After retiring, we moved to Nevada for the weather and low taxes. Installing solar seemed like the next logical step. The NV Energy interconnection process moved quickly. I especially appreciated that the sales representative was not pushy, particularly after we had dealt with several aggressive companies. The system now covers approximately 95% of our electricity usage, which is better than we expected.
Shella Parker | Harrisburg, PA | 07/28/2026
Harrisburg has its share of cloudy weather, but our system produces more electricity than I expected, even on overcast mornings. The PPL interconnection took approximately two weeks. The installer also explained how solar panels continue generating electricity on cloudy.
Rosa Else | Stockton, CA | 07/28/2026
We are a Spanish-speaking household, and the representative who visited us spoke fluent Spanish. This made my parents feel extremely comfortable throughout the process. SMUD also has favorable solar policies compared with several other California utilities. The installation was clean and completed in approximately a day and a half. We have experienced consistent monthly savings since the system was activated.
Evelyn Trayler | Waldorf, MD | 07/28/2026
Living the Southern Maryland commuter lifestyle means we are rarely home during the day, but our house still consumes a significant amount of electricity. Solar generates power throughout the day while we are at work, which is perfect for us. The BGE interconnection took approximately three weeks, and we have been rolling over electricity credits every month. We are very happy with the results.
Pamela Smith | Conroe, TX | 07/28/2026
Solar systems were starting to appear throughout our neighborhood north of Houston, and we did not want to be the last holdout. We are glad we finally made the decision. The CenterPoint interconnection took approximately three weeks. The installation crew was respectful of our property, and even my dogs had stopped barking at them by the second day. We are now saving more than $200 per month.

Integrate Sun solar panels
Integrate Sun did an excellent job in the installation of the solar panels and the Electric car charger. They installed a new control panel and wired the electricity out to my gate for a gate opener. They completed all the work in the contract and cleaned up once the installation was completed. The crew did a very good job in communicating the daily progress and kept me updated throughout the process.
Joanna Fank | Washington , DC | 07/25/2026
I rent out the basement unit of my Washington, DC row house, and the tenant's electricity usage was reducing my rental income. Going solar completely changed the numbers. The team handled the Pepco setup professionally and understood the District's permit requirements inside and out. The entire project, from signing to activation, took about six weeks, exactly as they predicted on day one. My total electric bill for both units combined was $22 last month. The rental income finally makes the sense it should. I wish I had done this three years ago when I first bought the house.
Rosalie Daniel | Charlotte, NC | 07/24/2026
My parents always told me to invest in things that pay you back, and this system is exactly that. Duke Energy net metering means credits roll over from month to month. The installation crew was polite and thorough. My system has been live for ten months, and I have paid the electric company a total of only $67 during that entire period. That amount used to be less than a single month's bill.
Anita Jack | Oxnard, CA | 07/24/2026
Our Ventura County location receives good sunshine throughout the year. Southern California Edison interconnection took about three weeks, which is fairly standard for this area. The panels are producing well, our bills have dropped significantly, and the team remained courteous and professional throughout the project.
Phillip Micheal | Decatur, GA | 07/24/2026
This was our second time using IntegrateSun. They installed solar on our previous house in 2021, and when we moved, we called them again without even getting another quote. That is the best endorsement I can give. We received the same professionalism and quality workmanship, and the Georgia Power interconnection was handled smoothly again. If you are on the fence, make the call.
Constance parker | Sparks, NV | 07/24/2026
I will be honest: I was nervous about signing a contract for something this expensive. I asked many questions about warranties, equipment guarantees, and what would happen if the company ever went out of business. They answered every concern without making me feel difficult. NV Energy approval came through quickly. The system has been live for seven months, and everything is working exactly as described. The nervousness is completely gone now. I feel satisfied every time I check the monitoring app.
Bobby R | Garland, TX | 07/24/2026
This was a typical Dallas-suburb home with nothing particularly complicated. The installation went smoothly, Oncor approval was quick, and the savings have been good. It was exactly the straightforward experience you want from a solar project.
In Grid | Silver Spring, MD | 07/23/2026
We have a split-level home with three roof sections positioned at different angles. Another company told us the roof was too complicated. IntegrateSun sent a different type of assessment team, spent two hours on and around the roof, and returned with a design that used all three sections intelligently. Enphase microinverters made the multi-angle setup work because each panel operates independently. Pepco interconnection took 14 days. We are generating more than originally estimated because the east- and west-facing sections capture morning and afternoon sun. Sometimes a complicated roof turns out to be an advantage.
Barry | Pueblo, CO | 07/23/2026
Solid installation from start to finish. The team handled the Xcel Energy rebate processing, the system is performing well, and the savings are real. I would recommend them.
Harry | El Paso, TX | 07/23/2026
Border region sun is intense year round and I cannot believe I waited this long to go solar. EPE interconnection was handled entirely by the team without me lifting a finger. My electricity cost last month was nine dollars. I'm going to let that sink in for a moment. Nine dollars. Before solar I was paying close to $300 in summer. The crew was professional, bilingual, and finished ahead of schedule. My parents live with us and my mother made tamales for the whole crew on day two. They came back the next morning and she had more waiting. Good people doing great work.
Nathaniel | Raleigh, NC | 07/23/2026
Moved from up north, where solar did not make as much financial sense. Down here, with the amount of sunshine and Duke Energy rates, it was a no-brainer. The process was smooth from start to finish, and the crew completed the installation in one day. Interconnection took about two weeks. The system has been running for five months and is performing exactly as promised.

