Had a question about output of my panels. Josh and Kip were serving next door neighbor’s panels. Even though I didn’t have an appointment, Josh took time to show me and explain what I was seeing on Enphase. Last year I had complete update to my system. From Kenny to service techs up on the roof, everyone was knowledgeable and accommodating. This company takes care of its customers. Good job guys

Jerry and Tobias did a fantastic job. I am working on getting my parents house in order and found out they hadn't had their panels cleaned in a very long time. Jerry and Tobias were thorough, and took the time to explain the system to me. We'll definitely use the service again

Smooth Solar Installation

We wanted to reduce our electricity costs and decided to install solar. The staff communicated well, handled the project professionally, and completed everything when promised. The system has been performing reliably, and we're glad we made the investment.

Our house gets intense afternoon sun, especially in the upstairs bedrooms, so we decided to install solar screens to help with heat and glare. This company made the entire process simple and surprisingly affordable compared to what we expected. The technician explained different screen options clearly and recommended products based on our actual needs instead of pushing the most expensive package. Installation was completed quickly, and the finished screens blend nicely with the exterior of the home. Compared to before, the rooms stay noticeably cooler during the hottest part of the day, and the air conditioner doesn’t seem to run nearly as often anymore.

We upgraded from Tesla Powerwall 2 to Tesla Powerwall 3 with Solar Alternatives and the experience was excellent. Brady and Anthony were professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with from start to finish. The install was smooth, efficient, and everything was left clean and organized. Highly recommend them if you’re considering a battery upgrade!

I got a Franklin battery installed and it was defective. I got a new one yesterday and it works fine. However, the installers really need a way to move those heavy batteries. The winch was pathetic. I think it was designed to take the battery out of the van only. Trying to put the defective one back in the van was problematic. They (Franklin) must have a better solution to this. Because the installers run a high risk of injury to their back and bodies. Additionally, I could use a little instruction on the use of the Franklin app. Does that fall on the salesperson or the installation supervisor?

When you need straight forward answers, to question my rep Ellie, is the Best. What I need was a person who would answer my question without trying to bait a swich, me into buying something that I did not need. This Company has great reviews and That is what motived me to check them out.

Professional and Effective

Solar Alternatives representatives were professional and effective throughout our project of adding a Tesla solar battery to our solar panels that were already in place. We are now, essentially, off the grid, because our excess solar power is stored in the battery and used by us whenever the sun is down. The battery also provides power during power outages which will come in handy during hurricanes and squalls. All of the Solar Alternatives servicemen who were involved in the installation were efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend them!

Graciously provided electricity to our Fringe Fest art performance through use of their solar power trailer! Incredible. Everyone from Solar Alternatives Inc was consistently available and extremely helpful throughout the process: from pre-planning coordination, installation, on-site trouble shooting, to helping us with the solar learning curve. These power systems function quite differently than average plug-in power, and the team of people here are effective at breaking down the aspects in clear, understandable laymen's terms. Our team was able to truly learn what "Solar Alternative" means through this experience, as well as develop greater sensitivity to the potential of our sun's energy. Terrible Service

Installed in June, now September and system is still not working right. Have called multiple times without clear answers. Would NEVER use again.

Overall great experience. Jeff is very knowledgeable technically and workers did a great job.

We do feel like it is not making the anticipated power this summer. Making us a little nervous...

Solar Alternatives did a great job. I am thrilled with my energy saving, my ability to monitor those savings as well as my real time energy consumption. The transluscent panels look great. I love the back up system I also got. Working with this company has been has been a breeze. My energy savings have been considerable.

Had PV and Solar backup installed on my home. The work was completed on time and on budget. All of my tax information was given to me and explained. My electric bill had dropped 80% since the system was installed. I am very pleased with the experience.
