From the salesperson to the.installers, everyone was knowledgeable, professional, and we're able to answer all our questions. We were only adding a few additional panels to those we already had. The price was reasonable. We have been happy with all services provided.

Before you sign up! We had a salesperson come out to chat with us about solar. We already wanted solar, so the buy-in was already there. There were a couple of oddities in the pitch and a big sense of urgency that we needed to sign that night. The price seemed reasonable and solar just makes sense, so none of that was the issue. The salesperson alluded that we needed to sign up immediately because so many folks were signing up that we may not even get approved by PGE due to capacity constraints. We were also told that we were 65th in line. I called PGE to verify this information, and that was not accurate. There are no capacity constraints. The salesperson also mentioned a $1,500 fee to get us enrolled with PGE. I contacted PGE and they said there is no fee to get our house enrolled. The only thing this could potentially be is: “If your PGE system is larger (or not an inverter-based system up to 50 kW), you may have a base application fee of $100, plus an additional $2 per kW of Generator Nameplate Capacity.” All of this is to say, if you are considering this company, ask for an itemized receipt and proceed with caution. Trust, but verify, if you will. This is not meant to bash a company. It is just concerning when information that impacts your decision is presented in a way that creates urgency, especially for a large investment.

My wife was the person home for this installation. Arrived on time. Installation went smooth, like a well oiled machine. Everyone already knew their task they were doing and was very professional. If not for the solar panels being installed on the roof I would have never known they had been here. It took about 5 hours start to finish. My wife was very comfortable with them being here.

I recently bought a home with a 7.38 kWh system installed by Infinity in Fall 2025. The previous owner paid off the loan on the panels and transferred full ownership to me in the sale. When I called this company to get linked up with the ECU to monitor power generation, they would not work with me until I paid a $400 “warranty transfer fee”. After reluctantly paying the fee, the ECU was nowhere to be found in the home. The previous owner was an older gentleman who likely had the movers grab everything during packing, including the ECU. When it was clear the ECU was not in the home, service rep Ben Lopez informed me that it would then be another $250 to replace the device. A device I have never seen and had no part in losing. All they sent me was a cropped photo of the device as “evidence” it was installed in the home with no way of knowing where in the house the photo was taken and only a vague “it should be next to your internet router”. It very much is not. After several back and forth phone calls and emails with Ben, each time I requested that the issue be escalated to a supervisor, I have been ghosted. Do not do business with this company. Every interaction with them results in an attempt to extract money from you. I’m doubtful this “warranty” they extorted me to pay for is worth the paper it's printed on. I’ve had several new neighbors ask me about the system and each time I have encouraged them to look elsewhere. Infinity, when you see this, do not respond with a request to call you. I'm not going to waste my time waiting on hold yet again. You have my contact info. Please call or email me to make this right.

We are completely satisfied with the company and their service. The salesperson was respectful and knowledgeable. He answered each of questions completely, and we had many questions. The installation happened within a short time after we signed the contract. The installation crew was very professional. They arrived and the scheduled time, began working promptly, and worked the whole day due to the complexity of the design. They were respectful of our home and property, and kept us informed throughout the process. Highly recommend Infinity Solar.
