This is my second time working with Pinnacle, and I am very satisfied. I bought my house 25 years ago and it had a new shake roof. 10 years ago I had another contractor over to look at the roof and he said it was old and needed replacement. I was obviously skeptical so I called Pinnacle. Keith said my roof was fine just needed some modest repairs. They have held for over 15 years and I called him again to ask if I needed a new roof and Keith once again said some modest repairs would be more than sufficient. At the same time I had them replace two skylights. The team did an amazing job on everything — they were timely, accurate, neat and polite. I will definitely use them again in the future and recommend them highly. Their pricing is fair and competitive and they are extremely honest.

Pinnacle roofing did an excellent job repairing my PVC membrane roof that a different contractor had done incorrectly back in 2007. The repair was done well, and their communication and project planning was professional. I’ve hired Pinnacle Roofing to perform several roofing jobs and I highly recommend them. Every engagement I’ve had with them has been excellent. They understand the importance of timely and clear communication and attention to detail.

Very professional team evidenced during all engagements from initial contact to my joint inspection of the new roof deck & cover and gutter system (for Lynnwood rental) with company owner, Lenny. Originally requested bid in 2018 for roof cover only; but not ready to do with other renovation priorities. Fast forward, I reached out to my Pinnacle contact, Keith; who had my original bid on file. Our joint site visit confirmed the roof deck at end-of-useful life and due for a full re-roof. Pinnacle crew maintained good housekeeping while on-site. We met with a lot of different Roofing companies and ended up choosing Pinnacle because they are a small locally owned business with stellar reviews. Keith was communicative, knowledgeable and flexible and able to get our job done ahead of schedule. I highly recommend Pinnacle. Our roof looks great.

Our roof developed leaks 6 years after a shoddy solar installation. We hired Pinnacle Roofing for their expertise in both solar and roofing. This was very apparent at the initial visit when Keith came to assess the damage. He was thorough (walked the roof and the attic), knowledgeable (explained the existing problems as well as product options and materials), responsive (always returned emails, calls and took action as necessary), and just a pleasure to work with. Communication was great from the time leading up to the project through completion. Though we chose not to have the solar reinstalled, we did have them completely remove the system (panels, conduits, electrical boxes, etc.). The removal was clean and professional. They stacked the panels on pallets, patched holes in the siding and left no trace of the old system. The roof installation was amazing to watch. They replaced plywood as necessary. They installed flashings as you would expect, but little details like diverters in the corners to the gutters and folded over the gable ends just added to my satisfaction. At the end of every day, the grounds were cleaned and free of debris and nails. I am very happy with our new roof and highly recommend Pinnacle Roofing for the job.

Professional and Responsive

Pinnacle offered the best looking panel at a great price. Lenny was very responsive at all times through email, and Joe and the crew were great in letting us know what they were doing. Cleaned up after themselves, and the work was outstanding. Very happy with the system.

They were reasonable with costs, they started work in a timely manner, their technicians and worker were extremely polite and professional. They answered all our questions. Pinnacle were great all the way through the process. The sales advice was comprehensive and the pricing was the best from a variety of pre-project estimates. The crew were polite and efficient. They did a great job. They worked around the bad WInter weather and got the job done right around the estimated completion date. I would recommend them to anyone for a Solar installation.

Pinnacle Roofing provided an extraordinary experience exceeding all of our expectations. After watching hours and hours of roofing and solar installation videos and studying other peoples' systems, both our roofing and solar are more meticulously installed than any other roof or solar install I've seen anywhere. It really is beautiful. We unfortunately discovered a lot of rotten wood (trusses) under our roof during the process which added considerably to our project costs. Even with the enormity of added work involved, given how competitive Pinnacle's quotes were to begin with, we were still able to finish the project under the cost of some of our other bids and they still hit our schedule deadlines. This was a huge purchase/investment for us and I feel enormously grateful to have undertaken this with Pinnacle Roofing. Profound gratitude to their roofers who were so delightfully friendly and committed to the mastery of their work despite working in rainy winter weather. We were beyond blessed and thankful to have a roof over our house in time for Christmas despite all of the extra work. And big thanks to the solar installers who took the time to maximize the installation aesthetic down to every last inch of panel placement. It is rare that you find the most competitive cost, quality, and customer service all in the same provider. Thank you Pinnacle.

