RevoluSun Idaho

RevoluSun to the Rescue

I was left in a bad situation when my original installer filed for bankruptcy. I contacted another solar servicing company and RevoluSun. The first company I contacted had terrible customer service and the tech seemed very inexperienced and overbid me by a couple thousand dollars. After talking with Claire from RevoluSun I felt more confident that they would help me fix my issues. Cody and Andrew came out and had my system fixed in 1 day when the first company said it would take 3 days to fix. Cody and Andrew were very professional and provided high quality work. I am very grateful for this company and the employees that helped me fix my system. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs their system serviced. They were better than my original installer and miles better than the first company that quoted me. I can't thank this company, Claire, Cody, and Andrew enough for what they did for me.

Great job on following through with a warranty replacement of a couple of failed panels, even though not the original installer. Took care of handling the warranty claim and changing out the roof panels. I appreciated the responsiveness and communication throughout the whole process.

Our whole experience with Revolusun was awesome. Very prompt, very responsive. Way better experience than we have had in the past with a different solar company.

Tesla Power Wall

Claire was our project manager. She and team at RevoluSun were great. Install was fast and professional and the paperwork with Idaho Power and inspections was seamless.

great experience with installation of battery storage. everything was explained well and the work was done when scheduled and without any problems. i recommend them highly.

Great Support

We had an issue with our previously installed system by another local solar company. When I reached out to them for support they were unwilling to help despite numerous polite requests. I then reached out to Dylan at Revolusun and he gladly offered some assistance to help resolve the issue. Subsequently, we've added more panels and two batteries. Our system is now problem free and performing as expected. The Revolusun team was professional and on time with their work. They even have two people on staff whose job it is to keep the customer informed every step of the way. I've met some great people along the way.

Superb Service

RevoluSun has been an excellent partner on our solar journey. They provided superb service at installation thru to maintenance. I highly recommend RevoluSun!

Great Company!

We lost power for approximately 24 hours during the recent wind storm. The software had the battery at 100% prior to the arrival of the storm. We did not realize the power from the grid was gone because the transition to the battery was perfect. With the solar panels, the battery was still at 100% when the sunset on the day of the power loss. The system worked perfect during the time we were without power. Cody and his crew did excellent work with the installation. James and Jeremy were also great in the development of the system for us. RevoluSun is a wonderful company. I highly recommend them for your solar project. Len

Excellent Installation of the Solar Panels

Cody and crew from RevoluSun Idaho did excellent work in the installation of the solar panels on my house in Moscow! I could not be happier with the installation and the product. It was wonderful to watch the sun's power run the electrical appliances in the house.

Excellent company and product

We were thoroughly impressed with RevoluSun from start to finish. Their entire team was clear with their communication and expectations for the project. They delivered an excellent product and we are very happy with the end result.

Solar install with added components

Great company and professional team! Installed 24 x panels with Tesla powerwall and Span circuit breaker panel including a generator inlet. Nice clean install, highly recommend!

Excellence, from top to bottom!

We had a solar project completed by Revoluson. Worked even better than expected. Excellent and knowledgeable sales staff (Jocelyn) and project manager (David) and installation crew (Sterling) - could not have been more pleased. Highly recommend. 5++ Stars

Incredible service, installation, and communication

RevoluSun Idaho is a great company. Before the installation, their communication was excellent keeping us informed at every step of the installation process. That part of the installation process blew us away! So, the installation process was even better. The technicians (Cody & Devon) kept us up to speed throughout the process. We were most pleased as the equipment they installed was very well done BUT the real surprise (and frosting on the cake) was the little things they did to improve the process and result. Example: After completing the installation, they painted the whole area around the equipment so it all looked brand new. Wow!

Amazing friendly professional Powerwall installation

RevoluSun was fast, friendly, and professional in the installation of our Tesla Powerwall. They went above and beyond during the installation, fixing numerous unrelated issues with the electrical system, and when there was a problem after the installation they returned the next day to repair it. The price was exactly as quoted. We're very happy with the product and the service and will be using RevoluSun for future services.

Did not give promised finder's fee or vet's discount

I had RevoluSun install my solar system early last year. While the system is working fine, and the installation went well, I have a serious problem with company, itself. They say that if you bring them a new customer they'll give you a finder's fee. I brought them my sister a few months after my system was installed. When we met with Nick, the salesman, he said I would get the finder's fee. I didn't. He also told me I should have gotten a veterans' discount that no one had told me about when I ordered my system. He said he'd look into it. Never heard boo about either the finder's fee or the vet's discount. Both my sister and I contacted RevoluSun to see what happened. Still never heard boo. I cannot, in good faith, recommend a company that does not follow thru with their promises to their customers. I recommend you go somewhere else.

Have cement tiles Concerned about breakage. They completed job with only one broken tile. System is operating as promised

RevoluSun has been a great company to do business with. From the planning and permitting to the construction and energizing RevoluSun has been on top of it and kept us informed at every step. A pleasure to do business with..

Top of the Line Experience

We talked about going solar for over a year. Our problem was all the solar companies sales people were like car salesmen on steroids with no trust or confidence in their sales pitch. Than RevoluSun (Rachael) talked to us. Bottom line no pressure on sales pitch, great and friendly field staff (George, Drew and the rest of the crew) , installation was easy to deal with, the few glitches were handled too our satisfaction. If you are thinking about going solar definitely call Revolusun before you make your decision. We are loving our decision.

Excellent solar and storage solution

I chose RevoluSun after researching their solar and storage offerings. Pairing Panasonic Panels with Tesla PowerWalls for storage provided an excellent solution for generation, backup and uninterrupted power solution. I recommend RevoluSun for their ability to scope and execute solar generation and storage projects of all sizes.
