Don’t waste your time, better call somebody else. Been waiting for months for the solar system to be installed, still nothing. They just make fake promises. Update: I can provide the call logs if necessary. One of your workers visited my house in the beginning of March, nothing after that.

6 years have gone by so fast. Maybe that's why I never wrote this review!! Better late than never. One of the best business decisions I've made in my 30 years in business. Thanks Mo Solar Apps.

They refused to come service my fronius inverter

MO Solar Apps came all the way to SW MO to install my solar panels in Dec 2016. They seemed like an excellent company to do business with, and at the time, their salesman assured me that having my project so far from their Jefferson City location wouldn't be a problem if the need for service should ever arise. Nov 2020, I needed the system removed from my roof because I was having hail damaged shingles replaced. At the time, I wanted the panels relocated to a ground mount instead of reinstalling them on the roof. MO Solar priced that ground mount nearly as high as the original price to put them on my roof to begin with. I then selected another, more local company to do the relocation of panels, and at the same time, added another 3K of panels. This was OK'd by Fronius tech support. Flash forward to July 2021 and my daily solar production is dropping into the 7900kw range peak, rather than the expected 10kw range as has been experienced in the first half of 2021. Obviously, the Fronius is having issues. I can't get MO Solar Apps interested in coming to SW MO to diagnose the inverter. They say the other, more local company, should be the ones to come diagnose/service my system since they added the extra 3kw of production. The local company won't come either, because they didn't sell me the invertor. Bottom line for me is this: when the chips are down, MO Solar Apps has let me down and can not be trusted to service what they sell. I was able to get Fronius tech support directly on the phone today, and they graciously have sent me update support files to load into the inverter, and if that doesn't fix the unit, they will make arrangements directly with me to go the next steps in diagnosing the problem and/or sending the unit in to them for repair etc. IMHO, MO Solar Apps is not a good company to do your solar project with.

I recently had 25 solar panels and all the accompanying accouterments installed on my residence. MO Solar Applications did a superb job and was in communication continuously throughout the process. If you're considering adding solar to your home or business I strongly encourage you to use this company.

From the initial visit with Mo Solar Apps' salesman, Tom, our experience with this solar installer has been of the utmost quality. Professionalism is the word I think of when thinking of this entire solar panel installation process. Every question we had regarding timing, products, and installation were answered swiftly & accurately. The installers were 2nd to none insofar as contractors we have dealt with over the years, right down to removing every morsel of trash created from the unpacking of the inverter & panels. Best investment we ever made!

Excellent experience, great system

Company was good to work with, delivered as promised, and provided a top quality system that has actually produced more in the first 2 1/2 years than they promised. We were so pleased we had them install an expansion system this spring.

Excellent Troubleshooting

Recently had a problem with my Fronius inverter that I wasn't able to resolve myself. Though my solar array was older and self-installed they came out to look at it. They had a good relationship with the techs at Fronius and were able to quickly determine a bad component needed replacing. It's obvious they are customer focused and enjoy their work. Delivers as promised!

Missouri Solar Apps handled all the paperwork for the interconnection agreement with the utility, as well as the research on available tax credits. With the installed system I like that we can monitor our solar array online anytime. Missouri Solar Applications has been a pleasure to work with.

Olson Review of MSA Installation

In all phases of the process MoSolar was professional and superb in the service and installation. Our installation was the first for our local utility and the MoSolar engineers assisted them in revising and updating their documentation to allow us to connect our system to the grid. From the first contact with MoSolar to the time that the system was installed, tested and on-line was 6 weeks. The system went on line in late Dec and the technicians had to brave serious cold weather here to make it work and they did gracefully. We are all satisfied with the work and the system operation.

Residential Install

Install was professionally done and I was kept informed throughout the entire process. The schedule day was due to solar panel supplier issues and beyond MSA's control. Flexibility of MSA to work with me and modify job parameters as needed was outstanding. I worked in the utility industry for 33 years and was very pleased with their knowledge and work product.
