I had a system with them for years now which saved us a ton of money and helped us when the power went out a couple of times due to heavy storms. They’re very responsive when I have any questions and are really helpful whenever I need any assistance. Highly recommend them

What was promised as a 90-day installation turned into an 18-month nightmare. We contracted this company for a 12 kWh solar system with two Tesla Powerwall 3 units. From the start, the project was plagued by incompetence and delays. Permits were filed incorrectly—multiple times—with basic typos and application errors that any professional should have caught. Inspections failed because they either submitted the wrong paperwork or simply didn’t show up. They also damaged our electrical panel during installation and never properly fixed it. To make matters worse, they installed outdoor junction boxes with open holes exposed to rain—an obvious safety and code issue. After all of this, we were hit with surprise charges to mount the batteries, something that absolutely should have been included in the original scope of work. There was no transparency, no accountability, and no urgency to correct their mistakes. We were excited to invest in a system using Tesla products, but this installer made the entire experience exhausting and stressful. Eighteen months of delays, failed inspections, sloppy paperwork, unsafe workmanship, and unexpected charges is completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to look elsewhere.

All in all, they worked hard to get us the panels installed before the end of the year. There where a couple of shipping hiccups, but everything is working and our Reps were very good at picking up the phone and continued to call us every step of the way!

We have installed 37 solar panels in Maryland. The project manager, Irfan, was wonderful. He introduced himself from the beginning of the process and kept us informed every step of the way. The whole process was more than 6 weeks but these were circumstances out of his control.

After we experienced some difficulties with the first install crew, IntegrateSun got us a highly experienced crew. They did great work. We passed inspection and the power company approved. We needed Faris to get us operational. He had the magic touch.

It was a stressful and hectic year for solar installers, but the team at IntegrateSun were fantastic, including Sam and Allen, and especially the PM supervisor Areej. She really stepped up to the plate and hit it out of the park! Her communication was excellent and she was always very prompt and professional. She was consistently responsive whenever issues arose, handled them efficiently, and made sure I was always informed and had a clear, honest understanding of the situation. I definitely recommend working with Areej and her team a IntegrateSun!

I am so glad I went with IntegrateSun to install my solar panel system. After being screwed by a “cowboy” outfit, I contacted IntegrateSun to see if they could make a particular deadline — which I knew would be quite a challenge. They said they would do everything they could to make it happen. Sure enough, they made the deadline, saving me thousands of dollars. They didn’t put a foot wrong throughout the whole process — from outlining my options all the way through to installation. Everyone was completely professional, honest, available for communication, and transparent. The installers were personable, friendly, courteous and helpful; I would have trusted them as babysitters. Even when I had a question after installation and payment, the project manager responded to my query and explained the situation. I can’t say enough about how pleased I am to have bought my system from IntegrateSun. No regrets at all. I only wish all companies were as honest, professional and efficient as IntegrateSun!

I received the most competitive price for the size and design for my system. It’s been a month (during winter) and it’s already out performing my expectations.

I signed a contract for installation of a solar system with Integrate Sun LLC on June 10, 2025. Their cost sheet included a 30% federal solar tax credit ($7,000) I would receive. The credit is no longer available in 2026, meaning installation needs to be complete by the end of 2025 in order for me to be eligible. IntegrateSun LLC did not secure permits until October 24, 2025. The contract said they are required to install the system within 30 business days of securing permits. As of December 20, 2025, IntegrateSun LLC is in breach of contract as they have not begun installation of the system, nor have they provided me with an installation date. The project manager, Emma Joseph, has been extremely unresponsive and slow in managing this project to completion. Stay far away from this company if you hope to have your system installed within seven months

The Integrate Sun team has done a fantastic job of ensuring that our system was up and running after a wind storm. Fully stood behind the install.

System has been on my roof Since the beginning of August and is still not activated. Failed city inspection after failed inspection. My project manager did not know what he was doing. I find myself trying to schedule my final inspection now. Please find yourself another company, trust the 1* reviews and take the 5* with a grain of salt.

I reached out to Faris Atal at IntegratedSun Solar the evening of Dec.1/25 when I noticed that one array of solar panels at my home was not functioning for few days. Faris diagnosed the problem and had the repair tech resolve the problem the next morning, Dec.2/25. Issue was with the breaker in Enphase box. Very much appreciate Faris’s initiative, prompt follow-up and technical assistance.

I recently had solar panels installed at my home by IntegrateSun, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. From the initial consultation to the final installation, the Areej Joseph team was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and transparent. They took the time to explain every step of the process, answered all my questions, and provided clear updates throughout. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the quality of the equipment, the smooth installation process, and the outstanding customer service. They also collaborate with a third-party loan company that funded part of the project which save me from the stress of looking for a loan company. I highly recommend this company to anyone considering solar for their home.

