Paradise Energy Solutions

Outstanding Experience

Paradise Energy Solutions is an outstand company to work with. From start to finish they were professional, and their communication was prompt and precise. The project was installed without a hitch an it was one of the smoothest running projects I've been a part of. If you're thinking of having a solar array installed, I would highly recommend Paradise Energy Solutions.

Great people to work with they did an awesome job

Exactly experience from day 1 Paradise Energy did all the paperwork for the USDA grant they were up front about the system and installation I'm very pleased and excited about going with paradise energy

Paradise Energy Performance Review - Excellent

I was very impressed with the level of professionalism that the entire Paradise Energy staff has. Our 16 kW project was very complicated and involved dealing with many Local, State and Federal Agencies. Paradise Energy staff was on top of all levels of communication to get the project completed. Thank you very much!

Paradise is an outstanding, professional Solar Company.

We went Solar in December and have no electric bill in March. Sales was honest, informative and responsive. The crew was professional, thorough, and courteous. Paradise does all their own installs, they do not subcontract the work out. The entire process was fairly simple. If you are looking at solar, I strongly recommend the great folks at Paradise Energy.

PES sought to satisfy my goals for the project.

As a former installation employee at PES, I had confidence in the workmanship of the installers and trusted the company's conflict resolution abilities, even though more than a decade had passed since I was employed there.

Excellent company to work with

Paradise Energy Solutions were the most knowledgeable of all the companies we reviewed. They designed, installed, and maintains our system with their own people. The installers were very professionally, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. They were able to answer any questions about the system during the selection and installation process. We have been pleased with the ongoing customer service and support. We would highly recommend anyone to use Paradise Energy Solutions for their solar project.

I was very happy.

I talked to and had many solar companies come look at my house for a solar project. All of the other companies are located out of the state and use subcontractors for the install and maintenance. Paradise designs, installs, and maintains the system with their people which I found to be excellent. If I had a question they were just a text or phone call away.

Professional and Prompt and communicative

Every step of the way and every employee we worked with were fantastic!

Friendly and Professional

From the start everyone at Paradise has been friendly and professional. They have gone the extra mile to help us complete our project. The install team was amazing - they worked to accommodate our operating hours and kept everything immaculate. We are currently working on another phase of our project with Paradise Energy Solutions.

Great customer service from start to finish.

From the sales representative to the install team including the behind the scenes folks, I was left with the feeling that I made the correct decision with paradise! The on site presentation was easy to understand and complete. All my questions were answered promptly. The install crew took every advantage to install during the snow months with safety a top priority. Paradise designed the system coordinated with county and electric company to ensure all permits were completed. Very pleased with the final product.

Great Job

Extremely satisfied. Everyone was extremely professional and personable. Quick responses whenever I had questions.

Completely Satisfied

We chose Paradise due to the complexity of our solar installation. We had existing panels that had been removed from a ground mount system and needed to be installed on three different building roofs. Paradise provided a responsive and honest proposal and has delivered a quality, professional product. All of their staff are very professional, hard working and responsive. They are very deadline and detail oriented. I can't say enough good things about Paradise and can't think of anything that they could improve upon.

Amazing Experience

Plenty of positive Google reviews were right. Paradise Energy Solutions didn't solicit me for solar panels, but I chose them based on the many glowing reviews I read, their top-notch proposal, and their great quote. Brad, Bryce, Doug, and everyone I corresponded with were friendly, knowledgeable, and ridiculously prompt in getting back to me. Paradise handled all the documents and permitting, followed up with my Town to keep things moving along, and updated me on the status of the project at regular intervals. I had a roof-mounted residential system installed in one day by their crew (it looks great), and you wouldn't have known work was done at my house as they left the job site cleaner than any contractors I've ever worked with. Sometimes it's the little details that stand out, like the self-addressed stamped envelopes for documents I needed to sign and send back to them, or the gift basket as the holidays approached. This is obviously a well-managed company with employees who care about making a good impression. They definitely made a great impression on me.

5 stars for Paradise Energy Solutions!

