Best Service Experience Ever!

I used solar me for my solar installation. They were the only company from which I was in contact with that assured me my home would be a great fit for solar. Solar Me delivered on their promise. Other companies told me my home was not a good fit based on google maps. Solar me was the only company that had their team survey my property physically without having to commit to anything. The team at solar me is very professional they did not try any high pressures sales tactics. They gave me a detailed outline of the project timeline. They completed the project within the time they promised. I was extremely happy with their installation team. They were very professional and gave me a detailed tour of what the install process will be and explained everything they will be doing to my house. My main concern was ensuring the wiring was clean and not noticeable outside of my home. Solar me team took their time running all wires and nothing is visible from the outside of the house besides the meters.

Great experience from start to finish

Solar Me gave me a quote a few years back and I called them again when we were ready to install to re-quote us. I called them back because of all the companies that came out before they spent the most time explaining our solar options and did not pressure us to sign an agreement that night. I called them an they were happy to re-quote us and answered all of our questions. I will refer them to any who ask be about my solar. Great service from sales, installers and office team.

Great experience

I used Solar Me for my solar installation. I could not be happier with the level of professionalism from the entire Solar Me. At no point during the entire project did I find myself wondering what were the next steps or when something would get done. Best of all it only took two month from contract signing to my generating my own electricity and earning SRECs. Thank you Solar Me.

From the beginning process of learning about the equipment, understanding financing options, tax credits, energy costs, forecasts, etc, Solar Me was professional and answered all of our questions. The design, the site review, the application process along with permits for the job - again, all done by Solar Me with little requirements of the homeowner. Install dates, times, and crew were all on the mark and this company delivers everything promised. Solar Me Review

Best companyexperience I found to finance my solar equipment and Generac whole house generator. Andrew & Paul went above & beyond my expectations to deliver me the right option. They also offer low APR financing that was unbeatable among the other competition. Andrew answered all my questions prior to me buying anything. I felt that I wasn't pressured at any point of my experience with them. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to reduce their electric bill. My system was installed December 2016 and went live 1/1/2017. I don't advertise but, their sign is still on my front lawn because of the good job they have done.

They were very knowledgeable, installation was fast and clean, Bill Maier so down to earth and to the point love working with everybody. I recommend this company anytime someone asks me where I got my solar from.

Better than I expected "SOLAR"

Look no further, this is the company you want to handle your solar system. I did a lot of research before I picked this company. They were recommended by New Jersey PSEG witch has a higher standard compared to the rest of the solar industry. The owner is one of two owners who has a engineering degree in alternate energy from Rutgers university. The people working their are honest, helpful and accessible whatever problems that may arise. They will make sure your system stays in good working order. I have had friends with outcomes that don't match mine. They will be honest and tell you if they can help you or if it's not worth persuading. Good luck

Loved my experience with Solar Me!

My entire experience with Solar ME USA was amazing! They are flawless when it comes to taking on a project and running it from start to finish, and go well above and beyond! From my first contact with Peter Dunne (a pro you can have a normal conversation with, not feel like you're being pushed to buy, who answered every question/email/phone call within minutes, and who really gives you confidence he knows what he's talking about), through all the inspections, contracts, and paperwork, Solar Me reps were always there, always professional, thorough and responsive. Peter and his designers took all my requests into consideration, and made sure I was happy with the size of the system and the layout of my panels (working extra hard to make sure we liked what we'd get). Their installer crew was fast, professional, clean and did a really nice job with my panels and all equipment in the garage. While the certifications and township inspections took a while, at the end of it all, I had my system up and running well before the estimated due date. After the system was up and running, Solar Me continued to provide amazing service, making sure my SREC market place registration went through, and even reaching out to me at tax time to provide all the necessary forms to get my rebate. Most of my neighbors who got solar systems went with the big companies out there, who set them up with inferior equipment, took their time, missed deadlines and made them wait way longer than I did for their systems. I dealt with their salesmen, who seemed all too eager to get my signature on the first quote they gave me. So, I'm very happy I went with a smaller, more focused company like Solar Me. You won't be disappointed if you go with them, believe me!!

Bill was knowledgeable and forthright with a lot of information. Midway through planning we threw a wrench In the process when our furnace decided to die. This turned out to be a dded blessing. Our home was originally a colonial all electric room zoned baseboard heat. The forger owners added on a ranch. The ranch side was heated by propane. Last winter alone we had several monthly electric bills of $750 to $1,000 a month. Plus propane which was about $400 for 100 gallons which lasted only about 10 days! Solar me had a free consultation, free installation and locked in fixed rate monthly payment gor everything less than one 100 gallon full of propane! Same cost monthly for 25 years! In addition he had his electrician asses our furnace dilemma and they found over all best solution was to add room zoned baseboard electric heat and eliminate the propane all together. They were able to include this in the over all cost. Only effecting our overall monthly fee by a few dollars. Bill handled permits, inspecfions, paperwork as well as accompaning us to our township zoning land use meeting as we needed a variance to township code for our system. It was a cakewalk with his knowledge and ability to inform the board needed information. Highly recommend them! We have put zero money out for 25 years of guarenteed costs. Plus all maintenance is their responsibility.

Free installation and no more electric bill!!!!

Overall great experience . Bill from Solar Me was easy to work with and very knowledgeable . Our systems was installed FREE and there were not any catches or gimmicks. I spoke to a couple other companies but it was like dealing with used car salesman! Solar Me were very friendly and personal and I was offered such a great deal I couldn't pass up. Solar Me offers the best rate and I was also given a FIXED rate where the other 2 companies only offered variable rates which go up after a few years. After I signed up Solar Me took care of everything and answered any questions I had right away.
