Very good experience
We have installed 37 solar panels in Maryland. The project manager, Irfan, was wonderful. He introduced himself from the beginning of the process and kept us informed every step of the way. The whole process was more than 6 weeks but these were circumstances out of his control.

Some rough spots but Faris came thru
After we experienced some difficulties with the first install crew, IntegrateSun got us a highly experienced crew. They did great work. We passed inspection and the power company approved. We needed Faris to get us operational. He had the magic touch.

Great results in a hectic year
It was a stressful and hectic year for solar installers, but the team at IntegrateSun were fantastic, including Sam and Allen, and especially the PM supervisor Areej. She really stepped up to the plate and hit it out of the park! Her communication was excellent and she was always very prompt and professional. She was consistently responsive whenever issues arose, handled them efficiently, and made sure I was always informed and had a clear, honest understanding of the situation. I definitely recommend working with Areej and her team a IntegrateSun!

The Excellence of IntegreteSun
I am so glad I went with IntegrateSun to install my solar panel system. After being screwed by a “cowboy” outfit, I contacted IntegrateSun to see if they could make a particular deadline — which I knew would be quite a challenge. They said they would do everything they could to make it happen. Sure enough, they made the deadline, saving me thousands of dollars. They didn’t put a foot wrong throughout the whole process — from outlining my options all the way through to installation. Everyone was completely professional, honest, available for communication, and transparent. The installers were personable, friendly, courteous and helpful; I would have trusted them as babysitters. Even when I had a question after installation and payment, the project manager responded to my query and explained the situation. I can’t say enough about how pleased I am to have bought my system from IntegrateSun. No regrets at all. I only wish all companies were as honest, professional and efficient as IntegrateSun!

Seven Months and Waiting for Install
I signed a contract for installation of a solar system with Integrate Sun LLC on June 10, 2025. Their cost sheet included a 30% federal solar tax credit ($7,000) I would receive. The credit is no longer available in 2026, meaning installation needs to be complete by the end of 2025 in order for me to be eligible. IntegrateSun LLC did not secure permits until October 24, 2025. The contract said they are required to install the system within 30 business days of securing permits. As of December 20, 2025, IntegrateSun LLC is in breach of contract as they have not begun installation of the system, nor have they provided me with an installation date. The project manager, Emma Joseph, has been extremely unresponsive and slow in managing this project to completion. Stay far away from this company if you hope to have your system installed within seven months

Absolutely horrible company
System has been on my roof Since the beginning of August and is still not activated. Failed city inspection after failed inspection. My project manager did not know what he was doing. I find myself trying to schedule my final inspection now. Please find yourself another company, trust the 1* reviews and take the 5* with a grain of salt.

Excellent Service
I reached out to Faris Atal at IntegratedSun Solar the evening of Dec.1/25 when I noticed that one array of solar panels at my home was not functioning for few days. Faris diagnosed the problem and had the repair tech resolve the problem the next morning, Dec.2/25. Issue was with the breaker in Enphase box. Very much appreciate Faris’s initiative, prompt follow-up and technical assistance.
