Hannah Solar, LLC

I originally went with another company based on name alone...they over promised and under delivered. They didn't even have a license to do business in my state...so I fired them and did some actually due diligence. Enter Hannah. Joseph didn't try and sell me the most expensive design, he actually came over conducted a site survey and research to see if I would even benefit from Solar and to see if I wasn't just throwing it away. He stated that Hannah's success depends on its customers. They gave me several options and spoke to each one...respecting ROI boundaries I strived to achieve. The turn around time was less than a month even with a week of rain! The crew and manager were extremely professional and did an amazing job. I cannot say enough great things about this company. I am very satisfied...two days after completion, my power usage from the grid is nearly nothing. Would recommend them over others...and you will too...

Avoid at all costs. I purchased a PWRcell ENERGY STORAGE SYSTEM FROM GENERAC system from them LY ($45K). The salesperson made grand promises that they did not honor. One promise was that we would have to "use more energy" to keep up with the production of the system. Some basic promises were that the system would support my power needs and provide temporary (12hrs) of battery backup in the event of power loss. We've had a painful installation process with them, including three after the fact visits to reinstall incorrectly installed portions of the project. The individual installers were either untrained or lacked communication and guidance from Hanna. When they finally "fixed" the problem it was a newly hired master electrician (first day on the job). So no, after tracking YoY power savings, we have none. Literally no change to my YoY consumption and spend on our electric bill with the PWRcell ENERGY STORAGE SYSTEM FROM GENERAC installed. After multiple contacts with Hanna solar they have nothing (no response). I even escalated to Hannah's CEO (Peter Marte) with ZERO response to address the issue. If you want to experience solar for the first time and truly feel like it is a boondoggle, use this company. Otherwise, stay away. Read reviews where you can and see similarities, in this case, they are accurate...

Joseph, my sales representative, was extremely responsive throughout the entire process. We installed 24 solar panels and 2 Tesla Powerwalls. They even set the panels up for future expansion and the project was completed ahead of schedule. Everything worked as planned and I couldn’t be happier with the quality install at an affordable price.

HS salesperson did a great job explaining the pros/cons/costs and setting reasonable expectations for my solar setup. The delivery teams (solar + batteries) were amazing. Very professional, knew their stuff, and exceeded expectations on a complex system. Great Job HS!

My experience started out great with timely installation of my panels. Based on my contract I was to get the powerwall at the same time. When the panels were installed I was told I would get the powerwall within a couple of weeks. It has now been over a year and I still do not have the powerwall. The company does not return calls. They give false dates as to when I will get the powerwall. My energy bill is now higher than it was before I got the panels by over $300.00 per month. All I have been told is the system is working as it should. Even with bright sunny days the past summer I was sending as much energy back to the grid as I was using, sometimes more. I've been told the company is in bankruptcy as to why they can't get batteries. They have to pay their operating bills before they can buy batteries. The last date I was give was October 7th. It is not November 2 and I still do not have a battery. Another issue is at the time of the sale I was told I did not need a powerwall but I insisted on 1. Now I am learning I will need at least 2. So dissappointing. I would not recommend this company
