Kyle Klingsiesen and Rack Solar have saved us from a system shutdown. Here's a brief version of our "journey." We purchased our solar system in 2022 from a company that went slowly out of business, and for an entire year we were in limbo. Finally, a company called Solar Edge picked up the pieces and we finally had our 25-year warranty back in place. Meanwhile we purchased battery backup because our power company simply was unreliable - and at the most inconvenient times. Shortly after we were finally happy with our system (2025) - the whole thing shut down. Our $70,000 system didn't work. Enter Kyle and Rack Solar. Kyle contacted Solar Edge for us, and together with them, found that our Solar inverter had gone belly up. He asked them to replace the damaged parts for us. After two months, many called to them, and plenty of angst caused by their delays, Kyle (the real hero here!) had the very slow Solar Edge company deliver a new inverter to us, and in one business day- Kyle and RACK had it installed, and us up and the system working again.

I was having a somewhat good experience in the beginning of the process. Then once it got closer to install someone from finance was suppose to reachout to explain the different options, never happened. I called multiple times, and my sales rep . Matt said they are going to call. The system was installed in June, and I was told that we'll be out to explain the system and make sure you understand how it works and app. We're in September. Matt has stop taking my calls, I've called the office and get. Kyle will return your call., still haven't spoken to him. And to think we were going to biy another battery. So thanks for being so kind to get my business,, just to ignore any other concerns after the fact.