I starded with them on June 22 2025 and I am still don't have the system ur and runing. I tex them weekley and get same story ( I am working on getting the schedul asap, ) I let then know th days that I will not de home but I beleve that they don't care they instat the systems when I was out of town and did the first inspection when I was not home. I am getting tired of the runaround but they have the money and i donot think they care.

This company will not follow through on its commitments. Buyer beware. We had solar installed and I specifically stated that my concern prior to payment of the final installment, was that I would be ghosted with any concerns or issues that presented. Sure enough, after the final payment, I have been ghosted on ALL communication with the organization. Issues continue to be - 1) no training on the system 2) system not connected properly to the local grid 3)no refund of overpayment. While I may be able to overlook the fact that this project took OVER a year to go from deposit to approval to operate with the city, the fact that these other issues continue is why I only gave them 1 star. I DO NOT recommend that you utilize this company for your solar needs.

Do NOT do business with IntegrateSun. Everyone listed as leadership on their webpage reside in either Pakistan or Afghanistan--this includes both Wakaas & Massey. Everybody in their C-Suite is related by blood or marriage = nepotism at its finest. If you want the details of my experience with this company and how they destroyed my home, my livelihood, and my belief that alternative energy choices will save the planet, please reach out. I'll tell you about their fly-by-night installers, their refusal to warrant their work, them not getting city permits approved, and their substandard commercial carrier. I will be glad to share my experience with you, and hopefully help stop you from making a decision you'll regret forever. Bullet Solar is a much more reputable local company in Houston.

Beware of working with this company based in Texas if you are located in California, or elsewhere. I Hired IntergrateSun to install a backup battery to my solar system back on October 16, 2024. It's now seven months and counting, and it's still not fully installed. It's been one delay after another. I understand that Tesla had two-month delay in back orders, but it does not account for the over six months and counting timeline to complete the installation. The battery is still not up and running as of May 14, 2025, which is beyond the "Guaranteed Completion Date" of April 26, 2025. This project was to simply install a battery. Who knows how long it would have taken IntegrateSun to install solar panels and a battery. This company may be good if you live in Texas, but do yourself a favor and look elsewhere if you don't live in Texas...I sure wish I did. Also, don't hire this company (after April)) if you want to get the Federal Tax credit (for those that live out of state).

This review is for IntegrateSun and our project manager Areej Joseph. The company went out of their way to offer us the most competitive quote with all the solar components we wanted. Areej provided updates each week and was responsive and helpful when we had questions. The installers were professional and did a great job. My advice would be to do your homework ahead of time, especially when choosing a Retail Electricity Provider. And don’t expect the project to be completed rapidly - ours took 6 months from start to finish.

I recently completed a rooftop solar installation project with Hamza Hassan at IntegrateSun that took about 7 months from the initial planning to the final activation. While I’m happy with the end result—the system appears to be functioning well, and the equipment used seems to be of high quality—getting to this point was more challenging than expected. There were several bumps along the way. A key early delay stemmed from a permit being filed under the wrong category (commercial instead of residential), which took nearly three months to sort out. There was also confusion about which property had permit fees paid, which further complicated progress. Communication was a recurring issue: I was told scheduling for deliveries and installation would be coordinated with me, but instead, I was often surprised by installers or deliveries showing up with little or no notice. Fortunately, I work from home and was generally able to accommodate, but it made the process more stressful than it needed to be. That said, the installer contracted for the work did a great job—especially navigating the challenges of a tile roof. A few tiles had to be broken during installation, but they were promptly replaced, and the workmanship was solid. Overall, I’m satisfied with the solar system itself, but I felt like I had to stay far more involved in project management than I had anticipated. With some improvements in communication and attention to detail, this could have been a much smoother experience. I hope future clients benefit from lessons learned here.

IntegrateSun did a fantastic job installing my solar system and batteries. My electric bills after six months are nearly zero. The system functions perfectly. Zeki Eren did a great job staying on top of the installation and all the questions that I had....and I had a lot of questions.

Adam, was excellent in keeping me updated on the entire process. I am well pleased with his service and professionalism. Well done to Adam and the entire team of installers they did a great job, both in installation and keeping me informed. The installers also kept my property clean and maintained.

From price negotiation to complete the installation and then swapping the meter with power company, Hamza and his team of IntegrateSun made the it simple. On-time permits and install completed as expected.