Living in Scottsdale means we have the AC running from April through October without a break. Our SRP bills were consistently over $380 in peak summer. My neighbor across the street installed solar two years ago and I watched her bills drop in real time before finally making the call myself. The consultation was on a Saturday morning which worked for our schedule. They designed a system specifically around our summer peak usage which I appreciated. Installation took two days because of our tile roof but the crew was careful and experienced with that type of work. SRP interconnection moved in about two weeks. First summer with solar and our highest bill was $31. Thirty one dollars in July in Scottsdale. That tells you everything you need to know.
Robert | Los Angeles, CA | 07/18/2026
My wife handles all the home improvement decisions and she is not easy to impress. She had a list of nine questions prepared for the consultation. By the end of the meeting she was the one asking when we could get started. That should tell you everything. Georgia Power approval came through faster than expected and the installation itself was done in a single day. The crew even introduced themselves individually before starting work which was a small thing that made a big impression. Eight months of near-zero electric bills and one very impressed wife. I'll take it.

Honest review from someone who was very skeptical going in. My brother-in-law had a bad experience with a different solar company three years ago and I had his voice in my head the whole time. But the process was completely different. They were patient with my questions and never made me feel rushed. OG&E interconnection took about 16 days. We've had two significant hail events since installation and not a single panel was damaged. I've come around completely. Already told my brother-in-law he just picked the wrong company.

I want to mention something that doesn't get talked about enough in solar reviews. The cleanup. I've had contractors leave my yard looking like a construction site for days. This crew cleaned up at the end of every single workday. Tools organized, wrappers collected, nothing left on the lawn. My yard looked better than when they arrived. On top of that the Trina panels have been producing consistently for six months and Pepco net metering has been rolling credits over every month. Small detail but the cleanup really stuck with me.

I'm a retired school principal and I approach everything with the same due diligence I used when hiring teachers. I interviewed three companies before choosing this one. What stood out was that their sales rep actually brought printed data from comparable homes in my zip code showing real production numbers. Not estimates pulled from thin air. Real data. BGE interconnection was completed in 11 days. The Enphase monitoring system is incredibly detailed. I check it every morning with my coffee. Eight months in and my electric bills have averaged $14. Fourteen dollars. I tell everyone.

We'd been getting quotes from different solar companies for almost a year. Some were pushy, some were vague, and one gave us three different prices in the same meeting. When we finally called IntegrateSun, the rep came out, spent about 90 minutes with us, showed us exactly what to expect, and gave us one clear number. No games. Georgia Power interconnection took about 18 days. System activated in early spring and we've been building up credits ever since. My husband does the finances and he said we'll hit payback in about 7 years based on current savings. That's ahead of what they projected. Couldn't be more satisfied.

Southern California Edison rates have been climbing every single year and I hit my breaking point last summer when my bill hit $420. A coworker had solar installed and her bills were under $30, so I asked for a referral. The consultation was thorough and they were upfront about what our shaded backyard meant for production. We ended up putting panels on the front and side roof sections instead. Took some extra design work but they figured it out. SCE approval came through in about 12 days which my rep said was unusually fast. We've been live for four months and averaging $28 on our electric bill. Life changing honestly.

Beautiful end result but a challenging installation journey
After a lengthy and sometimes frustrating process, my 21.12 kW solar system is finally live and performing beautifully. The end result is excellent and I am very happy with the system itself. However the journey had significant challenges including two failed inspections, incorrect materials delivered multiple times, wrong ground wire, system left on in violation of BGE requirements, and considerable delays from April to July 2026. I want to specifically acknowledge Lily Garcia, my project manager, who was consistently responsive, professional and genuinely committed to resolving every issue that arose. Without her dedication this process would have been much more difficult. If you choose IntegrateSun make sure to document everything in writing, verify all materials before installation, and stay actively involved in the process.

