NC Solar Now

A+ - Amazing

Can I say amazing? A+ at every single stage. I can't say enough about this company. Just do it and go with them and you won't be disappointed. We wanted to install solar on our house, decent size 18kw, and looked at a number of companies trying to find the right fit for us. We looked at the national brands, SunPower, Blue raven, etc, as well as local brands. We instantly clicked with the Salesperson Antonio from NC solar. Very thorough, very knowledgeable, taking the time to help us size the system correctly, while carefully explaining all the nuances of solar including usage, brands, panels etc. Great experience, A+. And their quote was great, it wasn't the cheapest, but was fair, and it beat all the major installers that used subcontractors. After we chose them, it continued with the install, wow! so professional and thorough A+. This also then continued to the after install follow-ups and checkins. A+ all the way.

Competitive price and fantastic service

I installed the system from NC solar now recently.Their price is the most competitive against other vendors. Also their service is fantastic. My neighbor has their system installed as well. I highly recommend NC solar now.

Excellent

NC Solar was a great choice: From the initial information interaction, through the installation process and now we enjoy a zero electric bill. We have, and continue to recommend NC Solar Now. They promptly follow-up on any question and promptly pay referral fees.

FANTASTIC!

Working with NC Solar Now to have solar panels installed for my home was a great experience! The whole process was orderly and professional - they handled EVERY aspect of the project, kept me informed and delivered a system that was expertly installed and is now substantially reducing my monthly power expenses! While every sunny day has me smiling, knowing that I'm generating my own power, I have been amazed to see that we get good results even on overcast, rainy days. In particular, I'd like to compliment NC Solar Now on their employees - without exception each person we have been in contact with (sales, operations, site planning, project management, installers, follow-up) has been professional, knowledgeable, friendly and sincerely vested in making sure that we were happy with the entire process. AND WE ARE!! I can wholeheartedly recommend NC Solar Now!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I can’t say enough about the company, their people, and the panels. I’m a fan boy. I love the panels, love the free energy, love the super clean install. The installation day went incredibly smoothly. There are a lot of steps in getting solar installed, but they have the system down, and it is pretty seamless for the homeowner. They actually completed everything ahead of the projected timeline they gave me. Best of all was the communication and level of service provided by NC Solar Now. They have been incredibly responsive all throughout the process, with my questions, and even followed-up afterwards to check-in with us. I can’t recommend them enough! -Vinh N.

Great Experience

Working with NC Solar Now was a wonderful experience. They walk you through the entire installation process and are quick to answer questions and help with the interconnect with the power company. Their solution took into account the unique geometry of our roof and ensured that the solar solution would meet our needs. The installation was done professionally and neatly. Best of all, it is so nice not having an electric bill even in the middle of summer. I strongly recommend NC Solar Now for your solar installation.

Excellent Workmanship

I hired in C solar now to install a new tesla charging station in my driveway. It was a difficult install because it was far away from the outlet which is inside of the garage. I also had to add a second box. They did an excellent job and I couldn’t be happier!

My husband and I look forward to our electric bill!

I wanted to wait until we had our system up and running for a year before we posted our review and we can't be any happier. Out latest bill from Duke was less than $10 and the highest bill we ever got last summer was only $34! Everyone we came into contact with at NC Solar Now was wonderful and very knowledgeable, and the initial meeting with the sales representative felt more like an education than a pitch. They helped us make an informed decision. I must say the after sales care is great too. They contact us from time to time just to check in. So THANK YOU NC Solar Now! We should have done this years’ sooner. Elizabeth Mullis

I'm very impressed with NCsolar. Not only is there staff friendly and well trained, they continue to follow up with us months after the job is done and long after we've paid our final bill. They continue to make sure the system is working well and that I'm satisfied with the everything

Telsa Powerwall Installation

A few years back NC Solar installed my grid tied system and done an excellent job, so when I decided I wanted to install battery backup I chose NC Solar because I knew from experience that they are quality company and they do what they say. They designed my system, sent me a schedule and installed on time and on budget. They did what they said they would do and they delivered. Can't ask for more than that.

Thank you for saving me!

Had a very negative experience with my existing Solar Install where I felt unappreciated and unsupported. Eric from NCSolar Now was willing to help me even though his team didn't do the install. They checked me out and now I feel like I'm supported by a much better company. Thanks for helping me!

Povided the best quote among 5 vendors.

Honest folks, provided friendly customer service, cost was the least out of 5 quotes I obtained, got best value for the price.

Absolutely Great!

I got quotes from only two companies; NC Solar had much better pricing and the sales guy was thorough and likable. Not so the "other guys". From sales through installation, no issues and they installed a very good system quickly and neatly. The follow up is awesome, everybody is helpful and if there were more than 5 stars they would get them.

INCREDIBLE

These guys are Great! They solved a problem that our original (out of state) installers left us with! We are up and running. Could not be more pleased and will try and use them for further projects. Five stars are not enough.

Excellent Customer Service

Right from the start to finish NC Solar did a excellent job, in customer service and constant communication, completion of work on time and in a reasonable price. Thank you!

Happy, Sunny Skies

I talked to four different solar companies. I chose NC Solar Now after a few weeks of deliberation. The price was right, the communication was fantastic and they gave me a good schedule for installation.

Perfect install, perfect service.

We installed in December and have been enjoying our Solar System ever since-- it has been producing within the expected ranges NC Solar Now suggested it would

Top Notch Service

NC Solar Now did a great job on both my home and Office. We have 24 panels on our home and 64 on the office. We’ve been with NC Solar Now for over 5 years and we are completely satisfied with their communication, service and the neatness of their installations.

