I have enjoyed the Solar Hot Water Heater for just over five years and I have been thoroughly impressed with not only the product, the savings on my electric bill, but also the professional, prompt, and courteous service. I recently experienced an outage in my hot water heater and reported it to the company. They responded within 24 hours with a courtesy check up and performed a thorough check of the system which not only corrected the problem, but they completed the annual maintenance at no additional cost. I am very happy with the system, since I have it I have totally turned off my electricity and its running completely on solar and we always have plenty of hot water. Please in the company are great and very proffesional.
