Prime Energy Solar

I did a lot of research before choosing a solar company and by far Prime Energy was the best. They brought the most value to the table. And Shawn Roby, the CEO, personally thanked me for my business. Any solar company can sell you panels, what matters is the dedication to customer service, quick direct service and warranty when something happens, smart design, and true consultants NOT salespeople. They had the best incentives, the highest referral payments, answered all my questions intelligently (and I had a lot of questions!) and when I asked a question that Ben, the consultant, didn't know he made a phone call and immediately got an answer. I was also surprised when Ben was able to do everything for me himself. All the other companies had one person for design, one for proposals, one for pricing, one for add-on services, one for every little thing. So the rep was really there just to close the deal, and that's how it felt. With Prime Energy they were able to do it all as obvious professionals. I'll be honest, Prime Was not the lowest gross cost, but all the additional incentives, trust, customer service, and value are worth a LOT more than $1000 difference in price. They even have their own energy drink! lol

My experience with Prime energy was great right from the initial consultation. They kept us updated the entire process and delivered on exactly what they said. Extremely satisfied with the product and experience. Highly recommend them to others