Roof and Solar panel install, great work

Lenny and Rickey at Pinnacle roofing were a pleasure to work with. their bid was not the cheapest, nor the most expensive, but they stayed within the bid all the way. The work was professional, their team was great, and the finished job looks and works great!

Right from the beginning Pinnacle Roofing Professionals showed that they were very well informed and very well organized. Communication was great and without exception they were reliable. What a great job and a clean installation. The electrician did a great job mounting installing all the equipment. The worker bees did a great job installing and with cleanup after. Very professional organization and all details were covered as we go. I would recommend this company to do solar without hesitation, to anyone. They are very knowledgeable and get a great job. They took a long time to determine the best location. This part ,locating, is the most important part, to get the best of the investment. I have lots of trees around here. I would recommend this company to do both roofs and solar to anyone. Excellent work😀

Roof and Solar combined

Major benefit working with PRP was the fact that they've installed both new roof and the panels so didn't have to shop for two different contractors. For both projects the price was competitive. It is January now so it is hard to tell how well system performs at its' best, but overall quality and post-installation support was good.

Awesome experience with a new roof and solar panels

We recently bought a house and had to change the roof. We decided to put solar panels at the same time. Lenny and his team at Pinnacle Roofing were absolutely great to work during the entire process. Despite a few difficulties getting the initial quote (we had a hard time syncing up), the job went really smoothly after that. We first compared roof prices (without solar) and Pinnacle Roofing was not the cheapest but not he most expensive either. They had a very competitive offer with what we felt was a superior product (Northgate shingles). During the work, it came to light that our roof was not built right (and we would therefore not get the full warranty on the shingles) but Lenny and his team worked with us to make it right. It did increase our cost but it was very reasonable for the work they had to do. For the solar panels, Lenny gave us a very thorough analysis of what our solar production could be, the time it would take to "pay it off", etc. The installation of the solar panels went without a hitch and everyone we dealt with was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. The only difficultly was getting our utility company to come and change out the meters but Pinnacle couldn't really control that. Once the meters were changed, they were there the next day to make sure everything was working. Lenny has continued to provide assistance with the new system even after everything was done (filing for incentives, etc.). Overall, a 1st rate service. Pinnacle also made it very easy to get a no-interest 12 months loan which made the whole process a lot simpler (particularly right after buying a house...).

Great Solar Company

Pinnacle replaced my roof and added solar at the same time. They handled everything efficiently and professionally. There was one small accident during the roof install but that was also fixed and resolved quickly. In fact the whole project was finished ahead of schedule. I would highly recommend this company if you want solar installed on your house.

Happy to have Solar

Pinnacle was able to redo our roof and add solar panels at the same time. The roofing work was done very quickly and the installation was very high quality. Afterwards they were able to work on installing the solar. There were some initial delays in getting the solar work started, but it was minor. Installation was a breeze once they got started and they were very accommodating of our schedule. After installation they were responsive to questions and worked hard to get the utility company to complete the hookup so that we could take advantage of the new panels.

One of the best companies I ever worked with.

Pinnacle Roofing has been one of the best business experiences I have ever had. These folks know what they are doing. The are truly State Of the Art in solar installations. My project was one of the tougher ones. I have a Gas Generator as well as wanting both Grid return as well as battery back up consumption with the right priorities on the sequence of events. They worked it out perfectly. Always open for adjustments and willing to take their time and discuss technical matters when called for. I recommend Pinnacle Roofing 100% for putting in a brand new roof, as well as doing amazing job with their solar energy implementation.

Remodel home with new roof and solar panels

Pinnacle Roofing was very professional and clean during the installation. They did very high quality work on both the solar and roofing side. They even noticed some minor problems with other subcontractors work they needed attention. I would have no problems recommending them to anyone who is looking for a highly professional solar and roofing company.

Great Company!!!

Fantastic Company, Great Staff and Crew. The installers were always on time and extremely knowledgeable. Everyone was very personable and did extremely clean, professional work and on days we had delays due to the power company, they kept in contact with us and even helped put together our generator . As far as we were concerned, couldn't find a better company than Pinnacle.
