Monarch Solar

The sale person George was straight forward about the product they offered. He set us up with the survey crew, they were outstanding in there appearance and ability in their job. The installation team was awesome. We were pleased with what George had told us was going to happen . We had met with 2 other Solar companies, but we were very impressed with presentation from Monarch Solar.

Turns out Monarch Solar does not even exist anymore, who knew?. I had Monarch roofing and Solar install Solar. I went with a local company that assured me they would be around. My solar went down a week ago, called the number from my app, the number at this site. I got no answer, so I called Monarch roofing. They told me they had changed ownership and the new company did not pick up Monarch Solar. They reached out to a guy who supposedly has Monarchs business. It took several tries by me then several tries by the people at Monarch roofing to reach the guy Named Aaron. He called back after a few days and said that it would be 350.00 to come and diagnose my solar issue. stupid me I thought the system was still under warranty. The system is only a year and a half old... So I tried to go local, not a fly by night. Yip! I got a fly by night, thanks Monarch.
