Great workmanship, Great team. Just went thru Hurricane Ian and ZERO panels damaged or loosened from my metal roof. THANK YOU Jorge and team !! UPDATE:Needed service and maint and could not get my calls returned . The solaredge inverter failed. Switched the warranty coverage to Mirasol in Sarasota and have excellent after sale service. Getting ready to double my system size, add battery, and generator. Sad to say Involt will not be offered the chance to bid on it. No repeat business from me.

NOT A SUNNY EXPERIENCE.....HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE Purchased our system in August 2024 was promised installation by September.....system installed in Dec 2024, failed inspection three times.....system finally activated March 17, 2025.... I am leaving out all the communication problems, missed scheduled appointments ( without a call to give us notice they were not showing up ).... NEVER received a call back from their answering service (who answers the number provide to us for contacting company )....Response from numerous telephone attempts unacceptable....text messages a bit better...... System activated 3/17...promised that Jorge (sales person...or Joey installer) would help us with Enphase app.....we have NOT heard one word from InVolt since 3/17....Joey did promise to stop by on Fri 3/28 to help us with app....he did not show up, or call to inform us he would not be stopping by.... Our system is working well, Enphase has been awesome and offers exceptional customer service .....our only fear is "What if we have an issue with our panels ?????? InVolt not a BBB member ???? Wonder Why ? Sorry we choose InVolt for our solar system

Excellent experience! Installation went smoothly, no issues and completed before they estimated! No FPL bill since completion (other then the $9 / month minimum charge!) Thank you! update... 6 years later and I'm having trouble with both inverters. they've been replaced multiple times, the last one in January and it worked for 2 weeks then started malfunctioning. Always refurbished and not reliable. Now I can't seem to get Involt representative to return a call or email to get them replaced and functional. HELP! At this point, I cannot recommend this company unless theyake my service work again.

I gave InVolt a 2 because our system does work, but the lack of communication/ repair for a warranty item is horrendous. We've had an under-producing panel for almost a year and for the first 6 months of our repair journey they just lied to us telling us a claim was submitted to the manufacturer, the panel shipment was delayed, they'd be out to fix it, etc. Finally at month 7 I contacted the manufacturer directly, who confirmed that InVolt had never filed such a claim. And since then we haven't heard from anyone, despite multiple avenues of communicating. Also, their local Fort Myers address is a front; there's no actual office, just a desk & chair with no signage and no one ever there.

Horrible After Sales Customer Service

We purchased over 60 panels from Involt. Early in we had an inverter failure and it took nearly 90 days to have the problem resolved. More recently in April this year (2024) we noticed that many panels weren’t working. We have reached out to Involt by phone and email over 10 times in the last three months without getting call backs or the problem resolved. In one occasion we connected with our sales person, now listed as CEO Jorge Gaviria. Each time he said someone would get back but no one has.

I have over 60 solar panels installed by Involt Solar. In two occasions I have had problems with the system. First, an inverter went out and it took nearly 90 (ninety) days to replace it. Most recently, in April 2024 I realized that many of our panels were not working. Since late April I have tried to communicate with Involt through the company’s answering service (the only phone available for service). without having the problem resolved. The operator claims to be a receptionist, but upon further digging, it turned out to be an answering service. Also, I emailed the company multiple times without a responsive outcome. Finally, I found the company’s CEO, Jorge Gaviria number (who btw sold us the system) and communicated with him twice. Each time he promised to have someone get back to me without getting a response back. I’m told by the answering service that is Involt’s policy is to return calls within 24-48 hours. However, this has never been my experience. I’ve now been trying to have a problem that is covered by warranty resolved for over 11 (eleven) weeks with no luck. Anyone considering a solar system should be careful to do business with Involt Solar located in Fort Myers, Florida.

A Good Deal

The solar installation went very well. The company handled everything very cleanly, including the permitting process. The entire Involt Staff was very helpful and responded to questions in a timely manner. Only problem revolved around the capability of the Inverter that was to be provided. The initial product could not be provided due to a non-working feature and certain building code requirements. The result was the system that was installed could nt be used at all during local grid power outages. The originally proposed Inverter would provide that capability but due to reasons beyond InVolt's control had to be replaced with an Inverter that does not have capability. Everythig else was above our expectations.

Amazing company

InVolt Solar Amazing company. Did the project on schedule and walked me through every step. But most of all honest. Gave me a quote that was 10 thousand dollars cheaper than the first company who came over with the same exact panels. Highly recommended.

Support

The information, attention and support we received from Jorge during the sales phase was exceptional. He did his utmost to provide us with the best optimized system for our house. We finally decided not to pursue this business based purely on financial analyses. Involt Solar, Jorge 's, support was first class and if you ever think about a solar electric system, call him, He's the man.

Knowledgeable and Trustworthy

Researched many companies over 2 months, and got 5 quotes. Ended up with more questions than answers. Then a friend recommended Jorge with Involt Solar. He was more helpful, with a little better solar equipment, and he was actually able to match the best price, because he doesn’t have the same high overhead costs. Our system has been activated a few months, and is producing enough power to run 95% of our home. We hope to add a backup solar battery through Jorge soon.

Best investment EVER!

Friends used Involt Solar and referred us to them for our solar panels system. George was our 3rd consult, and the one we decided to go with. He was an excellent representative that answered all of our questions, stayed in constant communication with us, and made us feel comfortable with our investment. The installation team showed on time and began installing on the day scheduled to do so. They were quick and came back until our system was ready to be turned on by FPL. We have been up for just over a year now and I am still in contact with George, my rep, who takes the time to answer any questions we might have. We are so glad that we chose Involt Solar over the other companies!! Our power bill went from $350 to $20 per month. We love our solar system!

THE BEST DECISION WE EVER MADE, WE ARE SO HAPPY, IN LESS THAN 3 MONTHS WE SAW THE SAVINGS. LAST FPL BILL WAS FOR $27.00 TO COVER OVER 2000'SF 5 ROOM /4 BATH & POOL SINGLE HOME, THE 8.8 KW SYSTEM WAS INSTALLED IN 6-2017. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS OUTSTANDING WITH MR GAVIRIA, HIS KNOWLEDGE ON SOLAR PANELS WAS A STRONG FACTOR IN OUR DECISION MAKING. NOT ONLY HE UNDERSTOOD OUR OPINION REGARDING THE ENVIROMENT BUT ALSO HE PUT AT EASE OUR CONCERNS IN SEEING THE OVERALL VALUE. YOU CAN NEVER GO WRONG IN SWITHING TO CLEAN ENERGY, SAVING MONEY, ADDING VALUE TO YOUR HOME WHILE "STICKING" IT TO FPL.

If you are looking for an honest professional solar company, you have found it. We had been getting quotes for weeks before we decided to move forward. George was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We were very happy with the installation process.
