BEST Company to work with!!!
I called so many Solar Companies to understand about their offer and the specials going on. Most of the companies gave me either lease or finance options and showed less interest in full ownership option. Whereas, Mike who I worked with from NJ Solar told me that if I could go for full ownership option, then I would be saving more compared to the other options He also drafted on what my cost is going to be and how much will I be saving and when would I break even and so on. Once I like what Mike and NJ Solar offered, I signed up, but still have few more questions (on panels, inverter and so on) which Mike was able to respond quickly. The installation literally took 1 day. Half day for the electrician to do his job and next half a day for couple of guys to put the panels. All of these guys were very helpful, especially Bill in explaining to me that what they were doing and additionally guided me on what I would be required to do when the grid is turned on. Ideally it should take a month or two for the approval process and your electric company to turn on the grid, but mine took almost/close to three months since my township had so much backlog which delayed my approval on pre and post install submissions. There were so many tips and hints both Mike and Bill provided that even though I installed in late June/early July, my August Bill for electric was $ 2 and change since my electric company charges me for the basic fees. I am really impressed with the commitment and service NJ Solar and the team has provided. I have even recommended couple of folks to NJ Solar and will keep recommending more.

Our panels
Our system cost over $60k and we were concerned with how we would pay for this. Additionally, we were informed of several tax credits, system credits and loans. With all this information and the unknown if these credits were "credible", it made for a somewhat overwhelming decision. However, after just 7 months we have been greatly pleased with the performance of the solar panels and the professionalism of the employees of NJ Solar. As far as paying for the system, it has basically been paying for itself. Between the federal tax credits and the SREC credits produced, we have been paying less than $20 - in total - per month for electricity and the entire solar system. I should further state that this includes a pool, central air, and 4 people (myself included) living in our house. I just received our July electric bill and it is a whopping - $5.03. Another issue that we had was that we were unable to have the panels installed on the roof of our house as the rear of our house faces slightly northeast and a southernly facing system is most efficient. So we opted for a ground mounted system. Being that we live in Mullica Hill, this now required a variance through the township. With the assistance of Mike and Bill, the process of obtaining the variance was very smooth and required very little work on my part. Through my experience with NJ solar, specifically Mike, Bill and the installers, everyone was very professional and helpful. I would strongly recommend NJ Solar to anyone who is considering or has even thought about solar. Additionally, 2 neighbors in my development have now also used NJ Solar.

NO BRAINER!!!!!
I as well as my father purchased Solar Panels from NJ SOLAR POWER!!! Their company is great! Customer service is great! I have a zero electric bill! I got my federal rebate and paid part of my Zero % loan off. Now my solar generation pays my loan balance!!! I receive a direct deposit in my account upon sale of my Solar renewable energy credits!! It was a no brainer to switch to solar!!! Why would anyone continue to pay for electric is CRAZY!!!!

Excellent
I am always cautious in signing up for anything that seems to be too good to be true but NJ Solar Power was thorough in explaining the details and process of using Solar Power. Installation was superb. NJ Solar Power completed the process (paperwork, installation and activated the system) in the time frame they promised. They satisfied all my requests with the installation. Customer friendly and service was excellent. I haven't had an electric bill since the panels were installed with the exception of a service bill through the electric company which is under five dollars. I have been selling unused power every month, averaging $250 in SRECS credits. No regrets with going with Solar Power. Great investment.

My Solar Panels
At first I was skeptical & was hard to comprehend, it sounded too good to be true. But after my system was installed and started to generate I could not believe my eyes when I saw my electric bill $4.95 a month where in the summer I use to pay over $600.00 a month. Besides the electric savings, I got my tax credit just like the salesman explained to me and I am getting my ESREC's. I believe it was a good investment and I highly recommend it.

Robert (Home Owner)
I had 4 or 5 different companies come out for estimates and NJ solar had the best program. From Meeting the sales person Mike to the installation by Will and the crew and working with the Owner Bill, every thing was smooth and easy. The installation only took 2 days and they were professional throughout the process. I would and have recommended them to anyone looking to go solar.

Pre-sales information provided was consistently clear, concise, and accurate. Excellent communications regarding schedule expectations, even when affected by state rebate delays. NJ Solar has been very helpful in taking care of any additional paperwork/processes required throughout the project. Most importantly, the system was installed in a very professional manner. In fact, during installation, the installers found a preexisting (and potentially very hazardous) problem in the main breaker panel (intermittent arching across a damaged main breaker). They then quickly replaced the building electrical service. Not only did they install an excellent solar system, who`s efficiency is meeting and exceeding original productivity estimates, but they may well have prevented my home from burning down! Well managed customer service, and an outstanding installation crew. Highly recommended. In case the state of NJ is listening, we most certainly would not have installed our system if there were no purchase incentives available. We also feel the 10kW limitation on residential systems was arbitrary. Our system (14.4kW) was delayed over a year due to the state treating it as a `commercial` system due to it`s size. I don`t see how that helped anyone. Possibly a higher residential limit (say 20kW) would make more sense. During our long wait, I noticed many other residential systems well under 20kW in size being delayed in the `commercial queue` as well. I imagine a number of residential systems

Good Group. As far as putting the system in, in the committed time, we were never sure as we had to wait until approval of rebate. Once approved it went well.
