SI Solar Co

I would like to share my gratitude for Frank, Andrew and Paula. Everything you would hope for when getting service completed on your home. My solar installer went out of business and SI solar was one of the certified Enphase installer with a good reputation that I decided to go with. There are a couple but most solar installers would not even think of touching a system that they did not put in but SI solar was there when I needed them. They could have gave me a very over priced quote considering they did not put my system in but the quote was a really good for the amount of work that was performed. Also Frank fitted me in within a good time period considering I explained to him that of course I am still paying for the system, I am paying for the work myself considering my installer went out of business and I am also losing out on prime production hours being its the middle of the summer. None of his fault or problem but he took care of it. They did an excellent and professional job an I can not be more satisfied. Thank you again !! To the team at SI Solar

I recently went on Google to seek out a local company to check on the lack of productivity of my solar panels. I realized something was wrong when my Con Edison bill had not decreased once Spring had arrived. Online, I readily got through to SI Solar. Frank Ficazzola, the owner of this company with whom I spoke was very pleasant, personable & extremely knowledgeable. He patiently informed & advised me, in clear terminology about the solar system. I have had my system for 8 years & had a certain knowledge base. He, however, made me feel more informed. I was made aware of the exact date my system stopped performing - March 10th. He dealt with me in an honest manner ; guided me through the process of having the system checked with subsequent installation of a new inverter today by his very able technician, Andrew. Paula & Rob, other members of his team, were also very customer friendly. THANK YOU, Frank.

I wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank SI Solar for such a fantastic experience. From the early planning conversations all the way through installation and final setup, the professionalism, communication, and quality of work were truly outstanding. It’s rare these days to go through a home project that is this smooth and well executed, and your team delivered at every step. Thank you again for the excellent work and for making this such a positive experience for our family. We’re thrilled with the system and very glad we chose your company.

Having SI Solar install my solar panels was a great choice. While I have had problems with contractors in the past, Frank and his staff were extremely knowledgeable and very helpful from our first phone conversation to the final inspection. Everyone from Paula and Monica to the installers and electricians were great. There were zero problems ( other than a little snow the day before scheduled installation) from start to finish. I highly recommend SI Solar if you are looking to go solar.

After extensive research, I chose SI Solar for my solar panel installation and I'm glad I did. Frank and the team were professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. The installation was completed ahead of schedule and before the deadline, which I really appreciated. The system has been running smoothly since it went live. Frank was very responsive and thorough in addressing all of my questions and concerns along the way. SI Solar also handled the NYC DOB inspection and filed the NYC Property Tax Abatement on my behalf, which was recently approved — a significant financial benefit I wasn't expecting to receive so quickly. The entire team including Monica, Paula and their installers were kind, helpful and communicative throughout the process. I was so amazed and impressed at the team's hard work, that even during heavy snow, the installers still came and installed solar panels on my roof. For anyone considering solar on Staten Island, I would highly recommend SI Solar. They stand behind their work and their 10-year warranty gives me confidence for years to come.

Excellent!

Frank, Hilton, Dominick, and the crew were excellent. They removed our solar panels so we could install a new roof and returned to reinstall all of our panels as promised. Super easy to work with. Always accommodating, and on time, and explained every step along the way. You can't go wrong with SI Solar.

Completely Satisfied

When I recently decided to have my roof replaced and had to first remove and then reinstall my 10-year-old solar panels, I researched solar system companies and quickly felt most comfortable with SI Solar. They were fully accommodating to the scheduling demands of the task and I was completely satisfied with the results. In engineering the reinstallation job, Frank from SI Solar suggested a way to dramatically increase my power production for minimal out-of-pocket and zero net expense thanks to current federal, state/city, and other NY agencies' incentives and rebates. Frank’s detailed presentation was clear and convinced a skeptic like me to go ahead with their offer. SI Solar performed a superior installation. It was completed on time and fully on budget. All of the ConEd and NYC inspections were passed with flying colors and the initial month of power production is dramatically higher and right on target. SI Solar is knowledgeable, experienced, trustworthy, and staffed by industry professionals who are dedicated to the field of solar energy production. The final proof of their customer satisfaction and savings goals was informing me of a substantial manufacturer’s rebate that I never would have known about without their help. They made it very easy to apply for and to be approved for. I sincerely and enthusiastically recommend them without hesitation. I have not been compensated for this review.

Excellent Customer Service & Attention to Detail

I worked with Frank Ficazzola of SI Solar on the system of the solar panels installed; and he advised me of the ideal way to do it, strategized the entire project, weighed in heavily on the install, and made it happen logistically. I cannot say enough great things about Frank. He is the most professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and accountable solar professional I’ve ever met. The experience working with Frank is always incredibly efficient, informative, and highly consequential, and I would recommend him highly to participate in the NY-Sun program. He is very impressive to work with and communicate with and a true solar leader in every way possible. Let me know if you have any other specific questions or inquiries, Frank is a strong asset to the solar industry, and I consider him a pioneer in the space.
