Stay Away!
Total scam of a company! Zero support, zero customer service!

Chase and company are horrible
Chase the co-founder and coo tried to respond to me and only has made me angrier. This company lies, tells you that they will provide service and warranty, and then they tell you that everything was done through a different company that is no longer in business. They will not help you! DO NOT GO SOLAR! AND DO NOT WORK WITH KLICK!

While I have been satisfied with my solar panels and service from Klick Solar there is a serious drawback in doing business with the company. Klick Solar uses Sunlight Financial to finance their customer's solar panels. What no one tells you is that as soon as your loan balance drops below $15,000 the loan is no longer assumable. This fact alone will cause you serious problems that last for years when selling sell your home. I had a sales contract for list price on my home and the buyers agreed to assume the $14,000 loan for the solar panels. It was not until the finance company (Sunlight Financial) was contacted to arrange for the buyers to assume the loan that I was told that a loan balance below $15,000 could not be assumed. Since I wasn't willing to simply give away $14,000 on the sale of my home, the sale fell through. This is a serious problem because if the buyer can't assume my solar loan, I have to pay it off at closing and lose $14,000 dollars on the sale of my home because I have the misfortune of Klick Solar using Sunlight Financial. Until my situation, my realtor had never heard of a solar loan not being assumable. If you can't pay cash for your solar panels, shop elsewhere and save yourself some serious problems and or money down the road.
