Oasis Montana custom designed our photovoltaic system back in 2002. The system has worked great over the past twenty years, although there has been some wind damage to the Zomeworks Passive Solar Trackers, especially the aluminum reflectors. Whatever issue has arisen, Oasis Montana has helped track down solutions, providing stellar customer service twenty years after the sale!

I installed the system myself. They were very good about answering any questions I had during the installation and after the system was running. The wiring diagrams they provided were easy to follow and made it easy to install the complete system. We live off the grid so we were looking for a reliable system.

Working with Brad was great with communication but since he was fairly new, it was more difficult to get my questions answered and he DID get the info for me and it was not on the tip of his tongue. I found that frustrating. I could see his learning curve increase by the end of my project.

Oasis is one of if not the most professional business i have had the pleasure of working with!!! I am the owner and General contactor on the project. visit www.strawhousemarket.com for more information. NorthWestern Energy was very difficult to work with and cost me as much to make a presention for the USB fund they eventualy paid. the frustration and time was almost more trouble than it was worth dealing with them. I was told by them they would pay us $4.00 a watt and got ended up reciving $2.75 or $35,000 and it cost me 2 years of dealing with them and close to $30,000 to get it. if you need more information on this contact me through the web site and i will be happy to fill you in. - Dirk

I would highly recommend Oasis Montana (and already have several times). There was a slight reluctance to provide a replacement for a defective part, but this was easily overcome. I enjoyed working with Dan, his knowledge is excellent and he was willing to spend the neccessary time for me to understand how to do the installation and set up the system. The speed of follow up calls could be a little better, especially when he is calling one of the suppliers for me to get additional information. I did my own installation so many of the questions did not apply. I had no access to the electric grid and it was cheaper (relative term) than to run electric poles 2000 feet or more.

It may seem odd that I marked `Great` for each response. However, I can truthfully say that I am more than satified with the complete job Oasis Montana has done. This was the only solar company that was able to fully explain why we needed the equipment they suggested. And, once we agreed, orders were placed and delivered in a timely fashion. In addition, Dan Healy of Oasis Montana made a special trip 800 miles south to help set up the whole system. Finally, their after market tech support has been, and will continue to be, wonderful. Due to our building situation, most of the `Yes/No` questions are not applicable. Our building contractor took care of permits and inspections. We are many miles from a utility line, so alternative power was basically our only choice. Additionaly, Oasis Montana is located in Montana and our building site is in SE Utah.