What a nightmare. Managing this company felt like a fulltime job. They did nothing for months, then fired their project manager. Every step of the process involved them over-promising and delay delay delaying. If you like being ignored and lied to, give them a call. If you're a customer they're behind with, you'll get voicemail. Even the corporate line will ignore you once they know it's you calling. Seriously. Nine months. I would never have signed a contract, in July, promising completion in October, had I known it would be the end of March before it was finally done. I fear they are taking in new customer's deposits to manage their operations. They asked for full payment before the equipment even arrived and again before the installation had even begun. I made them send the equipment to my house, even though they hadn't scheduled the installer, because I paid for the equipment and I had reason to distrust them. Had I allowed them to break the terms of the contract and receive 100% pay before the work was done, I imagine I would still be calling them today. Run. Away. From. This. Company. P.S. I think the 5-star reviews are fake. Look around at other review sites and see the real deal. This company is a mess.

IntegrateSun will disappoint you from the beginning. No integratedsun visit to see house and design system. They send a design package and this is what your system could look like if you hire a professional solar company, my system did not. Just a note the design document does not represent your contract. When you have question about your design they treat you as a invalid. Your told we have hundreds of these installed your system will be fine. The install design is flawed having panels facing eastside and westside on the same string. They installed the rail to the roof deck instead of the truss that the design pack indicated. After questioning this and having to argue this, they came back two weeks later and installed mounts to truss. The installers did not see why they had to do this since it is the way they always do it. When system was powered up It would not connect to WIFI or updated firmware so the technician left. Sent a email out and did not hear back from company for four days. I had to contact inverter company tech support and work for hours to get my system connected and updated. I had to get the vender to configure my system so it would work properly. I spent another 8k to get my system operating like the system I ordered. Just save yourself the anguish and select a more professional company.

IntegrateSun Team is an exceptional team making my solar transformation journey absolutely seamless and confident. IntegrateSun Team did not push Solar as a solution, rather consulted in detail enabling me to understand Solar Power better, State Regulations, HoA regulations with their requirements better and proposed an affordable solution. IntegrateSun Team also completely accounted for the solution, collaborated very well with the State Power Grip company and their approvals, HoA approvals and deployed it in my home without any interruptions. The last steps of State Power Inspections and the Permit to Use steps were also handled very efficiently. The entire process was seamless and i was well updated in every step of the way. This is an exception team and Sania Tariq from this team is truly an asset to the IntegrateSun Organization.

I want to leave a thorough review because going solar can be very overwhelming. When I first decided to go solar, I used Reddit and other review platforms to learn how to approach going solar. I decided to use energysage.com as an easy tool to get various quotes and comparisons from different installers. After speaking with several companies and reviewing project proposals, I chose IntegrateSun. I worked with Sam Altaf during the consultation phase. He was very helpful in putting together the system that he believed would completely eliminate my electricity bill year round. When I did some of my own calculations and thought I could go a bit smaller, he heard me out, redesigned the system and confirmed my calculations. We opted for an 18 panel system. After accepting my proposal and proceeding with the project I worked with the project manager Shary Mahmood. Shary was nothing but professional, informative and flexible. IntegrateSun does essentially all the paperwork to receive approval from the utility company, local building codes and even HOA. During this process, Shary kept in contact and would provide necessary updates. I was never left in the dark about the status of the project. Once everything had the necessary approvals and the materials were delivered, Shary scheduled an installation date to worked for everyone. The installers were able to complete the install in one day. They had a final inspection on a different day and corrected any deficiencies. The process of going solar was overwhelming at first, but once I connected with integrateSun, everything was simplified and ran smoothly. They are genuine about helping you and also willing to hear you out. I would recommend them to anyone thinking about going solar.

Integratesun is the real deal. I researched a bunch of installers through energysage.com, and found these guys were local enough (Houston), the right price, been around long longer, and were the best fit overall for us. Another installer from California was more expensive for a smaller system, and was more pushy than integratesun. As for the actual install I had a project manager (Areej) that constantly kept me updated, always did what she said she would, and knew the process backwards and forwards. The only delays we had was our city took a long time to get to our permit and approve it. And the delivery from the manufacturer seemed slow. The crew that Integratesun sent to install our panels were great. They were smart, worked fast, and were professional. Finally, the final inspection between Integrasun and our city went great. I would recommend Integrasun to anyone.

I want to share my recent experience with IntegrateSun. Aahil from Sales gave a very compelling proposal tailored to my needs and committed to ensuring that the project would be executed quickly with no compromise to the quality of the work. Sania took over upon signing and was my go-to person throughout the project. The team on the ground did a fabulous job, including Frank, who took care of the configuration and electrical work. Bilal was extremely helpful and helped me with all the recommendations to make this implementation very successful. I am very happy with the dream team, and they are the best!

