Communication nightmare and non-responsive

I had IGT Solar replace one of my Tesla Powerwall batteries under warranty back in 2024 and while communication was an issue they did an excellent job. Then Tesla did a recall on the PW2 batteries and I had IGT come out to swap those out as well as re-wire the entire system and once again did a great job. The problem was with communication every time. I went months trying to get in touch with them regarding the swap and eventually got them to respond. This was in Feb 2026. June 2026 I had issues with one of the batteries and they would not respond again, no call back, no email back, and wasn't even in the office. Their office had a sign saying moving next door but it appeared empty. After 2-3 weeks the one battery started working so I ignored the issue. Now in October 2026 both batteries went offline and once again no response. I searched and search and found a few phone numbers. One was a co-owner and they were less than happy that I called them but said they would text one of their Technicians to get with me...no call back. I texted the Technician and no text or call back. Went by their office and it's just one room with files laying all over the floor and wide open and no one there, doesn't even look like they are in business. If you have Tesla equipment, they are the only local installer and it is obvious they are out of business. If you are looking to get new solar go somewhere else! This company is not reliable and to be honest just wants the big bucks for installs then leaves you high and dry for any warranty work or repairs. IGT, if you are reading this...take your website down or do what any good business would do and provide support to your customers in a timely fashion. IGT also has Vertical Solar Solutions listed under their address as well with Sunbiz so don't use that company either.
