Neil Kelly

Neil Kelly is great with old homes! Just finished my 2nd project with them in my 1901 house. Their Design Team (Anne Bauer in particular) is creative, knowledgeable & fun) & their carpenters took great care with the details. Only regret is that I have run out of projects...

I choose Neil Kelly as I have a friend that used Neil Kelly to remodel their kitchen. I used them to do updates in my home- new flooring- Luxury Vinyl Plank, quartz countertops and back splash in my kitchen and laundry room. Isaac Musket was my designer and he was very helpful in helping me pick out flooring , counter tops, sinks, faucets and backsplash. Micheal the carpenter did an excellent job in constructing new base boards and other work . Mark Fore project manager did an excellent job and sending me weekly updates on scheduled plans and when the subcontractors such as the company that installed the flooring were scheduled to come. The subcontractors did a very good job on the work. One thing I liked about working with Neil Kelly they did the bids and scheduling and overseeing of the work the subcontracts did.

We hired Neil Kelly for a bathroom remodel. While we did not move any walls, and did not even change the layout, our new bathroom is beautifully transformed, functional, and much more comfortable. We appreciated the expert guidance of everyone from design, demo, construction and finishing. Apart from an unexpected (and until demo, unknowable) plumbing problem that needed to be repaired, we finished on time and on budget!

The NK team did a great job on our down-to-the-100+ year-old- studs bathroom remodel. Isaac Musket’s design brilliance and the whole contraction team did a great job bringing it to life. The coordination between trades and almost zero days that something wasn’t happening kept the project timeline just about as tight as it could be. They were also very responsive to feedback we had, and were great troubleshooting on unexpected items that came up. Glad we picked them.

Neil Kelly participated in Rampathon 2025 with the Master Builders Association of King and Snohomish Counties, and made a lasting impact by building a much-needed ramp for an elderly couple. Their team did an outstanding job. Professional, compassionate, and truly community-focused. A wonderful contribution that will make a real difference!