Use NC Solar Now - they're the best

NC Solar Now was sooo easy to work with. They were great from the sales person who came to our house, to the installers, to the folks in the office. Anytime I had ANY questions, they were happy to answer the questions. I am defiantly referring them to all my neighbors and friends.

NC Solar Now

NC Solar Now did everything. They're very great at explaining the process of how it all works, while figuring out whats' best for you, and your budget. I live in a neighborhood and have a HOA, NC Solar even dealt with them for me. Not to mention it looks amazing. Just an overall professional and customer-oriented company. I would recommend them to anyone, no questions asked!!

helpful people, great company!

I had my solar panels installed about three months ago, and from start to finish the process was easy, and the system exceeded my expectations! I talked to a few other companies, but what I liked best about NC Solar was that the entire operation was turn-key. They measured the roof, brought the panels and brackets necessary, installed the system, did the electrical work and dealt with permits and my power company- I didn't have to do or pay anything after the sale! The price was straight-forward with no hidden fees or additional costs. Patrick was my sales person and he was very patient and knowledgable. Electrical work is definitely not my mental forte, but he made everything easy to understand and was even great with my dog. The office staff and install team were extremely professional and helpful as well. It is clear that they are passionate about what they do and are committed to helping people go solar. Overall I am extremely pleased with my system and my power bill has been next to nothing. I would definitely recommend NC Solar to anyone.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

WE HAVE JUST COMPLETED OUR INSTALLATION AND CONNECTION TO OUR SOL AR SYSTEM AND WE COULD NOT BE MORE PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE WE RECEIVED FROM NC SOLAR. WE INITIALLY JUST THOUGHT WE WOULD TALK TO THEM AND SEE IF WE THOUGHT IT WAS FEASIBLE FOR US TO CONVERT DUE TO OUR AGE AND THE PAYBACK WE WOULD GET. OUR DUKE ENERGY BILL SEEMED TO BE HEADING HIGHER AND HIGHER. FROM THE FIRST CONTACT WITH THE OFFICE TO OUR VISIT BY SALES REPRESENTATIVE MICAH WE WERE TREATED WITH EXEMPLARY COURTESY AND HELP. MICAH WAS NOT PUSHY, JUST EXPLAINED THE SYSTEM AND GAVE US THE PRICE AND TOLD US TO TAKE OUR TIME TO CONSIDER. WE TALKED ABOUT IT AND DECIDED TO GO AHEAD. THE COMPANY EVEN ARRANGED FOR CAROLINA ROOF COMPANY TO REPLACE OUR SHINGLES AND THIS COMPANY WAS GREAT TOO. THEY ARRIVED ON TIME ON SCHEDULED DAY AND WERE VERY EFFICIENT AND COMPETENT. LEFT THE AREA PROBABLY CLEANER THEN WHEN THEY ARRIVED AND DID SOME EXTRA THINGS, LIKE PAINTING THE VENTS TO BLEND IN WITH THE SHINGLES. AFTER THAT IT WAS WAITING FOR ALL THE PAPER WORK TO BE COMPLETED AND GET THE SOLAR PANELS ON. THIS WAS DONE ON SCHEDULE AND LOOKS GREAT. AFTER THE COMPLETION IT WAS JUST WAIT FOR DUKE TO CHANGE THE METER. AFTER THIS WAS DONE WE HAD A SMALL SITUATION WITH THE MICRO INVERTERS NOT COMMUNICATING WITH THE ENVOY AND WHEN WE CALLED THE COMPANY THEY HAD A TECHNICIAN AT OUR HOUSE WITHIN 30 MINUTES AND HE MADE ADJUSTMENTS AND IT WAS BETTER BUT NOT PERFECT SO JULIAN TOOK THE MATTER INTO HIS HANDS AND DID RESEARCH AND DECIDED TO HAVE THE ELECTRICIAN AND TECHNICIAN COME BACK TO THE HOUSE AND INSTALL A BETTER ACCESS FOR THE ENVOY. AFTER THIS WAS ACCOMPLISHED EVERYTHING WORKED IN TIP TOP SHAPE AND WE HIT OUR MAXIMUM POWER LEVEL THAT DAY. WE HAVE NOTHING BUT PRAISE FOR ALL THE PEOPLE WE CAME IN CONTACT WITH CHELSEA, WILL MICAH, NOAH, JORDAN, CHRIS BAKER, JULIAN AND THE COMPETENT MABRY'S ELECTRIC COMPANY AND CAROLINA ROOF COMPANY.

Great solar installers, perfect turn-key operation

We're so happy with our decision to choose NC Solar Now to handle our solar installation. From the moment I contacted the office, the entire staff was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. NC Solar Now handled everything from start to finish (no paperwork for me!) and answered every question we had. The installation was amazingly quick (our neighbors were stunned!) and went off without a hitch. Luke, Logan, the rest of the crew, were all so kind, efficient, polite, and professional. They were all very considerate of the fact that I had two dogs in the house too. They left the property and my home exactly like they found, actually probably a bit cleaner. From the office staff, to the salespeople, to the installers—the entire company is the best there is. They informed us on the best solar system to get according to our needs and energy usage. We can monitor our usage online and after less than 10 days of solar use in our first bill, there was already significant savings! We can't wait to see the results for many years to come. We are so happy with our solar array and all the folks at NC Solar Now.

Great company, easy to work with and reliable

Our grid-tied PV system in Raleigh was installed very professionally, all electrical upgrades needed were part of the process. Support was thorough before and after installation, walking us through the coordination with the utility company and all necessary inspections. Cut our electric bill in half and much of the cost was offset by state and federal rebates. Love watching our production remotely via the web. My only regret is that we don't have more square footage available to add even more panels! -dk
