It's all about the service after the sale!
Pacific West Solar installed and maintained a fantastic product. I have enjoyed the Solar Hot Water Heater for just over five years and I have been thoroughly impressed with not only the product, the savings on my electric bill, but also the professional, prompt, and courteous service. I recently experienced an outage in my hot water heater and reported it to the company. They responded within 24 hours with a courtesy check up and performed a thorough check of the system which not only corrected the problem, but they completed the annual maintenance at no additional cost. Other companies might sell a great product or provide decent service. Pacific West Solar does both with attention to detail and strong communication.

Excellent Installation Job: Great Product
My wife and I recently had to replace an existing water heater that was nearly 15 years old. Since it was end of life anyhow, we figured why not try a solar hot water heater install. We were recommended to Pacific West Solar for the install. From the initial recommendation, the the install, to any questions we have had in operating the unit, this company is 5 stars all the way. The installer we had, Peter Reed is the best in the business! Looking forward to many years of hot water courtesy of sunpower!

Great idea! Great company!
We did a lot of research before purchasing a solar hot water system. Peter Reed was amazing and explained why his system is the best and most reliable one available. We've had our system for more than 5 years and have had no problems and tons of hot water. We highly recommend Pacific West Solar.

I am very happy with the system, since I have it I have totally turned off my electricity and its running completely on solar and we always have plenty of hot water. Please in the company are great and very proffesional.

We are very happy with Pacific West Solar personnel and the job they did on our home. It`s November and we are still only using solar water heater without the electricity backup to heat our water. We were very surprised how trusting PWS was with us with the check received from SRP.
