Solar Alliance (CA)

We had a system installed by Solar Alliance a few years ago. We have been having problems with the system and the company will not talk to us or come out to service our system. We have tried calling and emailing all levels of the company but no one will even talk to us.

I had consultation with Solar Alliance of America. They gave us 100 dollars. We liked what they said and assured us that the very attractive savings that we would get on our electricity bill would be true. We were a little skeptical and so we kept looking at other companies. After 4 months we took a chance with this company. We couldn't be happier. We are paying so much less for electricity and the cost savings will pay off for sure at this rate. I liked the installers. I think they are actually hired by Solar Alliance but we were in contact with Solar Alliance to make sure all was done properly. And it was!!! We are happy that we decided to go solar with this company.

I signed the contract with Solar Alliance on January 31, 2013. They installed the panels, but have failed to activate them. I have been waiting for six months with no action. All I get from the company is the runaround.