Long install but very competitive price
Rocky start with issues with system being too big for grid/transformer in the local area. Utility approval was hard to get with weeks waiting between submitting redesigns with issues filing the paperwork. I basically had to step in to push the project along with the utility and ask the utility what will it take to get approval. Eventually had to modify design to include batteries. Aryan Lee finally took over and got the project moving along a lot quicker. Once we got approval, there were delays with procurement as there was a lot of demand. At one point, we got another projects panels before we had utility approval. They had to send someone to pick those up and redeliver those panels. Once we got our correct panels we were scheduled for install which took 2 days to finish. A team had to come back out to fix a couple issues from inspection. Also, had lots of issues with the Powerwall 3 which likely was a dud. Fortunately, it wasn't difficult to have the install team come out to troubleshoot and repair the system. Unfortunately, had to spend the last several months with intermittent solar generation with the problematic Powerwall 3, it took about a couple of months before it just died. Eventually they got the replacement Powerwall 3 installed. Its been almost a year between initial quote from Solar Sage and PW3 replacement. Although the timeline has been way past original estimates, the original quote was quite competitive for cost per watt. I ended up paying more with changes but got a decent price for what the system has. Overall a long road to get to here but eventually came out great with Aryan Lee as project manager.

Project manager was great
The 5 stars here are in reference to the excellent efforts of the project manager for my solar installation. He kept me updated, tried hard to resolve delays, and was reliably prompt in responding to my concerns and questions. The team that actually installed the panels and storage battery accomplished it in 1 day and cleaned up after themselves. On the other hand, my initial contact in October’25 assured me that the installation would be complete by the end of ‘25 so that I could take advantage of the available tax break—in fact no supplies had even been delivered by then. Procurement sent truck drivers who thought they were delivering to a business. They sent the wrong numbers of panels twice and delayed weeks picking up the excess. They sent the storage battery w a company that would not deliver it up even one step. My system actually went live in 6 months after in was supposed to

Subject: Recognition of Outstanding Service Provided by Aryan Lee I would like to take a moment to recognize and commend Aryan Lee for the exceptional level of service and communication he provided throughout my solar installation project with Integrate Sun. After obtaining quotes from three other solar companies, I ultimately chose Integrate Sun because they offered the most competitive pricing, quality equipment, and a professional approach. My initial interactions with Aahil Shakil were excellent, as he was honest, knowledgeable, and quickly earned my trust. However, Aryan Lee’s support throughout the project truly elevated the entire experience. As my Project Manager, Aryan consistently demonstrated outstanding customer service. He maintained excellent communication from start to finish, promptly responding to every question and concern I had. More importantly, he went above and beyond his responsibilities to ensure I was fully informed, comfortable with the process, and completely satisfied with the outcome. Aryan’s professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction made what could have been a complicated project feel seamless and stress-free. It was evident that he genuinely cared about delivering a positive experience and ensuring the project met my expectations. Employees like Aryan Lee are a tremendous asset to Integrate Sun. His dedication, responsiveness, and willingness to go the extra mile reflect positively on the company and are a major reason I would confidently recommend Integrate Sun to anyone considering solar energy. Please extend my sincere appreciation and gratitude to Aryan for a job exceptionally well done. Sincerely, Michael B

Solar System
We'd been going back and forth on solar for about two years. A friend in Alpharetta had hers done and wouldn't stop talking about it, so we finally called. Consultation was low pressure and the guy actually talked us out of a bigger system than we needed. That honesty sold us immediately. Georgia Power interconnection took about 3 weeks but production has been fantastic.

professional team from start to finish
We recently had a solar system installed by IntegrateSun, and although we ran into a few installation issues, the team went above and beyond to make things right. I truly appreciate their commitment to customer satisfaction. Special thanks to Irfan (Project Manager) – he was always responsive, transparent, and made sure every concern was addressed promptly. He coordinated everything professionally and never made us feel rushed or ignored. Also a big shout-out to Niang. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what needed to be fixed. His attention to detail and friendly attitude made a huge difference. The system is now performing perfectly. Thank you, Irfan and Niang!

Faris continues to assist us long after the install
Despite delays and hiccups along the way, Integrate Sun persisted and installed our 137 panel system. As I’m sure is common with solar in general, there are issues here and there, but Faris always comes to the rescue and arranges/schedules any needed adjustments and repairs. He is easy to work with and very communicative. Overall, we are satisfied with our system.

