They do not care about the customer! They treat you as if you work for them but without pay. They do not return calls, and they do not fix the problems. I have been dealing with solar issues for a year now and I still have no resolution. I will seek legal advice and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you want a solar system look somewhere else. They even have bad reviews on BBB website.

Great company, the installation took a little while to complete but looks great on our home. A professional electrician in our neighborhood commented on how professional the wiring looks, and they painted all of the conduit to match our siding. The Tesla wall charger has been awesome and we have been enjoying the benefits of almost having no electric bill over the past year. Can't wait to get the SREC to pay off the rest of the panels and order the powerwall.

There are many good residential solar installers out there - but Kapital is not one of them. I had them install on both my home and observed them with 2 other installs; in all cases their customer service before, during and after was atrocious. Since solar is not a familiar technology to most, customers usually rely heavily on the installers to provide reliable and timely information - in my case I was fortunate that I'd done my homework, and often needed to correct/augment their knowledge. The only good thing i can say is that the solar array I have works quite well (2 yrs now) - the only hangup is one microinverter gone bad (which they still haven't replaced after 2 months) and their monitoring software having glitches; for this i've often called them to ask for resets which still take a few days - ridicolously long this day and age; i've suggested fixes so I can do this myself, but they have been unresponsive. If you are considering going solar - which I recommend - steer clear of this outfit.
