus comment on your survey. In general, we couldn`t be happier with SSL. Your question #15 above ["Did this project work has increased the value of your building ? "] is an impossible sentence and detracts considerably from one`s impression of your company. For best results for YOU, consider revamping it, as in "Did this work increase the value...." Also, I`m not sure whether there was a building permit, so my answers to #17 and #19 may well be wrong. But everything that needed to be done, they did.
