Andy and Steve were responsible, motivated, flexible, and professional in every aspect of the process, from initial contact to follow-up after the pv system was running. They`ve provided troubleshooting help on a couple of occasions, including a free replacement of a faulty inverter in the first month. I expect that they`re on their way to establishing themselves as one of the best solar companies in the region. I`d been thinking about doing this for decades. I saw an article about the new $2,000 federal tax credits for solar, plus the new Washington State incentives, and I decided it was time to do it. These were very helpful in getting me started. In the end, I spent more than I ever expected, yet felt good about it because I`d come to value so much more about the benefits than simply the dollar sign. I got tired of reading all the bad news about global warming, and felt inspired to do something my son would one day thank me for.

Andy was very accomodating during the initial design and proposal process. He provided multiple options and configurations willingly and we ended up with just the right system in terms of affordability, power output, and visual appeal. Steve Carr provided the excellent and faultless installation.

Andy was a real professional to work with--responsive, kind, and knowledgeable. I have recommended him many times. Although Andy can provide `full-service` installation, we chose to install the system ourselves. The system is located west of Port Angeles, Washington, on the wet side of the Olympic Peninsula (bad place for solar!?). Last year we produced 89% of our electrical needs with our PV system. With the solar energy production, and thanks to a $.10/kwh payment form the Northwest Solar Cooperative, we came out ahead $132.32. So not only no electric bills for the year, but a bonus of $132 to boot!

They were helpful in explaining options and in choosing the system that combined value, availability, and size to fit our space. The blanks above are where `N/A` is the appropriate answer since this was part of a larger building project that included permits and inspections through the general contractor (not Power Trip). We chose to adopt some renewable energy based on previous experience and general principles. Marketing had nothing to do with it.
