Great Customer Service and Installers
From the time that the project first started I was kept in the loop. I received e-mail updates letting me know how the project was proceeding. I was able to work with the time line so I would be able to be home for the site survey, installation, and the required inspections. Hanna let me know when there were hiccups and how we could address them. I can't say enough about the electrical crew that did all of the electrical work. They took the time to see if they could run all of the conduit through my attic making for a clean looking installation. I only have a pipe running from the soffit into the En phase panel connecting the system. I don't the name of the person that did the site survey and activated the system but he was great.

Top of the line company!
From start to finish, very professional: timely, courteous, competent, and with great financing. Hannah, the project manager, communicated promptly to all my concerns. She even replied to an email on a Sunday. I was kept abreast of all stages of the process and their progress. I had considered 4 companies through the Energysage website, interviewed 5 solar companies in my home, and corresponded by one company by phone. Lots of research and time on my part to be as confident as possible that I had chosen the right company. The installation was finished in a day and a half. The installers took time to answer my questions and were timely, orderly, and very friendly. An example of their pride in their work and wanting to please their customers occurred when through no fault of theirs (a golf ball had hit it!), my solatube developed a leak just after the solar system was installed. Not knowing at the time that the leak was from a solatube, I called the installers assuming that they had caused the leak. They came the next day spent a couple hours doing a water test on the panels but found no leak. Then they discovered on the other side of the roof of the panels, the cracked concrete seal on the solatube,. They repaired it and also sealed a second solatube. And did not charge me. I even gave them a $100 check as a tip. It was never cashed. Check out the linkedin page of the owner; it'll give you an idea of the company's character. Obvious, I'm very happy that project went so well. Highly recommend Rxsun.

There are many solar companies out there but, RxSun is the ONLY company that will give you the best honest price and exceptional service. We had the best experience and they will make sure to keep in the loop along the way. They also have a cool app you can use to monitor your solar power!

Round Two of solar
We had a small system for about 12 years and wanted to upgrade and increase our production. I did a lot of homework and talked with a number of solar companies and found RxSun to be the most transparent and fair offer. The service Chris and the team showed really sold me on selecting them. They made the process so smooth with little for me to do. Having these installed for just over a month now, I love knowing how much I am saving and helping the environment. Gone Solar - RxSun was great!
