First - there is a really negative review here from a person in Missouri and this Helios only works in West Michigan so something seems wrong there. Every step of the process was excellent with Helios - they took the time to make sure we understood what to expect and every aspect of the system. I'm a bit of a geek so I had a ton of questions throughout the process and I received good answers to every one. Helios worked with me to get through the approval process with our HOA and provided several re-designs based on what I needed to get that approval. We received several quotes for our system and are very happy we chose Helios.

I pretty much had decided on the hardware I wanted so I then began checking out installers. I narrowed it down to companies that have been in business for at least 10 years and had legitimate and favorable reviews. I had several conversations with multiple vendors. Brandon and Connor were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions promptly via email or phone conversation. They offered me a fair price that included the hardware, installation and all the permits and paperwork required by the utility company and township. Installation day went very smoothly. There were a total of 22 solar panels installed on the roof and all the electrical wiring and connections to the breaker box. They arrived promptly at the scheduled time and had the system completely installed and running in 6 hours. Sam, Connor, Brandon, Joel and the electricians (Todd and Ryan) were a pleasure to work with. They were professional and down-to-earth guys. This was a quality and glitch-free installation and I couldn't be any happier with the results. A few days after the installation I requested an additional monitoring capability that wasn't included in the original contract. Not only did they come out and install the additional parts required, but they didn't charge me a thing! That's service above-and-beyond.
