The install crew respected my home as if was theirs. They cleaned up after themselves. Prompt install. James came out to turn the system on and get the monitoring service setup. Free btw! They will be getting more business from me in the future.

This is really a first class group.I just got "turned on" last week and Doug did a fantastic job installing my 15KW system. the whole operation went smoothly and I went from start to finish in 4 days. there were no surprises and its a beautiful installation.

Shawn explained all aspects of the PV installation from begining to end and helped us feel very comfortable with the decision to install. He turned novices into well informed users of a PV system. Doug, the lead installer, was very personable and responsive to our questions and did a very neat and professional installation. We`ve recieved several compliments from our neighbors on how nice the system looks both inside and out. Pearl was also very freindly and extremely helpful with our questions and paved the way for the regulatory body approvals. Job well done guys, thank you again! We plan on adding to the system as a result of our experience

This group was the most professional group I have ever seen. The salesman came out and explained every detail. After doing my own research I found out the manufacturer is a USA company. The installers came in and went to work. After they left my house cleaner than when they came. We agreed they would start at 8 AM and work until 5 PM and they were right on the money with it. They finished 5 days and answered every question I had. It was a completely enjoyable experience and I would certainly recommend them to all my family and friends. Shawn handled every little detail. He filled out every form. Explained each one to me as I signed them and left me copies of each one for my records. His team did it all, I signed my name maybe 6 times and it was done. I wish I could do it again.

I still am not real sure of the operation and maintenanc of the solar electric system that was installed. However, I`m not good at remembering new vocabulary and directions that are explain just a once or twice. I do better with written rather than orally communicated information. The informtion was presented not with enough time or enough written down for me to remember.
