Absolutely no after sale support STAY AWAY
Halcyon Installed my system October of 2022. Had a panel break due to a branch falling on it. Called for a replacement (which I knew would not be warranty) and was ignored for nearly 2 months until I got an email back from the owner. Telling me my concern was not an emergency (emergency or not nearly 2 months), they are working on the NEM 2.0 deadline and have suspended service calls (and apparently all forms of customer service) until it passes. You can bet they are still out selling and installing new systems, so in reality my call just wasn't enough money for them to worry about it. I expected a little more customer service after spending $58,000 with them. If you care about how you are treated after giving a company your money stay away
