Renewable Rochester

Awesome work!

The install crew respected my home as if was theirs. They cleaned up after themselves. Prompt install. James came out to turn the system on and get the monitoring service setup. Free btw! They will be getting more business from me in the future.

Easy to work With

This is really a first class group.I just got "turned on" last week and Doug did a fantastic job installing my 15KW system. the whole operation went smoothly and I went from start to finish in 4 days. there were no surprises and its a beautiful installation.

Shawn explained all aspects of the PV installation from begining to end and helped us feel very comfortable with the decision to install. He turned novices into well informed users of a PV system. Doug, the lead installer, was very personable and responsive to our questions and did a very neat and professional installation. We`ve recieved several compliments from our neighbors on how nice the system looks both inside and out. Pearl was also very freindly and extremely helpful with our questions and paved the way for the regulatory body approvals. Job well done guys, thank you again! We plan on adding to the system as a result of our experience

Shawn appears to be very knowledgeable about solar installations. He was a pleasure to work with. I am glad I chose Shawn and his firm to install my solar system.

Shawn Lessord is excellent - very knowledgable and loves his work. I never felt like this was about business. The installer Doug was very skilled in all trades and a pleasure to have in and around the house.

This is a top notch operation! Very impressed! I was billed for the remainder of the cost after NYSERDA. I will get the remainder of the incentives after I file my taxes at the end of the year.

We have worked with Shawn before with our prior installation. His team is top notch, we are very happy with the entire process.

I hired Renewable Rochester on advise from someone who had a solar system installed. I could not be happier with the work they provided. Everyone was completely professional and willing to educate me on each step of the process. I would strongly recommend using them.

This group was the most professional group I have ever seen. The salesman came out and explained every detail. After doing my own research I found out the manufacturer is a USA company. The installers came in and went to work. After they left my house cleaner than when they came. We agreed they would start at 8 AM and work until 5 PM and they were right on the money with it. They finished 5 days and answered every question I had. It was a completely enjoyable experience and I would certainly recommend them to all my family and friends. Shawn handled every little detail. He filled out every form. Explained each one to me as I signed them and left me copies of each one for my records. His team did it all, I signed my name maybe 6 times and it was done. I wish I could do it again.

Everyone at REnewable Rochester was extremely knowledgeable & professional. This was the first installation in the Town of Charlotte so Shawn Lessord was invaluable in helping local officials understand and approve the system.

Excellent work- would highly recommend to anyone wanting to install solar panels

Shawn showed several sizes and types of systems. His competitors had cheaper less capable equipment. Shawn`s years of experience was evident when seeking the best of many alternatives.

The process was hassle free from the begining, and the system is working as promised. We are very pleased with RenewableRochester`s performance on this installation.

I still am not real sure of the operation and maintenanc of the solar electric system that was installed. However, I`m not good at remembering new vocabulary and directions that are explain just a once or twice. I do better with written rather than orally communicated information. The informtion was presented not with enough time or enough written down for me to remember.