Excellent Solar Installation/Support Experience With Faris
This is an update on my experience with the support I got from the IntegrateSun support team. I worked with Faris for 2 support issues which got resolved very quickly and efficiently. My Critterguard came out due to heavy storms in our area and Faris arranged for a tech to come out and get that fixed. While they were fixing the critter guard they saw that one of the panel had a crack and Faris and the team got that replaced very quickly. I would rate the support I got from the team at 5 stars. I had a fantastic experience working with IntegrateSun LLC for my solar panel installation. From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and handled with great care. A special thanks to Hamza Hassan, the Project Manager, who was instrumental in making the entire installation seamless. Hamza was knowledgeable, communicative, and consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything stayed on schedule and met expectations. His attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out. There was a minor delay on getting the panels due to manufacturing constraints but he still kept me updated on the overall status which helped. The team at IntegrateSun demonstrated professionalism and technical expertise throughout the project. The installation was completed on time, the county inspection has been completed and now we are just waiting for the final PTO from the utility company. I would recommend IntegrateSun LLC to anyone considering solar energy solutions—and if you get the chance to work with Hamza Hassan, you're in great hands.

Solar install in Yuma AZ
I recently completed a 9.3 kW rooftop solar installation with IntegrateSun, and the experience has been excellent from initial design through commissioning. With 35 years of construction project management experience, I tend to evaluate contractors on technical accuracy, communication, and execution. IntegrateSun performed at a level that met — and in several areas exceeded — my expectations. System Design & Engineering The design team provided a clean, well thought out layout that maximized roof production while respecting structural and electrical constraints. They were transparent about equipment options, code requirements, and utility considerations. I appreciated that they were willing to discuss conductor sizing, inverter behavior, and load side vs. line side interconnection details. They treated me like a partner, not a passive customer. Project Management & Permitting The project development team kept the process organized and predictable. Permitting, utility documentation, and AHJ requirements were handled efficiently. Communication was consistent, and I always knew what stage the project was in. As someone who has managed complex construction timelines, I can say their coordination was solid. Installation Quality The installation crew delivered clean, professional workmanship. Conduit runs were neat, penetrations were properly flashed, and the electrical work was tidy and code compliant. They were open to discussing grounding, bonding, and monitoring placement, and they respected the fact that I had technical insight to offer. The final product looks good and performs as expected. Performance & Expectations The system is now online and producing well. Based on the process alone, IntegrateSun has earned a full 5 stars from me. But solar is a long term asset, and post installation support is just as important as the initial build. I plan to update this review over time as I evaluate system performance, monitoring reliability, and IntegrateSun’s long term service responsiveness. Bottom Line If you’re looking for a company that delivers solid engineering, clean installation work, and professional project management, IntegrateSun is worth considering. I would recommend them based on my experience so far.

Exceptional Follow Up Service
I am writing this review to highlight the exceptional technical proficiency of Integrate Sun. I had been experiencing a specific, recurring failure where my Powerwall 3 and inverter would lose power once the battery hit 100% capacity. After navigating the bureaucracy of Tesla’s support system with no results, I turned to Faris for assistance. The difference in service was night and day. Faris and his team showed a high level of mastery over the Powerwall hardware and software—correcting an issue that had baffled others. In a field where many companies prioritize sales volume over technical support, Integrate Sun distinguishes itself through accountability and skill. They stayed focused on my system until it was performing exactly as it should. If you want a team that understands the complexities of high-end energy storage and provides world-class service, this is the company to call.

Horrible 18 month experience
What was promised as a 90-day installation turned into an 18-month nightmare. We contracted this company for a 12 kWh solar system with two Tesla Powerwall 3 units. From the start, the project was plagued by incompetence and delays. Permits were filed incorrectly—multiple times—with basic typos and application errors that any professional should have caught. Inspections failed because they either submitted the wrong paperwork or simply didn’t show up. They also damaged our electrical panel during installation and never properly fixed it. To make matters worse, they installed outdoor junction boxes with open holes exposed to rain—an obvious safety and code issue. After all of this, we were hit with surprise charges to mount the batteries, something that absolutely should have been included in the original scope of work. There was no transparency, no accountability, and no urgency to correct their mistakes. We were excited to invest in a system using Tesla products, but this installer made the entire experience exhausting and stressful. Eighteen months of delays, failed inspections, sloppy paperwork, unsafe workmanship, and unexpected charges is completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to look elsewhere.