I purchased a relatively small, 14-panel 5.74KW system, from IntegrateSun in July after comparing several bids. Their bid was significantly lower than the two other bids. Although it took a couple months longer than originally estimated to get the system operational, the project manager Jay Demir kept me well informed throughout the four-month process, both through phone calls and email. He was particularly responsive in providing some of the arcane information items required to apply for state solar energy grants and registration with an exchange to sell solar production credits. IntegrateSun is Houston based and relatively new to Maryland but that didn’t impede the installation of the system, and I would use them again. Most impressive was the efficiency of the local installation crew who installed the system in less than a day. Electrical work was a schedule hang-up as a misunderstanding between the electrician and the local inspector over grounding methods required scheduling several reinspections. I needed to research solar incentives and trading of production credits on my own as those items are both state and in some cases county specific and IntegrateSun doesn’t seem to yet be fully informed about recent Maryland changes in those areas. The system has been in operation for almost two months and is meeting expectations. As an electrical engineer I especially appreciate the system monitor app provided by the conversion and monitoring supplier Enphase

I am completely happy with the service. My system is working as it was designed. I would highly recommend this company as they are friendly and work with the customers whishes while also ensuring all legal aspects of the project satisfy the code requirements.

This was my second project with Integrate Sun. Last year I had solar panels installed by them. This year I had them install additional panels plus batteries. Initial project design and approval went well. Unfortunately there were later many delays, mostly associated with procurement. Initial model choice for batteries had been discontinued. Some items had supply delays. Some items were initially not ordered or wrong model was ordered. There were delivery delays. Project manager Areej Joseph tried to address these issues, keep me informed and give the project priority. Spenser Smith and his installation team did a fine job of working around these problems. The delays were very frustrating. However the final installed panels and batteries work very well and fully meet my expectations.

DC does not make it easy to get panels installed and operating, but Habiba was a very good project manager. She was very helpful and responsive throughout the process. The installers from Enphase were also very good.

This company was great to work with the I initial person trying to earn my business the right way. Following up with me if they didn’t hear back and making I had no questions. Couldn’t have done without Jay Demir help is seeing me through the installation process. I had a small hiccup with production tracking and Jay was very quick to get resolved. Would recommend to anyone for sure !!

My experience with IntegrateSun has been an exercise in frustration from start to finish. After eagerly investing in their solar system in September 2023, I've been sorely disappointed by their lack of support and accountability. Initially, the sales team, led by Ali, was persistent and convincing. They painted a picture of seamless integration and reliable performance. However, as soon as the installation was complete, the problems began to surface. Lights flickered erratically, breakers tripped with alarming frequency, and the system's performance plummeted. Seeking assistance only added to the frustration. IntegrateSun's convoluted procurement process left me feeling stranded and helpless. Their outsourced technical support, based in the Philippines, proved to be an exercise in futility. Representatives were confused and ill-equipped to address even the most basic of issues. Adding insult to injury, the customer service team, including Shuja, displayed a shocking lack of accountability. Promises were made but rarely kept, and attempts to escalate issues were met with indifference. Even Ali, who had been so eager to secure my business, seemed to vanish into thin air when I needed assistance the most. Despite these challenges, I persisted in seeking a solution. Eventually, I managed to get the system partially fixed with the help of a local technician. However, the fact that I had to resort to outside assistance after investing a significant sum with IntegrateSun speaks volumes about their incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction. In hindsight, choosing IntegrateSun for my solar needs has been a costly mistake. I hope this detailed review serves as a cautionary tale for others considering their services. Proceed with extreme caution.

Still waiting for someone to respond to my situation. Panels stopped working in Oct 2022. Called and no response. Later phone was disconnected. Then I find out company was sold or changed owners from a former employee.

I'm really glad I finally pulled the trigger & got my solar panels. This crew is pretty awesome! They addressed all my concerns and answered my many questions promptly. More importantly, the installation happened on time and we were left with a system that saved us almost exact numbers as we were expecting! This team is great, I'm singing their good praises to all my neighbors!

My husband contacted a couple of solar panel companies and ended up with Intergrate Sun and we were VERY Pleased we did. They came and installed actually on our garage because it got the best sun rays and they ran a line to the house underground. Everyone was very nice and well trained on how to do their job. We are Very pleased and would highly recommend the company and Devin Moody was a great to work with and knowledgeable on what would best fit our needs. We have a 3,000 sq. ft house our electric bill averaged $120 monthly. So far we haven't received a bill from the electric company in the last 5 months, I think my husband said we are producing enough energy for our needs. My husband and I were tired of high electric bills and decided to look into solar. We came across IntegrateSun through an iquery I submitted online. The company sent a Energy auditor who came out and answered all of our questions. After explaining the process and qualifying us for their Solar Program the auditor was able to put our doubts at ease. That being established we signed up and gave them the go! It took about six weeks between HOA permissions and City permits and inspections. IntegrateSun was very involved in the process and prompt to action. Furthermore, we look forward to our savings with solar.