Paradise Energy Solutions did a great job throughout the entire process for my solar needs. Brian had a great presentation of facts and information during our solar inquiry. He also answered my many questions without delay. Matt kept me up to speed on the logistics before, during, and after the installation. Dale sent a very nice video email at the conclusion of our project. Everyone helped us to our satisfaction, especially with finding lenders who specialize in solar loans. Thanks again PES! - Rich Campbell

Positive Experience with Paradise Energy

We recently had solar panels installed at our home and have been completely satisfied with the work done by Paradise Energy Solutions. The various people who we had contact with have each been friendly, helpful and timely in their communications. We would definitely recommend this company to others!

Awesome attention to detail from honest caring people

Initially, I chose Paradise after making the mistake of contacting 7 solar companies in the area. I was shocked at how much difference there was in the sales approach, as well as pricing and quality information presented. The others tried to lease me equipment rather than owning, and 3 of them used slick high pressure sales. One even refused to give me a price until after I signed a contract. Paradise is professional, honest and they just do what they say they are going to do. This is my second project with Paradise, I added 18 kw to my 31 kw existing system. I am still as thrilled with Paradise as I was 7 years ago when I first met them. They check in on me periodically and let me know when my system throws a code after a storm or something. I just wish I had a need for more of their products so that I could do more business with them. Seriously, they are that good.

Great company!

We chose Paradise Energy because we met Marty at the PA Farm Show a couple of years ago and liked his approach. Also, a very large fruit and vegetable farm in our county uses them and we talked to the owner.

Fantastic!

I heard about Paradise from a business owner that was aware of their expertise and ability to properly install home solar systems.

Professionalism Defined

From our first contact, throughout the entire project, P.E.S. delivered professionalism and was timely with responding to our questions. Paradise seamlessly tied the system with the power company and kept us up to date with the project. Sheldon , our sales representative, took his time with us in walking us through the project and followed up with us after the installation was complete. He ensured that we were comfortable with our system. The project manager Andy, and the system installers Mo and Kenny were very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. We would strongly recommend Paradise to other home owners who want to make this investment in their home.

Awesome Experience

Paradise Energy Solutions was the 2nd company that we reached out to for an estimate. The first company made a proposal, presented it to us with minimal discussion, and really didn't answer the questions we had for them. This left us with no desire to continue any further with the project. But after some research, we found Paradise Energy and contacted them. They developed a proposal and presented it to us and thoroughly explained every aspect of the proposal and answered every question that we had for them. We ultimately decided to use them to install our roof-mounted system. The communication throughout the whole process was great and we are thoroughly pleased with how the project turned out! We would highly recommend Paradise Energy for anyone who is interested in installing a Solar System!!

Paradise Energy is the BEST!

I could not be more pleased with my experience purchasing a solar system through Paradise. They offer significant value in their professional services combined with their comprehensive knowledge of the industry. For anyone serious about a top-notch solar installation for the long run, Paradise Energy is a great choice. Competitive pricing, comprehensive support, and long term commitment is the Paradise way. I will be back for more systems for my other locations in the future. To all the fantastic people at PES, thank you!

Wonderful Experience

Paradise Energy came highly recommended to us from a few of our clients and various professionals we deal with throughout our business. Their proposal was clear and easily understood which made them a great fit for us.

A great company to do business with

My solar system has been very well served by Paradise Energy Solutions over the years. When there has been an issue they have acted and followed up until a resolution of the problem was in place.

Very professional team

After receiving site visits and quotes from other providers, I settled on Paradise based on their reputation and competitive pricing for installation. I was happy with the installation process and felt I was kept apprised of work plans and involved in decision making. Only regret was that installation occurred later in the fall so I missed out on this year's summer sun!

Professional, Honest, Timely, Great to Work With

Our project manager and engineer, as well as the installers, were very professional and organized, answered our questions honestly, arrived when they said they would, and took care of all our permits, zoning meeting questions, etc. They were an absolute pleasure to work with. Of the companies we chose from, Paradise seemed the most trustworthy. We recommend them highly.
