Defective,unqualified
Region's solar installed a system on my house over 2 years ago and it still does not work properly. Book the owner usually works alone, so he rushes through installs and. Because of all his installs, he has no time to do any repairs. And I'll find out later that he is not qualified to identify parts and install them in working order. You can call them a 150 times they will not answer your phone. They will not come help you. They can't fix it. So why should they show up? They like to tell the Better Business Bureau that it's a working system. But they never seemed To mention the battery backup portion and the inverter. That does not let power go to my house. Neither one of these items work properly and never have. It has cost me an additional $12000 so far for repairs and loss of production with large electric bills. That's on top of the undersized system. They sold me for 47000.
